Recap - Arjun misunderstanding Arun and Aarohi , Tharas parent's putting forward the marriage proposal

Aarohi took heavy steps towards the kitchen. Her knees going weak with the hot liquid rolling down her cheeks. What she heard from Thara was indeed right. She clutched the end of the stole. And bit her lips. Holding the kitchen counter for support she almost fell on the floor. Crying her Heart out. Trembling

For the first time she'd loved someone so deeply with all her heart.

Resting her head on the wall. Her sobs echoed the surroundings. She wept silently until Nivis voice brought her back to sense

"Aaru di?"

Aarohi quickly wiped her face and smiled. Holding her palms

"What happened.. Why are you crying..?"she asked concerned and held Aarohis chin.

"Nothing baby. I was just.."

"Did someone hurt you?"

"No. I'm okay" Aarohi smiled. Making her sit in her lap. Nivi hugged her and that's what she wanted.

"Now tell me. Did you cry thinking about your parents?"Nivi asked cupping Aarohis cheeks. Aarohi didn't knew what to say. She smiled sadly shaking her head

"Everything will be alright. Don't cry"Nivi wiped Aarohis tears. Aarohi hugged her and it somewhat relaxed her mind. She knew she won't be able to stay with nivi forever. Someday or the other she have to move out from her life.

Aarohi couldn't concentrate on her work rest of the day. She was broken. And deeply wounded. By noon she returned back home. She didn't wanted to face Arjun in his office.

Denying the lunch she locked herself in her room. And hugged her knees closer to her chest. She had misunderstood him. He is indeed a stone hearted man. She cursed herself for loving him.

"Aarohi..You don't deserve him..You don't have anyone in this world.. You can't get everything you wish.. Arjun , I can't become his better half. He have a life ahead with Thara. Accept it Aarohi. You should. You're just his employee. You don't have any place in his life.He is gone.He is out from your life"

She clutched her stole and ducked her face in her palms. Sobbing harder. Until sleep took over her.

Time was nearing 12. Aarohi was curled up in her bed. The tears dried up in her cheeks. Her eyes were swollen. Due to long cry.

Her phone rang continuously. She had put her phone on silent mode. The vibration irked her. Finally she lost her patience and grabbed her phone from the table

"Who the hell is this?"

" Ms. Aarohi "

She realised the voice.

"Mr. Arjun?"she sat up on the bed

"I want to talk to you. Can you come out now?"

Aarohi looked at the time. And held her head. Trying to keep her composure.

"Mr. Arjun. Time is nearing 12. We can talk tommorrow"

"I want talk to you right now. Ms. Aarohi. Its important. Come out. I'm waiting for you outside your home"He disconnected the call.

Aarohi wiped her face with her palms and came out from the bed. Splashing cold water on her face. She felt better. Grabbing a scarf from her wardrobe she walked downstairs and then to the road.

She saw him waiting near his car. Wiping her face again she walked towards him.

Aarohi stood right in front of Arjun. Her eyes on the ground. He could clearly see her swollen eyes.

"What's it Mr. Arjun? What's so important?"

"Why did you go without informing me today?"

She looked at him bewildered

"You came here just to ask this? I wasn't feeling well so i came over"she said

"You should have informed me atleast Ms. Aarohi"

"Anything else?"She asked instead

"Come with me. I want to talk"

"Say it here. I'm not coming anywhere"

"You should"

"I'm sorry. If you can't say it here. We can talk tomorrow" she turned to leave. He held her wrist and stopped her. Her heart started thudding with his hold. A small tear escaped her eyes

"Leave me. Mr. Arjun"

He gripped it tighter.

" I want you to come with me now"

"Leave me Please"she almost begged

He grabbed her by her wrist. She banged into his hard chest. Her breath almost stopped for a moment.

"You will come with me. Aarohi" he said looking into her eyes sending jitters in her spine

He mentioned her as Aarohi. For the very first time. She felt bliss to hear that. From his mouth.

He made her sit in the front seat and walked to his side. All the way he drove silently. She gazed out side the window even though she wanted to talk to him. Open her heart. He took few glances at her. Silence engulfed them. That chocked her.

10 minutes later he stopped the car. Bringing her back to her sense. She looked around and realised that he'd brought her to the same place. On Top of the City.

He stepped outside and opened the door for her. She stepped out too.

"Why did you bring me here? Mr. Arjun?"

He walked ahead. Stopped at the end. Gazing at the vast sky and found the whole city. Engulfed in Silence

"Speak up Mr. Arjun"

He stood still making her loose her temper

"I need to go Mr. Arjun. Can you please Please open your mouth?"

Arjun walked towards her and stood right in front of her. Folding his arms across his chest

"Dont be so stubborn"

"I'm going back. You stand here silently and enjoy whole night"she stomped her foot

"Ms. Aarohi"

"Arey. You go and marry someone else. I just don't care" she blurted out making him knit his brow. He chuckled inwardly

"From where did this marriage matter came?" He asked making her bit her tongue. She slapped herself mentally

"Can you speak up Ms. Aarohi?"

She moved away from him and turned to leave. He held her wrist again. And this time too she struggled to get rid of his tight hold

"Leave me .Mr. Arjun"

"I don't want to leave you Aarohi"

She stopped. Her breath became slow. The moment she heard it from him. The world stopped for a moment. She turned towards him. Locking his eyes with hers. Her eyes moistened.

He left her wrist. Slowly

"Mr. Arjun?"

"I don't want to leave you Aarohi "

Silence again. Their eyes spoke for a moment until he broke the silence

"Aarohi. I've never thought of any other woman in my life"

Her heart heaved with heavy breath

"Kavya meant so much to me. She left me. It was all my fault Aarohi. I couldn't even keep the last promise I've given to her. I was slowly turning into a beast. A heartless beast. Mr. Arrogant. That would be the best word to describe me"

She lowered her head. To hide her tears

"Aarohi. Trust me. Nobody have ever made me feel so good about myself. It took time for me to realise i changed. I slowly changed. When you walked into my life. You helped me to come out of the most dreadful phase of my Life. You made me a better person Aarohi."He smiled inching closer to her. She could feel his breath on her face

"I know I've hurted you. Physically and mentally. I didn't mean to hurt you in any way Aarohi. When i heard about you from Divya and other kids. How you are and how you were. I couldn't help it Aarohi. I was so wrong about you . I want to thank you for gifting back my daughter. My family. My happiness and for waking up the old Arjun in me."

Tears rolled down her cheeks. The breeze touched their faces.

" I held it back and it took me so long for me to realise this"

He held her cheeks. Cupping them.

"Aarohi. I don't know if I'm sounding selfish. But I so want you in my Life. In our life. Mine and Nivis. I love you Aarohi. And i swear to do so till my last"

That moment. Nothing else mattered to them. The swaying air filled the silence. Tears found their way through her cheeks. She felt numb. And felt like a dream. He still had his palms on her cheeks

"Mr. Ar...Arjun..?

"I said and i mean it Aarohi"

Aarohi stood dumbstruck.

"You...Love Me?"

"This. This. This much"he widened his arms and smiled. She got her breath back. And when she did. She started hitting his chest

"Mr. Arrogant. How dare you play with me? What did you say in the morning? I almost lost my breath. When you said that you're going to marry Thara? Why did you say that? Do you know how i felt? I almost...."

He silenced her with a kiss.
