After 6 months....

Aarohis Pov

I walked inside our room with a tray in my hands. Opening the door wide a smile crept over my lips seeing my arjun and nivi curled up in the bed. This is were i always feel. Life is so beautiful. Once you start loving your beloved ones.

I kept the tray on the table and partened the curtains of the room and let the sunrays peep inside. I saw Arjun groaning in his sleep and ducked his face inside the pillow once the sunlight fell on his face.I giggled. I purposefully do it to irritate him. These little things makes us happy.

Besides him lay my little one. My nivi. My Baby. Words wont be enough for me to explain how much she means to me. I took slow steps towards her and sat besides her. caressing hair face. I Placed a soft kiss on her forehead. She stirred from her sleep slowly

"Oh my Sunshine.. my lil baby. See..Moon uncle has vanished outside. And still you are sleepy sleepy.."I slowly tickled her waist making her giggle. She slowly opened her doe eyes and looked at me with a pout

"And finally my baby woke up. Good girl" I kissed her cheek

"Amma.. I'm so sleepy. Let me sleep me for some more time. Please"she pouted making me sigh

"But good girls wakes up early. And my baby is a good girl right? So wake up wake up" I tickled her waist Again and she laughed

"Stop it Amma" She sat up in the bed and i pulled her to my chest. Patting her slowly

"See..Amma..nanna is still sleeping"she said pointing at arjun who is sleeping soundly.

"Then let's wake him up. What say?"i winked at her and she giggled

"Okay"

We sat on either sides of Arjun. Looking at him. Nivi started to pinch his nose making him groan in sleep. When it was my turn i slowly started scratching his stuble making him irritate. We tried our best not to laugh

"Nivi stop It.."he said pulling the duvet to himself

We looked at each other helplessly. and suddenly i came across another way to wake him up. I walked to the washroom and took a cup of cold water from the tap and splashed it on his face. Arjun jumped up from his sleep. Nivi and I Broke into laughter and hive fived each other

"What the hell?"he screamed and started running behind us.

"Nivi run" i held her her hands and we hid behind the couch

"Stop there..You two"He tried to catch hold us

"You can't catch us nanna"Nivi giggled

"How dare you disturb my sleep huh?" He tried to catch hold of me. I escaped from his hold and hid myself behind the curtains while nivi hid behind the bed.

"Arjun.. you are sleeping like kumbakarna..see my baby woke up early before you" i chuckled

"Seriously?"He gritted his teeth and grabbed me towards him. Our chests collided with each other. He lost his balance and fell on the bed. I fell on top of him. For a moment my breath hitched. Feeling his breath on my face. I Felt his palm on my bare waist sending butterflies in my stomach. I held his shoulders and We lost in each others eyes until Nivi laughed. Making us come back to our senses.

I stood up in my feets and he got up too. Rolling his eyes at me. I giggled

"Why did you wake me up?"he frowned

"Arjun. See look at the time.."i said

"Haan..nanna.. look at the time"Nivi said imitating me. Arjun sighed and we giggled

"I'm really fed up with these two kiddos..."

"Arjun.. don't be silly.. don't forget that we have meeting today.. Go and Freshn up" i pushed him inside the washroom and carried Nivi to the other room.

Half an hour later i came downstairs to arrange the table and pack the lunch. Arjun bought a new Mansion here in Hyderabad. We shifted back here. During weekends we visit Amma and Nanna. Raj and Natasha got married last month and we spent the entire month in Vishakpatnam. Now they're on their HoneyMoon trip in Switzerland. We visit Happy Homes frequently. Divya completed her degrees and right now she's working with me in Our Company. Arun returned back to Australia as he wants to quit the job there and put up a company here along with Nandini. He proposed divya finally and she accepted wholeheartedly.

I came back from my thoughts and continued packing the lunch. When I moved to the hall. I saw Arjun and Nivi waiting for me. To have breakfast.

I served them and sat along with them.

"Nivi..be a good girl at the school okay. Don't fight with anybody" i said serving her while she pouted

" I don't do anything wrong Amma"

"That's why exactly your class teacher rings me up saying that you are fighting with boys of your class"Arjun said rolling his eyes

"What? And you didn't say anything to me Nivi"i said.Tensing

"Its not fault my Amma. You know my friend Ananya. Boys of my class tease her so much. So i couldn't bear it"

"Why do they tease her?"

"They tease her saying that her father is very poor. And he runs a bakery. So i just told them not to tease her anymore. Every job has its own dignity. I'm i right nanna?"

Arjun and i looked at each other in wonder. And looked at her proudly. I scooped her in my arms and kissed her forehead

"We are always proud of you baby"

"Did you seriously beat them up baby? if so i can proudly say that you are my daughter" Arjun said smiling widely

"No nanna..Amma always that say not to hurt anyone intentionally. So when they were about hurt ananya. I Complained to my teacher. Thats all" nivi said and i saw arjun smiling at me.

"Youre the best daughter in the world" i said happily and she squealed eating from my hands.

Arjuns Pov

I feel Lucky to have someone like aarohi in my life. Her way of bringing up nivi leaves me in wonder. She's a perfect mother. And I'm always proud of that. I'm surprised how my life changed over the past few months.

Aarohi managed to take over me completely. I cant think of anything else but her. I looked at the adjacent cabin and saw her completely engrossed in work. We managed to win over the american clients and i always feel that she's the one behind all my success.

Gazing at the laptop screen i feel extremely bored. Yes the same Arjun devanand who believed that work comes before anything. I cant believe. This is the same me. Finally i couldnt take it anymore. I grabbed my phone and dialled her number

"Arjun?"

"Aarohi. come to my cabin" i quickly disconnected the call before she make some lame excuse

Within a minute i saw her walking inside. Glaring at me

"Whats it arjun? i have lots of work there"

"Wheres that mail which you sent me yesterday? I cant find that'

"Which mail?" she looked at me. Puzzled

"Come here and see"

She walked towards me and glanced at the screen. Leaning over me. I took the right chance to brush my lips against her neck making her giggle.

"Arjun"she glared at me.

I grabbed her waist making her land in my lap

"Arjun..what are you doing.. leave me"she tried to get rid of my hold

"I'm romancing with my wife. Cant you see?"i asked nuzzling my nose on her cheek

"Arjun please. what if someone....'

"So what? you are my wife. I dont care"I caught her wrist and kissed there. and then her long fingers

"Never knew that Mr. Arrogant had such a romantic side in him" she giggled

"You're yet to see a lot darling"I winked at her

"I've seen enough. Leave me now"

I glared at her while she bit her lips and pouted. Making me smile. She pecked my cheek and i joined our foreheads. Smiling at each other. Just then we heard divya coughing standing outside my cabin. Aarohi jumped up from my lap. Feeling embarassed. I felt awkward too.

"I'm sorry for disturbing" she blushed while aarohi rolled her eyes at me.

"Come inside divya" i said trying to break the awkward silence

'This is what you wanted right sir?" she asked giving me a file. Im always impressed by her work. She is a minor version of aarohi

I took the file from her and smiled

"Divya..how many times I should tell you? You can call me by my name "

"No sir..as long as you are my boss. I can't call you by your name"She smiled

"This girl never understands"Aarohi smiled at her

"Is it okay sir?" divya asked and i nodded with a smile

"Fine and Sorry for intruppting you both. Excuse me now." Divya giggled and left the cabin followed by aarohi. Only after giving a deadly glare to me

I smiled to myself and slapped my head. This girl is going to be my death some day.

Nivi had her head on Aarohis lap. Listening to her keenly. Aarohi was narrating yet another princess story.

"Once upon a time there lived a beautiful princess. She was cute and sweet just like my baby" aarohi said tweaking nivis nose making her smile wide

"One day she lost her way in a dense forest and poor she didnt knew how to return back home. her friends were missing too"

"Ayyo"

Arjun was sitting right next to them. Listening to them carefully while working in his laptop. After a while he got up from the bed and moved to the balcony. Aarohi continued narrating the story until nivi fell asleep. Aarohi smiled caressesing her hairs and kissed her forehead. Covered her with the duvet. She looked around and saw Arjun staring at the night. She walked to him and hugged him from behind. He caught her palms and kissed there. Resting it near his heart

"Story over..? Im sorry i missed the climax"he smiled

"Everything okay Arjun? I'm noticing you from the evening"

He looked at her and cupped her cheeks. She touched his palm which rested in her cheek

"I'm okay"

"Dont lie"

He sighed and hugged her by her waist

"You know it right. That day is coming. I cant help it aarohi. I still feel so guilty that i couldnt save her. I'm trying to distract myself and I'm failing each time. I dont know what to do"

"Arjun. Its not your fault. I can understand. Whatever it is. We are capable of controlling our mind and heart. Instead of being sad. Be happy. Its our babys birthday and we will do anything to make her happy"

He smiled. Feeling better and kissed her ear. Seeing it going red

"Im glad that i have you in my life aarohi"

She smiled wrapping her hands around his neck

"So tell me what happened in the story" he grabbed her closer placing her feets above his. Aarohi smiled at him

"The prince and princess got married with everyone's blessings" She closed her eyes. feeling his lips on her neck

"Continue"

"They promised to be with each other forever"

"Then?"

"They had a beautiful baby girl and they lived happily. Forever"

He joined their lips making her gasp. She responded back as soon as she recovered. Turning it to a passionate one. He lifted her up in between and carried her to the room. To spent one more memorable night in their life.
