I finally get to get out of this stupid wheelchair. I've been working on walking for the past week and I can walk on my own now without help. As I sit by Octavian at the table I hum.

"When do I start my chores up again?" He chuckles and looks at me. "Do you really think I'm letting you do work anymore?" I furrow my eyebrows and shrug.

I'm still basically his slave. I have to go to another one of his slave thingy  because he says and I quote, "I have no slave and they expect me to b their so I have to bring you love, I am sorry.

I shake my head like I'm a five year old and I dong question him. To be completely honest he's been acting stranger than ever. Maybe he just needs blood. He stares off into space then he looks at me nervously.

"I'm sorry Rose but I'm afraid I have to go right now." He kissed my forehead and walks away. I'm left here alone now. Anna has been with some guy who I forgot the name that fast. I sat her playing with my mac and cheese which is delicious but at the moment I lost my appetite.

I stand up from the table taking my plate to the trash. I didn't feel like washing it later on so I just used a paper plate. I put my fork in the sink and went to my usual spot which was my room as always.

Walking past the hallway I have a sudden urge to see what's going on. I tiptoe over there and peek through the crack. There he was again. With the same girl I had caught him with. But only they were in a meeting with other people.

"How are we going to get rid of her. She can't stay longer and if she does we will lock her up in the attic." They all look like they are thinking. "Humans can't stay any longer. We have to many human hunter attacks Octavian." Octavian frowns again. "She's my mate but I can't just get rid of her like that." The girl chuckles and looks at him. "But you have me."

Octavian looks sad and looks at the girl beside him and kisses her. "He kisses me with this lips?" I whisper only so myself can hear. That's why I haven't been seeing any humans in a while. Which means what happened to Anna?"

I was beginning to become furious. How could he keep such a secret from the past week. I bust through the room and walk right up to Octavian smacking him straight in the face.

He deserved it.  I was sad but it was also mixed with anger. I slide all there papers to the ground and slapped the girl next to him.

Octavian stands up and puts his enormous hands around my neck. "What is your fucking problem Rosalie!" I spat at him. "Don't you dare call me that again."

He held me against the wall and told everyone to get out. My hot tears rolled down and touched my lips. He slapped me and it echoed. We looked at each other and silence and I started to sob big time. I got out of his hold running back to the room. I threw all of my belongings in a duffle bag. I passed Octavian and went to the front door.

I walked out and Octavian was screaming my name. I looked back at him and kept walking until a bright light made me become blind. I want flying into the cold snow and I froze.

I was hit by a car. A freaking car. Oh how lovely. I am having the best day on my life. I stood up crying and tried to limp further but fell into the cold snow. I'll just let the snow freeze my pain away.

Two hands go around my waist picking me up. I couldn't fight back. I was still in shock from just getting hit by him and a car.

He carried me in and dropped me by the door. Just starring down at me. Just like he's never met me before. "How could you just leave. I've been supplying for you and you leave?" I roll my eyes. "Actually to get this into your brain. Your people kidnapped me, made me into your personal slave, and now I'm supposedly your mate."

"Well guess what Octavian. Fuck you and your kind!" He punched me in my jaw. "Don't talk to me like that Rose." I was done with him. I picked myself up and limped to the room. I put my stuff up and went to my corner I started at.

I stared at the wall my tears soaking my shirt. I hear the door close and lock and the movement of his bed. Then u hear the drawer opening and a clicking noise.

I looked up at him and a gun was pointing at me. I was beyond terrified. "W-woah there Octavian. Y-you don't have to kill me. You can lock me up in the attic as you planned too."

He clicked it again and pulled the trigger. I moved quickly it missing me by a inch. I got up quickly sprinting to the bathroom. He dropped the gun and pulled me by my shirt. He took my hands pushing me onto the bed and laying on me.

"Until you calm down I will not let you go." I struggle under him and he slides off of me but keeping his grip on me. "Me calm down?" I whisper. "Your the one with a gun held up to me?"

He shakes his head and kisses my forehead. "Oh Rose what are we going to do?" That was a good question to focus on.
