Recap - Arjuns Past ( Kavya giving birth to Nivi )

After an year....

"Happy birthday to my baby"Arjun kissed his little one and made her lay on his chest. Nivi giggled in her father's presence

"Arjun..How many time's you'll keep wishing her. Birthday Party is over for god's sake"she took Nivi from him and patted her gently

"Kavya. I can't believe that my Nivi is an year old. Like it happened yesterday" Arjun smiled.

"Yeah.."kavya smiled looking at little Nivi. She slowly fell asleep in her mothers arms. She kept the baby on the cradle. And smiled.

Arjun wrapped his hands over her and waist and she leaned to his chest.

"I think I'm going to gift something special on Nivis next birthday"he kept his chin on her shoulder

"What?"she asked confused.

"A little brother for her. To play"he kissed her earlobe. Kavya chuckled

"For that we need to start the preparations from now on " he said.

"Youre so Shameless Arjun"

He lifted her up in his arms and placed her on the bed. She dragged him closer and kissed his lips. He came over her completely and claimed her again.

Arjun and Kavya lay under sheets. Completely exhausted. She slept peacefully in his chest and so did he.

An hour later , kavya stirred from her sleep. She felt as if she'd heard a noise from downstairs. She looked at Arjun , who was fast asleep. She managed to get rid of his hold , got dressed and walked downstairs

15mints later Arjun woke up from the sleep. His head felt heavy. He searched for Kavya besides him and found her Missing

He got up from the bed and wore his dress. He checked Nivi. she was sleeping peacefully , sucking her thumb. He smiled and walked to washroom

"Kavya?" He couldn't find her there. He walked downstairs. The living room Was engulfed in silence. He walked upto the switch board and switched the lights on.

The room lighted up. Arjun looked around for her. He spotted her feets behind the couch.

"Kavya?" He rushed to her and froze on his spot. He saw her. Lying in a pool of blood. Blood oozing out from her head. She held her head in pain

"Ar... ju...n"

"Kavya"he ran towards her. Before he could reach upto her the bullet seized inside his shoulder. He yelped in pain and fell on his knees.

Arjun looked up as the footsteps came nearer and nearer. He struggled to keep his eyes open.

The man standing in front of him is none other than Raghav. He smirked at Arjun

"Arjun.. Devanand..The great business tycoon. A big trust worthy man. And now look at yourself. Where you are..."Raghav bursted out laughing

"I warned you right? I told you that you'll see the worst. And now look at yourself Arjun..You are dying. Oh god..I'm feeling crazy" Raghav kneeled upto him.

"Look at me Arjun..how are you feeling now? Are you feeling mad? Are you frustrated.? Of course you are. " He laughed again. Arjun held his shoulder and closed his eyes tightly

"You destroyed my company. My career. My family...and you expect me to sit quietly and watch your Happily - ever - after Life?" Raghav got up angrily. He snatched a rod from one of the goon and hit his head. Arjun crumbled on the floor. He screamed in pain.

"Poor you Arjun..Do you know why did I let you live in peace for these 2 years. Because I so wanted you to enjoy your life. With your wife and daughter and then snatch them away from you. "He said looking at Kavya.

Arjun closed his eyes as Tears gushed out of his eyes

"Okay Arjun..lets leave the past behind. Just one sign from you. I'll get back everything that I lost. After signing..I'll send you to heaven along with your wife and daughter" Raghav smirked. His phone rang disturbing him.

"Tell me...no..I need the papers now.. right now..okay..I'm coming there in 5 minutes" Raghav disconnected the call and looked at Arjun who lay unconscious. He walked outside the house

"Keep an eye on him. Don't let him die until I return back. Keep an eye on her too"he instructed the goons

"What about their daughter?" One of the goon asked

"We will take care of her later" Raghav walked outside.

The goons stood there , watching Arjun and Kavya.

"How long we will stand here and watch them die? Let's go out for a smoke" one of the goon suggested. Others nodded in agreement. They locked the door and walked to the garden to smoke.

Kavya struggled to open her eyes. When she finally did. She saw Arjun , lying in floor. Unconscious. She held her head and looked at her palms only to find them , soaked in blood. She kept her elbow on the floor and somehow managed to reach upto Arjun.

"Ar..jun.. Look.. look at..me"she patted his cheeks. He groaned holding his head

She drew a sharp breath. She held her head in her palms as tears rolled down her cheeks. She managed to stand up in her feets and held the holding bar of the staircase and balanced herself. Walking upstairs , she was trembling in fear. She wanted to save Nivi , atleast. A part of her was sure that she was going to die.

She walked to their room. Nivi was fast asleep in her cradle. She held her in her arms and gently kissed her little forehead. She walked to the balcony and peeped down. She could see the goons gathered in the garden. She looked at the time. Time was nearing 2.

She carried Nivi downstairs and walked to the kitchen. Somehow she managed to get out of the house through the kitchen door.

15mints later..Kavya barged inside the house. She was bleeding too much now. Blood soaked her dress as well. She walked to the living room and reached upto Arjun. She sat on her knees besides him and shook him.

"Ar..jun... Wake up.... Arjun"she shook him. He opened his eyes , faintly.

"Kavya.."he held his head in pain. She breathed heavily and opened her mouth to speak

"Arjun.. listen.. I've taken Nivi outside..from here.... I've taken her to. the church. Besides the....the main road"she closed her eyes in pain

Tears rolled down his eyes. He struggled to get up. He managed to sit in the floor

"Arjun..you should.. live. You should raise Nivi..I.."she let out a gasp. He cried as he dragged her closer and hugged her tightly

She broke the hug and looked at him.

"Ar..Jun.. Promise me that you'll...raise her as a good father. Promise that you'll take care of her. And if you can't..let her live as an orphan. We will die together today..."

He cried in guilt and hugged her again. She hugged him back and weeped. He kissed her hairs.

The door opened again and Raghav stepped in. He smirked seeing them together and walked to him.

"Great great...so much of love it seems" he said and dragged Kavya by her hairs. She widened her eyes and gasped heavily.

"Leave her you...bastard" Arjun got up and kicked Raghav in his stomach. He fell down.

"Youre so done Arjun" Raghav aimed the gun at him again. Arjun was all ready to face death. Raghav smirked and placed the gun back.

"I won't let you die that easily Arjun...hey..go and bring his daughter down" he instructed the goons. Arjun smirked at him..

He walked to kavya and slapped her left and right

"Leave..her..please.."Arjun shouted

The goons came down rushing after few minutes

"Sir..his daughter is not here"

"What the hell.. search her"Raghav screamed. The goons started searching the whole house. Raghav walked upto him

"Where did you hide her?"he asked.

"You can't touch my daughter. If youre so desperate to do so. Find her. And kill her"Arjun shouted.

Raghav smirked. The goons came back to him a told him that they couldn't find her.

"I don't need much time to find your daughter. But.. Arjun..I have a flight to catch in half an hour. Im flying Arjun.So sign here without saying a word and watch your wife die"

Arjun let out a small laugh , leaving Raghav puzzled. He took the papers in his blood soaked hand's and signed it.

"Here..this is what you wanted. Why do I need them now. ? Animals like you will go to any extent for money. Im dying. I'm Happily dying"he threw to Raghav. He smirked

"Great decision Arjun. Good bye.. Forever" he aimed his gun at him again and shot him. Arjun fell on the floor.

Raghav smiled in satisfaction. He walked outside the house , followed by the goons.

"Sir...is he dead?"one of them asked

"If God has a bit of mercy. He'll surely live. You know..I like such things. " Raghav smirked

"What about his daughter?"

"Hm..try to find her out. Else leave it. "

He got inside the car and it zoomed out of the sight. Followed by the goons

Arjun reached upto kavya. The pain he was going through was unbearable. He took her in his arms and patted her cheeks. Kavya faintly opened her eyes and held his cheek

"Ar..jun.."

"Kav..ya"

"You should.. live.. for..Nivi..you should"

"I.."

"You should Arjun.. you.."her voice dropped. His world stopped for a moment. She was dead. Kavya was dead.

" Don't.. Leave Me kavya.."he held her closer to his heart..

"Kavya... please don't"he screamed

And I know youll be the best father too.......

He wiped his tears as Kavya fell on the floor from his arms.

"Nivi..?"
