I sigh as I walk out of the office and towards Annie's room. I had to hurry, I couldn't be here much longer, I needed to find Ittzy; if she is even the dragon I'm looking for.

If she is even still alive.

I open the door to Annie's room and walk in, she looks at me expectantly from her spot on her bed. I sigh as I sit beside her.

"So did you get the potion?" I groan at her question as I rub my face.

"Yes, but it isn't done." My words are muffled by my hands and I quickly remove them and look at Annie who looks slightly disappointed, though still trying to be hopeful.

"Well what now?"

"I have to find an eternal dragon, believed to be Ittzy." Annie furrows her eyebrows at my words.

"Are you sure?"

"From what I'm gathering probably, she is the only one I know of that was never buried, legend has it all her son found were chains."

"Well where are you gonna start?"

"I don't know, this maybe above Quins pay grade. Unless maybe I throw you in the offer I'm sure she would find you attractive." Annie's eyes widen at my nonchalant words.

"Wait what? You're planning to pimp me out?!" Her voice raises an octave as the words leave her mouth.

"I mean, it's for a good cause?" I shrug and push a strand of hair behind my ear.

"I can't believe that is your bright idea." Annie looks at me as if I've grown two heads.

I raise a brow and look at her pointedly, "I never said it was a bright idea."

I shrug, I doubt she can do it. I could always call David, he is an amazing tracker I used to work with.

"I have someone else I can call and see." I shrug causing a sigh full of relief to escape Annie causing me to chuckle.

"Well I better get going, tell Daniel I'm sorry I couldn't stop by." Annie nods at my request and I quickly walk out of the room. I walk down the hallway and to the stairs.

"Leaving with out saying anything to your mate I see?" I smile at his voice and turn to see my mate.

"We both know what would happen if I did, I don't have time." Mischief plays in my tone causing Daniel's eyes to brighten.

Daniel grabs my hand and brings me to him quickly, tingles go through where his body is touching mine. Want fills my body, we have gone to long without being together. He gives me a quick kiss on my forehead.

"I understand my love, my little huntress is hunting." I blush at his words but roll my eyes to cover it.

By his grin, I know it doesn't hide much.

"Well if you will excuse me I would like to finish hunting." I tease following his word play. He nods understandingly before giving me a quick kiss on the lips.

"Be safe please, Riley." I nod my head at his words as I back away from him.

"Always." With that I walk away completely.

I walk towards my car, I needed to call David and see if he could find Ittzy, if she is even alive. I hear a sudden gush of air before feeling pressure on my shoulders and my feet are no longer on the ground.

In fact, I watch in shock as I move away from my car and it gets smaller and smaller.

I'm in the air.

No literally I'm in the air.

I look up and my eyes widen as I see a dark dragon flying through the air with the front legs holding on to my shoulders. The dragon looks towards me and I gasp at the dark black eyes staring into mine.

A fire creator.

Ittzy.

After hours of flying we finally land on a small island. The dragon let's me go as it lands infront of me. The dragon shifts and my eyes widen at Ittzy.

She doesn't look at all like a normal dragon shifter, she looks like she is stuck mid shift almost. Her skin is sorta scaly, her ears are pointed and I see her fangs poking out from her lips. Her black hair is extremely long almost touching the ground. Her black eyes stare into mine and a smirk finds her lips.

"Hello Riley, heard you were looking for me." Dumbfounded all I can do is nod at her words. She motions with her hands to follow her and I quickly will my feet to move and follow her through the tall grass and into the trees.

We walk a short way till we get to a pond, she steps on a rock and my eyes widen as the water moves as a large boxy looking thing comes up. The top pops up revealing stairs.

Ittzy graciously steps down them and I follow behind her closely. When we are completely inside, the box thing closes and lights turn on illuminating the small staircase.

I follow Ittzy for a couple moments, silently, until we walk into a room much larger than the small staircase. Ittzy grabs a black robe and puts it on tying the silk thick fabric around her.

"Whiskey?" Ittzy ask as she pulls a thing of whiskey from a shelf of alcohol and grabs two glasses, she pours a little more than a shot worth in each one and hands me a glass.

I shrug and take it, I take a sip. A sound of approval leaves my lips at the BlackBerry flavored whiskey.

"Taste nice, does it?" I tilt my head slightly at her old accent.

"It does." I say honestly taking another sip as I look at Ittzy awkwardly.

She chuckles as she walks to a chair and sits down crossing her legs and leaning back into the chair, her smile shows off her sharp teeth.

"Wondering why I came to you, you are." Ittzy states and I again find myself admiring her accent, Navi would love listening to her accent.

I nod my head slightly with a small laugh. "I mean yeah that would be nice." At my words Ittzy smiles before taking the rest of her drink down, she then sets the glass down on a table infront of her chair. She stands as she walks to me.

"I got impatient." She states as she starts walking around me, studying me. "I haven't talked to anyone in decades atleast." I jump as I feel her nose on my shoulder as she breathes in deeply.

"You smell fantastic. Like new leather ya know? With a hint of woods and whiskey." She states out loud as she makes her way back infront of me.

"So are you wanting me to heat that potion or bring Bain back, I forget the one I'm supposed to do." Ittzy states as she walks away grabbing the whiskey bottle and pouring more into the glass, the she proceeds to bring the glass to her lips as she looks at me.

My eyes widen as her statement reaches my ears. "Wait what? You can bring him back?" I ask shocked at the new information and Ittzy cringes.

"Ah so it was the potion part, right."

I shake my head "No if you can bring Bain back it would fix everything." Ittzy laughs at my words as she shakes her head.

"No it wouldn't actually." Ittzy laughs again as my face shows complete confusion. "All Bain ever was, was just a red herring, honey." I take a step to Ittzy as my jaw clench.

I do not need more riddles.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean there is no mate Bond between Navi and Bain, the moon Goddess used a fake mate Bond as a pawn." I glare at her words. This is ridiculous, how would she know.

I set the glass on the table and cross my arms while Ittzy pours yet another glass of whiskey.

"How would you know?" I spit out at Ittzy who looks at me with a raised brow.

"The full moon spoke to me." Ittzy points up in all seriousness, a second passes us before she starts laughing, "I'm just bullshitting you that didn't happen." Ittzy laughs while wiping a fake tear. She then sits back on the chair and points to the chair across from her.

"Get comfortable Riley, we have a lot to discuss." I sigh as I sit down and look towards the dragon. She giggles as she takes a sip.

"The Moon Goddess visited me in the cave I was chained in......"
