Octavian's pov

"My parents were all ways good to me. I loved them but when those Vampire hunters took there life I was beyond angry. The day I became king was the day that I used humans as slaves and maids.

I could care less if a human died. But after meeting you Rose you changed my view on some of the humans."

"I'm so sorry. I didn't know my kind killed vampires." "Don't worry about that happened about one hundred and sixteen years ago."

"But-how-huh?" I chuckle at how confused she is. "See I'm one hundred and twenty five years old. My parents were killed when I was sixteen." She nods her head.

I reach into my pocket to take out the picture that was in Roses pocket when she first ingot here. "Do you know him?" I point to the man in the picture that's standing by a lady and Rose."

Her eyes widen. "H-how'd you find that?" "It was in your pocket but feel out. Now do you know him?" "Yes it's my father."

"What?! He killed my parents! I need to find him. Where the hell is he Rose!" She backs up in her eyes widen even more. "I don't know! How can he have killed your parents if he's human?!"

"That's the thing Rose. He may not just be human. I need you to show me to your house."

"W-what?" "Come on show me. We're leaving now I tell her.

Roses pov

He pulls me through the ball out into the garage. H picks a red car and we get in. I tell him the direction and I sit back. My heart beating fast is probably the only thing you could here in the car.

He was speeding so fast. We arrive toward my house and I gulp. He's home I could tell by his old truck outside. I get out and knock on the door. I wait a while and then the door opens.

"What the hell Rosalie!" He pulls me in and already starts aiming his fist at me. "Stop!" My father freezes and turns around. "We meet again Octavian. Should have killed you with your pathetic parents.

Octavian takes a step toward us but my father places his hands around my neck. "Come any closer and I will make sure she won't live to see tomorrow.

Octavian wasn't even listening anymore. His eyes were red and he was shaking with rage. His fangs were out and before we knew it he had his hands around my dads necks. My dad let me go and I ran up to my room.

I heard his crying and it made me want to just go help him. But he was such a cruel man. "Rosalie! What would your mother say to this. You not saving your father!" I cringe at the name.

"'My mother never. Cared for me nor do I care for you!" I tell from my room. I had tears streaming down my face.

I hear a sickening crack and a sound of something heavy falling. I hear footsteps coming.

My door opened it was my father. I gasped. His shirt was ripped and he had blood all over his face. He evilly grinned at me showing his red teethe from the blood.

"Looks like the king won't be saving you." I take the knife that I always keep under my pillow when I was always home alone and I lunge it at him. I stab him right in the chest and run.

I'm shaking in fear as I run down the stairs to see a hurt Octavian. "Come on Octavian."
I help him up putting his arm over my shoulder. I take the keys out of his pocket and hurry up and walk to the car I put him in seat belting him when something hits my back.

I gasp as I see the knife I plunged into my fathers chest is now in my back.

I start kicking and throwing punches to at least stall him. My father groans as I hit him in his man hood. I take Octavian's phone and call the first person on his emergency contact list.

"Hi is this Colton?" "Yeah." "Please come get Octavian he's seriously hurt! I'll text you the address." I can just teleport over. I'm on my way."

Just like that Colton stood there. "Hurry and take him. Get him medical help." "Ok what about you? I can't teleport two people at a time."

"Just go!" He helps Octavian and they teleport back. My father starts getting up and I limp my way to the house. I grab another knife and keep running.

I could here him yelling behind me. I'm pulled by my hair and I stab him in the leg. "Aww what the hell!" His fist collides with my face and I black out instantly.

"Where am I?" My legs and arms are tied up. The knife is still in my back and I can barely move or I will probably black out again.

"Morning!" My dad stands there smiling. "Where am I!" "You don't need to know that."

I spit the blood out and cry. I just hope Octavian is ok. "What are you?" "Let's jut say I'm half vampire half demon. Your mother is just human don't worry", he chuckles.

"You monster!" I scream at him trying to get up but fail miserably. I moved the knife in my and knock out.

Octavian's pov

I wake up in the palace hospital and I look around to see Colton and Anna. "What happened?" "We should be asking you that."

"I remember everything from last night. Rose father using his demon powers on me and me getting hurt. Rose putting me in the car but that's all I remember."

"Where is she?" "She's still with him. I saw her with a knife in her back she didn't look to well Octavian." "How long was I out for?" "Since last night."

I get out of the bed unhooking all wires and pulling my clothes on. "I'm going to get my love Rose back!"
