Y/N Pov: 

It's been a few weeks since Yuji passed away due to a mission. I have been mentally unstable and crying almost every day. I've lost a best friend, a best friend that I thought can walk down together forever. He died. He fricken died. Megumi always offer some of his favorite food to me and hugs me, they help, but it doesn't help me. The pain is killing me. So fricken bad. 

Megumi Pov: 

Y/N has been acting very unstable, I tried to stay with her every day I can, bringing my favorite food to share with her (what she likes, I like). I hug her every day and we usually just ended up holding each other every day, by the water fountain.  Y/N used to be a happy, cheerful girl that speaks a lot and share her thoughts, but after Yuji died, she turned the complete opposite. Nobara also went shopping with her, which usually lights up her mood, but it didn't work for her anymore. Now on the weekends, she usually stays in her room and locks herself in it. Without asking for any help. Today is Saturday, and as usual, she is looking for herself inside. I decided to knock on her door. After I knocked, Y/N came out with eye bags around her eyes and said, 

"Yes? Megumi? What can I help you with?" 

I didn't hesitate but immediately hug her, I closed my eyes and said, 

"Y/N, I don't care about myself. I only care about you, the only reason I knocked is that I'm worried about you. Stop doing this to yourself, you are breaking both my and Nobara's hearts. We are your best friends, stop doing this to us."  

After that, she burst into tears, she was crying uncontrollably, she said while crying, 

"Megumi, I can't do this anymore, it's killing me, I can't I can't!" 

I gently ask her, 

"Do you want my company for today?" 

She nodded on my chest. 

I went into her room and closed the door, she sat on her bed as I followed her. She flopped on the bed with a tear streaming down her face again, she shouted, 

"I'M SO SORRY FOR BRINGING PAIN TO YOU AND NOBARA!" 

I looked at her, I am so worried that she- she has depression. I don't want this Y/N, she's unrecognizable......   

She then told me everything, from her parents leaving her, to Yuji, to all her stress problems, she let it all out. It took her about two hours to finish, but it was worth it. All of sudden, a knock appeared on the door, just when Y/N was about to get up and open the door, I pressed her back to the bed and said, 

"Rest, let me do it." 

She pulled my shirt so hard just to tell me, no, but it ended up with me being on top of her. We stared at each other like it was a staring competition. I looked from her eyes to her lips, and I leaned in. Just then, another loud knock appeared on the door. Y/N and I snapped back into reality as I went to open the door. It was Nobara sobbing, she said, 

"Y/N, I HEARD YOUR APOLOGY FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PLACE :( YOU ARE MY BEST FRIEND FOREVER, DON'T DUMP ME!" 

Y/N laughed as she turned back to her normal self. I am so glad. 

We ended up having a slumber party as we talked and laugh and eat popcorn. At last, Y/N and Nobara slept on the bed, as I slept on the floor. 

At around 1:00 a.m., Y/N whispered, 

"Psst, Megumi!" 

I looked at her sleepily, 

"Hum? What is it Y/N ?" 

She said, 

"Come sleep next to us, it's okay." 

I didn't even hesitate then I climbed in bed. We immediately fell back to sleep. Little did I knew; I was hugging Y/N by the waist, and she was hugging back.
