Piper's heart ached.

That's all she could feel.

Percy, the elder brother she never had
Percy, the most loyal living creature she'd seen
Percy, the strongest person, apart from Annabeth, whom she knew

Tartarus was haunting them. Their blood curdling screams at night was enough to prove that. The screams continued only for five to six minutes until the other was up to comfort.

Only the Gods know how long they'd continue, if they weren't together. Always.

"Piper" A whisper. A familiar one too.

"Pipes, are you okay?"
She felt a pair if strong arms around her waist. Jason.

"Just...thinking"

"About?" Jason pushed

"Annabeth... and Percy"

Jason sighed.
"They are going through a lot. I don't know what I would have done had I been in Percy's place. I'm glad I have you"

Jason nuzzled into Piper's shoulder.

They were standing under a tree, a little away from the strawberry fields. Percy and Annabeth could be seen, heading towards the big house.

"Where are they going?" Piper enquired.

"To the big house... We have a meeting, remember?"

"Yes. We should go."

As Jason entered the big house, with Piper following him, their hands entwined, he noticed others waiting.

Clarrise was on the ground, legs spread out in front of her with a deeper-than-usual frown on her face. Bored and irritated.

Nico and Will occupied two couches. Nico was fast asleep, and Will was watching him. Ready to pounce on anyone who disturbed.

Travis and Katie had not yet arrived.

On another couch, Calypso was sitting with Leo on the floor I'm front of her.

Percy was on the floor with Annabeth on his lap. Her face could not be seen, it was hidden in Percy's shoulder. Her arms were loosely wrapped around his torso and she looked peaceful, for once.

As soon as Jason locked eyes with Percy, he put a finger on his lips, motioning them to be quiet.

"Annabeth is getting some sleep, I guess" Piper whispered to Jason. He just nodded.

They found a place to sit.

Chiron entered the room only five minutes after Piper and Jason had appeared.

He looked at the sleeping Annabeth, and gave a soft and sincere smile.

"I know she needs this sleep, but you need to wake her up, Percy. The reason I've called you here is of great significance."

Percy nodded. He gently shook Annabeth.

"Wise girl, wake up. Chiron's here."

Annabeth sat up groggily, still unmoving from her position on Percy's lap.

"May I begin?"

"Please, Chiron."

"You must be wondering why all of you are not here. Well the reason is special. You must attend school?"

"We must do what now?" That was Clarisse.

"High school is a very important part of children's lives. The Gods have decided that you all will be attending High School."

"Any specific?" Annabeth asked.

"Why, Goode High, of course."

Everyone gasped.

"Annabeth will be moving in with Percy. A protective barrier has been provided around your living areas, which includes Percy's home, and an apartment. The school will have one soon."

"When do we start?" Annabeth again.

"Next Monday. You'll move out of camp on Sunday, so you can get things ready."
