Precap - Arjun sharing his concerns with Aarohi , denying her request for leave

Arjun had his eyes fixed on the entrance. Aarohi was half an hour late. He was restless to meet her. He roamed around the hall making excuses. Finally he lost his patience and took his phone to dial her number until he heard the sound of her scooter.

He walked outside and froze seeing her.

She looked heavenly in her white saree. For the first time he didn't wanted to take his eyes off. He saw her parking her scooty. She had a smile adorning her face. When she got down their eyes met.

He diverted his gaze quickly and pretend to be normal. She shrugged him off and walked away, ignoring him. Arjun raised his brows and followed her

"Good morning Ms. Aarohi"he wished her

"Good morning"she walked to the kitchen , not bothering to look at him.

Arjun furrowed his brows and walked back his room. He saw his daughter curled up in the bed. Busy wrapping a box. She was failing each time. Making Faces

"Seems like my baby is a bit busy"he asked sitting next to her

"Yes..nanna.Thank God you came. I was struggling to wrap this"

"What are you doing?"

"See.."

Arjun took the frame in his hands and ran his hand lovingly through it. She was eternal. She was beautiful. She was real. His heart skipped a beat.

"How is it?"Nivis voice brought him back to his sense

"Beautiful..but..why are you packing this and..who did it?"

"Raj darling and Natasha di..Helped me to frame this. To gift Aaru di. Today is her birthday" Nivi said excitedly

Arjun could now guess why she asked for leave today

"Nanna.. What are you going to gift her..?"nivi asked climbing into his lap

"I dont have anything with me. Besides i didn't knew today was her birthday"

"Haa..even i didn't knew. But that day Arun uncle came to meet us. He told me that today is Aaru dis birthday. So i quickly called darling and made this gift. Nice know?"

Arjun gritted his teeth hearing Aruns name. He doesn't know why. Aruns presence around Aarohi and Nivi always irks him.

Later he walked downstairs to wish Aarohi and saw her taking blessings from Ramya

"God will bless you with all the happiness Aarohi"she kissed her forehead

Arjun smiled at the sight.

"Thank you aunty. Where's seetha ma?"

"She had to leave for her village. I have made the breakfast. You can go to office along with Arjun"

Aarohi nodded with a smile. Ramya walked away from the kitchen to her room. She didn't fail to notice Arjun, standing in the stairs. Gazing at Aarohi. Yet she pretended as if she didn't see him.

Aarohis phone rang and he could clearly hear her conversation over the phone

"Hello..Riyu Baby. I'm really sorry darling. But i promise that I'll back from my work soon. Yeah..youre a good girl right. Stop troubling Divya. Listen to your Angel. Okay.? Good girl"she smiled

"Divya. Take care of the arrangements. I'll try my best to come early. Yeah..i will talk to you later. Have some work to finish off. Bye " she disconnected the call and sighed. Arjun could see a tint of tears forming in her eyes. He felt hurt

"Hello.."he walked to her. She ignored him and continued her work.

"Ms. Aarohi.. What's for breakfast today?"he asked making her glare

"You had your breakfast Right. Mr. Arjun..Why do you ask?"

"Oh. I forgot. I mean..did you complete yesterday's document.?"

She closed her eyes to control her irritation

"Yes. I did. And you don't have to worry about anything Mr. Arjun. I'm here right. I'll take care of it"she shrugged

"But you will be leaving in some time"

"Means?"she looked at him

"Means.. Your boss is ready to grant you leave today"he said for which her face lit up

"Seriously?"

"The least thing i can do for the birthday girl. Happy Birthday Ms. Aarohi"he smiled making her feel butterflies in her stomach

"Thank you. Mr. Arjun and I've mailed you the document. Seetha ma is on leave but Ramya aunty is here right. She said she will take care of everything. And if you need something you can call me. I will.."

"Okay. Relax. You can go. I will talk to maa"

"Thank you"she grabbed her bag to leave. He watched her with a smile. She came back to him abruptly

"Any problem?'

She played with edge of her saree

"Mr. Arjun..Can I..i mean can i take.."

"What?"

"Can I take Nivi with me? Please. I will drop her back. I promise"she bited her lips

"Your wish"

Aarohi couldn't stop smiling. She was excited to take Nivi. To her home. To her world. She immediately called Divya and informed them that they are coming

"We should take a taxi i guess" Aarohi sighed.

Arjun noticed them from his room balcony and walked downstairs

"Let's call nanna..He will drop us Aaru di"

"No Nivi. He might be busy"she said and saw him approaching them.

"Why didn't you go yet? I thought you both would have crossed Mars by right now"he said making Aarohi and Nivi look at each other and chuckle.

"See nanna..Aaru di's scooter.."

Aarohi intruppted her.

"Its okay. We can go by Taxi"

"Your ego doesn't let you ask for a lift Ms. Aarohi?"he asked making her glare

"You were hesitating to come with me yesterday right Mr. Arjun"

"Offo. Now you both please don't start fighting"nivi gritted her teeth.

"I'll drop you"he said

"Mr. Arjun"

"No more arguments"

Aarohi smiled inwardly. She wanted this. His presence. Aarohi sat on the front seat with Nivi on her lap. She was too excited to visit Aarohis home. Arjun drove the car silently.

15 minutes later they were in front of HAPPY HOMES.

"Is this your home Aaru di?"nivi asked excitedly

"Yes baby"

They came outside the car. Aarohi looked back at Arjun and hesitated. A part of her wanted him to join her. On this day

"Thanks"she said

"You're welcome"

She bit her lips looking at him

"Mr. Arjun. Why don't you join us? I mean..if you have time"she said. Unsure

"Yes nanna. Come know"

To Aarohis surprise he parked his car and came outside. In his pure white shirt.

"Yay"Nivi clapped

"Lets go?"

They walked inside together. Aarohi couldn't believe that Arjun is going to spent his time. With her. In her home

"Shh.. Wait here"Aarohi said keeping her fingers on her lips once they reached the steps

"What happened Aaru di..?"nivi asked

"You dont know Nivi.. People living here are too clever.. Definitely there will be a trap for me"Aarohi said looking around

"Trap?"

"See..This time I'm not gonna fall for your trap. So better come out" Aarohi called out making the Children , hiding behind the grasses giggle

Nivi stepped inside the house and looked around. Aarohi turned to see Arjun and saw a bucket filled of water. About to fall on him.

"Mr. Arjun"she pulled him towards her by his wrist. In result he fell on top of her. Making them fall on the ground. He held her waist for support and she gripped on his collar. They rolled on the ground together. Finally he was above her. Their eyes locked and breaths mingled. She lost it. Staring into his deep black eyes were sending jitters in her spine.

Nivis laughter brought them back to their sense. Followed by the other children who surrounded them.

He managed to get up and gave his hands to her. She held his palm and got up. Adjusting her saree. He looked away.
She recovered quickly

"See this time I escaped from the trap"Aarohi said proudly

The children took out the water gun and splashed it on her face. Making her wet

"Hehe..Angel is wet now" a boy said giggling

"Tinku.. You.. Stop there" Aarohi started running behind him. Followed by the other children. Nivi joined them too.

Arjun watched her silently. The kids surrounded her. And he saw her playing with them. Smiling and laughing her heart out. He smiled genuinely. From his heart.

She introduced Nivi to the other kids and they joined a group. Playing hide and seek

"Hello sir"Divya intruppted his thoughts. He looked at her and smiled

"Hi Divya"

"Never expected you here"

"Ms. Aarohi wanted me to come here. So.."

"Glad you came. Today is a big day for them. "

A small trucker came inside the compound. The kids rushed towards the vehicle.

"What's that?"Arjun asked to Divya

"Angel keeps her savings for this day. To gift these children"she smiled

They walked towards the trucker. Where Aarohi was busy gifting each one of them. As per their wish.

"Can i join too?" Arjun asked making Aarohi surprised

"Sure Mr. Arjun"

He took the packets and started giving it to them. It was lunch time already. The food was arranged in the lawn. Arjun served them. Along with Aarohi and Divya. Nivi too sat along with the kids. Busy talking with the friends she made.

While they had their food. Aarohi took Arjun to the elders and introduced him. He just smiled folding his palms at everyone. The elders blessed them. Happily

"Killer" Arun said hugging Aarohi from behind. Arjun turned around to see Arun and Nandini at the doorstep. Aarohi smiled brightly hugging them back.

"Happy Birthday Darling" Nandini hugged her and gifting her a small packet

"Haye..Thank you darling. Muah"Aarohi smiled.

Nandini noticed Arjun and walked upto him

"Hi..Mr. Arjun. Never expected you here"

"Hi Nandini"he smiled back even though his eyes were still on Aarohi and Arun

"Where's My gift?" Aarohi asked to Arun

"Here goes"Arun pulled out a golden chain from his pocket and made her wear that

"You're the best"Aarohi said hugging him again.

"By the way. You look sexy in this saree" Arun said making Arjun clench his fist.

"Hey...what's Mr. Arjun doing here?"Arun whispered in her ears Making Aarohi blush. She slapped his shoulder

"Shut up"

"Hi mr. Arjun. Nice to meet you"Arun walked to him and shook hands with him

"Nice to meet you too. Mr. Arun"

"Lets go and meets the kids"Aarohi said dragging him and Nandini to the lawn

Aarohi was having the best time in her life. She was glad that Arjun was enjoying his time too.

"Happy birthday Aaru di"Nivi said gifting her. Aarohis eyes moistened seeing her gift. She dragged nivi closer and hugged her tightly

"Thank you Baby"

" I love you"

"I love you more"she hugged her tightly and wiped the tears from the corner of her eyes. Arjun just smiled at the sight.

"Ms. Aarohi?" A voice intruppted her.

"Yes?"she got up facing the man.

"The vehicle is waiting outside"the man said pointing his finger at the huge ice cream van

"But..i didn't..."

"I called them" Arjun said making her open her mouth in surprise

"Mr. Arjun you.."

He nodded. The kids rushed towards the van. Nivi joined them too. Arun , Nandini and Divya surrounded them.

"I don't know what to say. Thanks for everything Mr. Arjun"she said smiling

"Least i can do. And this is for you"he said and took a bunch of roses from his car. She looked at him in surprise. Feeling butterflies in her stomach

"Thank you"

"You look good in saree. Ms. Aarohi"

She was getting shocks from him. One by one. Her cheeks turned pink

"If you don't mind. We need to go"

"Sure"

Nivi and Arjun bid bye to the kids and the elders. Getting inside the car. They waved at them.

Aarohi had the best day in her life and so did he.
