For thousands of years humans have ruled the Earth. Thousands of years we have built and destroyed the ones that came before us for the generations that came after us and beyond. For thousands of years we became the strongest and the smartest beings on this Earth or so we thought. For thousands of years, we were not alone, for a force unknown to man that lurk in the darkest shadows. Sounds and acts like your common pack of wolves but was strong as 10 men or more. They were more animal than man, that is, till several have found a way to keep their human half still in tact. These are called Lycans.

Commonly known as "Werewolves", the Lycans have learned how to keep their human half in tact in order to live among the humans in plain sight. Picking and choosing who becomes prey and who becomes a newborn Lycan. Those who were once weak, became stronger than ever in their life. Only one bite will do, deep enough to draw blood, the victim goes through three stages: realizing you have been bitten, body reshaping and the final transformation. Each pack of Lycans would reach up to 500-1,000 Lycans but only the strongest Lycans can become Alphas. The packs have 2 layers of rulings, the Alphas and those who follow the Alpha. Those who refuse to follow or join an Alphas are casted out and called Rouges. Once a rouge, no pack wants you. You are forced to hunt and walk alone. With no pack for protection, not every rouge survived the ordeals.

There was a young woman who came across an Alpha, learning about her fate and/or destiny that tied her to the Alpha. Who knows if she will agree to her fate and/or destiny or will she deny it? The only one who knows that answer....is Emma. And this...is her story.
