Recap - Arjun meets Aarohi , shouting at her

Arjun silently drove the car. He's angry and Nivi could sense it. She sat besides him , shivering with fear.

Once they reached home , he walked inside straightway followed by Nivi. He walked to the living room and sat on the couch. Nivi walked to him and stood in front of him. He had his eyes on the ground. She turned to go.

"Nivi."

She stopped and looked at him

"Nanna?"

"Who is she?"

"Aaru..di"

"Im not asking her name. How do you know her?"

"I...I met.. her...in my... School..nanna"

Arjun waited for her to complete.

"And?"he asked

"She's my... friend" she stammered.

"Stop this Nonsense Nivi"he shouted and Nivi moved back in fear.

"See.. I've already warned you right. She's a stranger and God knows what all was her intentions. "He said and Nivi lowered her head

"She's a good girl Nanna"

"Yeah..I could see that though..see..from today. You'll not see her. You'll not talk to her. Promise me "

"Nanna.. please"

"Promise me..else you know what i can do to her"

"I will not talk to her nanna. But please don't do anything to her nanna. She's very good" Nivi said , almost crying. Arjun walked away.

Next day Aarohi was a bit early to meet Nivi.
She saw Nivi coming outside the classroom with her friends. Aarohi smiled and walked to her.

"Hey...Nivi... "

Nivi looked up at her. Aarohi kneeled down to reach her.

"How are you? Did your nanna say something? Did he scold you?" Aarohi asked caressing her palm. Nivi jerked her hand's from Aarohi.

"Don't come here. I don't want to see you" Nivi said. Aarohis face changed suddenly

"what happened Nivi..?"

"Why are you coming here? Youre no one to me"

"Nivi..don't say like..this..I'm your friend right?" Aarohi asked

"No..youre not. Im not your friend. Don't come here. I don't want to see you" Nivi said and Aarohis eyes unknowingly filled with tears

"Nivi.. I'm your Aaru di.."

"No.. youre a stranger"

Nivi ran off from there crying. Aarohi stood dumbstruck. For the past few weeks Nivi had become a part of hers. She developed a special place in her heart for Nivi.

Arjun picked up Nivi From her school. Once she came home she went to the bedroom and Arjun got busy with his work. The maid left telling him that the dinner is ready. He nodded. He walked to the dining table and found Nivi missing.

He walked to the bedroom and found her in the bed , cuddled up covering herself from head to toe. He walked to her and he realised that she's shivering.

" Nivi.. "

He touched forehead. She was shivering with high temperature. He took her in his arms and realised that she's having high fever. He patted her cheeks

"Nivi...Nivi look at me baby"

"Na..nna"

He got tensed. He made her lay on the bed and covered her with duvet. He then took a wet cloth and kept it on her forehead. He rushed to call Raj.

"Arjun..?"

"Raj.. Nivi is not well. Can you come with Natasha? Or any other doctor?"

"What happened to her? Is she alright?"

"She's having high temperature. Please come soon"

"Okay. Don't get tensed. Im coming" he disconnected the call.

Arjun walked to Nivi. She is still shivering. He sat besides her and held her palm. He gently kissed it.

"Na..naa?"

"Baby?"he touched her forehead

"Aaru.. di..Aaru..di..is..good..Aaru di.."she kept saying. Arjun felt a shudder running through his body. He felt numb.

Raj and Natasha arrived in half and hour.  Natasha went inside and checked her. Arjun sat besides Nivi and Raj kept standing. She immediately prescribed some medicines.

"She is fine.. Well I think she is shocked and sad for something and she had been calling ' Aaru di' continously. Raj , I have prescribed some medicines. Please give it to her as soon as possible.. " Natasha said.

"She'll be alright Annaya"

"Thank you Natasha.. And sorry for disturbing you.. " Arjun said

"No no it's fine. It's a minor fever. I think she'll be alright by tomorrow morning. Take care of her"

"Raj will drop you.."

"No it's okay. I have my scooty. I'll go by myself" she smiled.

After a while , Raj came inside the room to check Nivi. He found Arjun sitting besides her

"You didn't sleep yet?"

"It's all because of me Raj.."

"Arjun... what has happened actually.?"

Arjun narrated About Aarohi.

"Are you nuts Arjun? She is a little girl. She doesn't know anything."

"No Raj..i seriously care for her. Who knows that girl might do something to Nivi"

"Oh god. Like seriously Arjun.?"

"No Ra..what I'm telling is..."

"She is a good girl Arjun. Why are you looking at everybody with same eyes.?"

"You know her?"

"Yes.. I have met her once in Nivis school. Nivi introduced her to me. Nivi was so happy to be with her. We also dropped her back home"

Arjun kept mum and looked at the ground.

"Arjun..I think Nivi will be alright once she's here"

"What nonsense"

"It makes sense. I'll bring her"Raj said and walked outside

AAROHIS POV

Ignoring is not at all a big deal. I've learnt to live with that. When I was born. My parents ignored me. They left me all alone in this world. 3 months old me. I was picked up from the road , in front of an orphanage. That's my world. My little World. My intentions was never to make someone sad. Yet. World is like this. I feel bad for myself. Why I'm I spending my time on people whom I barely know. Yet I feel that everybody is mine. All are my people.

That's what happened with Nivi too. She is such a sweet heart. Whenever she told me about her mother and her father, I missed my parents. And now even she doesn't need me. I don't how she's surviving with a man like him. Mr. Arrogant. Is he even a human being.

My thoughts are disturbed by a knock on the door. I walked upto the door and opened it wide.

"You?"
