Your POV

It was a late evening at the lair. You were sitting on the couch, a bowl of popcorn in hand. You had blankets bundling you up keeping you warm and comfortable, well... as comfortable as you could be.

Leo was 30 minutes late for your Space Heroes marathon. Sure, you didn't like the show that much, but this was supposed to be your guy's night. Your closest friend was slowly drifting away from you...

He's been seeing this one girl named Karai, and she's a part of the foot. Why he couldn't see that she was a threat to him, you, and his family was unknown.

Tears started to roll down your face. To top it all of you had a huge crush on the blue masked turtle. And feeling like he is slowly fading away right in front of your eyes made it feel like someone was ripping at your heartstrings, Karai was ripping away at your heart.

As much as you hate to admit it you were jealous of the girl. What was it? Did Leo like bad girls? Were you too nice? Was is because she was an amazing fighter? You have been training with the guys for months now, but you weren't even close to Karais skill level.

You sobbed out in frustration and threw the popcorn bowl onto the floor. You got up and ran out of the lair as fast as you could. Not caring that it was night and that Splinter and the Turtles always wanted someone to walk you home.

You couldn't take it any longer. You fell to your knees putting your face into your hands as you sobbed.

"What do we have here?" A voice came from behind you.

You barley had time to turn around before a huge shadow lunged at you.

And everything went dark...

Third person POV

Leo got back from seeing Karai. She was such a good fighter.

His thoughts were interrupted as he stepped on something. He looked down to see popcorn scattered across the floor. What was popcorn-...

Tonight was supposed to be his and (y/n)s Space Heroes marathon wasn't it. Leo cringed. She had been planning this for so long. But Karai popped up and-

Guilt it hit him like a train. He shouldn't think that way. She's been planning this. She was so excited when she talked about it last. Maybe because she hadn't hung out with him in forever...

Leo grabbed his T-phone and looked at it. There was a picture of the two of them, making a funny face at the camera. It stung at his heart and he realized he should call and apologize, as she was nowhere to be seen.

He didn't even wait for (y/n) to respond.

"(Y/n), I am so so sorry-"

But he was cut off by someone. Someone that terrified him. The thought they had your phone terrified Leo.

"Hello Leonardo." Shredder.

"What have you done with (y/n)?!"

"I'm afraid I can't tell you that."

"Let her go!"

"You see, she's our prisoner. Aren't you, (y/n)?"

Leo could hear her trying to talk to him. She was obviously in pain.

"Shredder-"

"Meet me here at Midnight. All of you, or (y/n) gets it."

Leo could only imagine what was happening on the other end of the phone as she screamed in her throat.

The call ended right before Leo's phone hit the ground. He had to get the others before it was too late...

Your POV

You woke up not knowing where you were.

"So, sleeping beauty's up now?" A females voice said.

Your eyes finally seemed to focus despite the horrible headache you had. You immediately knew who it was.

"Karai." You hissed, causing her to chuckle.

"Let me go!" You struggled against your restraints.

"The harder you struggle the tighter they get, sweetheart." She mocked you.

You only pulled tighter causing the ropes to dig farther into your wrists.

"I suggest you stop." A deep voice came from the other side of the room.

You looked over.

From what heard from the Turtles and what you saw in front of you, this had to be Shredder.

"Is it true? You're a friend of the Turtles." He said.

There was no way you were going to put your friends in danger, you could never do that.

"I'd rather not say."

"Very well." With lightning speed he had kicked you, causing you to cry out.

"Let's try this again." He came closer to you. "Are you a friend of the Turtles?"

You didn't answer, causing him to start kicking and punching you, doing as much as he could to cause you pain. You screamed and cried but never gave him a word about the Turtles.

Suddenly your T-Phone went off in your pocket. Shredder immediately had it in his hands and answered it.

"(Y/n), I am so so sorry-" Leo...

"Hello Leonardo." Shredder said.

"What have you done with (y/n)?!"

"I'm afraid I can't tell you that."

"Let her go!"

"You see, she's our prisoner. Aren't you (y/n)?" Shredder looked at you.

You tried to talk but Karia now had your mouth covered. You were in immense pain as well, it hurt to even breathe.

"Shredder-"

"Meet me here at midnight. All of you, or (y/n) gets it."

Karai put a knife to your neck, making it dig into your neck ever so slightly, definitely cutting you. You let out a muffled cry of pain.

Shredder cut the call and Karai pulled the knife away from your neck. You could now breathe.

"Let's see if your friends come and saved you." Shredder said before leaving.

Tears rolled down your face, stinging your fresh cuts.

'Leo please come soon....'

Leo and his brothers suddenly bursted into Shredders lair. Your eyes immediately met Leo's.

"Let her go, Karai!" Leo said.

"No." She simply said, smiling mischievously at the blue clad turtle.

Shredder came out of nowhere and started to fight the Turtles.

Ninja stars suddenly cut the ropes you were tied to. You started to fall and waited for the painful impact, making you close your eyes. But it never came.

You opened your eyes to see Leo's.

"Leo..."

"Shh, just stay here. I'm so sorry. I promise to come right back, okay?" He said.

You nodded. And Leo went back to fighting.

The pain started to get real, you could feel yourself getting closer to unconsciousness.

But something made that all go away.

Leo was fighting a foot solider. Unaware of Shredder charging him. And with all the strength you could muster you got up and ran.

You didn't know what you could possibly to do stop Shredder, but you attempted to shove Leo and yourself from the Shredder.

You partially succeeded. You saved Leo, but Shredders weapon sliced at your abdomen, deeply cutting into you.

It seemed as if time went into slow-motion, and you looked into Leo's eyes.

You wanted to say "I love you." You wanted to say it just in case you weren't gong to make it, but you didn't seem to have the strength to say it.

Leo looked into your eyes.

How could he have been so blinded by Karai that he didn't see how much you cared for him?

How could he not see how amazing you were? All you cared about was others, you always put yourself first. You were so beautiful and brave and loving.

How could he not see that he loved you?

The two of you hit the ground, making you come to the present and our of the slow-motion phase you were in.

You could barley moan in pain. Weak, tired, scared. You started to fade into darkness. You could feel the blood start to pour down your side, and you know Leo could too.

Leo looked around at the chaotic fight around him, he scooped you up in his arms and yelled, "Run!" That's all he could say. He was too worried about you.

He took off out of the building as fast as he could, but still being careful not to shake you. He didn't want to hurt you. Like he just did...

And pain filled his heart.

What if this was the last time he saw you? And the last thing he did was forget your guys marathon.

You had to be okay. Not just for you, but for him. He needed you to be okay. He needed you.

It's the fastest he'd ever raced from Shredders lair to their own. But to Leo, it felt like hours.

You on the other hand were fading in and out from consciousness.

Just as Leo set you in the lab table you came to.

"L-leo..." you coughed weakly.

"(Y/n)!" Leo wanted to hug you but couldn't. You definitely had a broken rib or two.

"You actually came for me." You smiled slightly.

"Of course I did! I always would-"

"You forgot about me."

And that's when everything came crashing around Leo. His tears completely wetted his face. "I am so sorry, so sorry." He grabbed your hand. "It's my fault it's all my fault."

You couldn't let him feel this way. Especially if this were going to be your guys last moments together.

"It's okay. I forgive you." You said weakly.

"You do?" Leo asked quietly.

"Yes." You replied. The world started spinning as it went a bit dark.

Leo could see you were falling asleep.

"I love you." You said.

He was a bit surprised. But didn't hesitate to press his lips to yours.

You kissed back softly with most of the remain strength you had left.

You passed out just as everyone else came running into the room to help you...
