In this one shot, I will write a bit of my own experience from when I was pregnant and in labor, partly experience though. Damn, most painful thing I have ever been through, but it was all totally worth it!
Also in this one shot, reader have been with Raphael for 3+ years. So reader is at least 18 or so here.

Raph hugged you from behind, kissing your neck.

RAPHAEL: How's my 2 favorite girls in the universe?

Raph whispered in your ear. You had just passed 9 months pregnant and could pop anytime. Since Raph is a mutant, you couldn't go to any regular controls in the doctors office or in the hospital so Donnie had to do all of that for you. You had figured out it's a girl your getting and you and Raph was beyond excited.

YOU: I'm hungry as usual, and she [points to the belly] is enjoying life in my belly and don't want to leave.

RAPHAEL: I can't wait to see her.

YOU: Me neither Raph.

RAPHAEL: If your hungry, let me get you some pizza and Orange Crush.

For a while you had been craving pizza and the soda called Orange Crush, and since you was overtime in your pregnancy Raph didn't want you to do anything just to be safe that nothing happened to you or the baby. No you wasn't even allowed to watch them train in the dojo, just incase if an accident would happen.

You was trying to take a nap in the bed in yours and Raph's room when you woke up feeling wet. Did I pee in my sleep? You thought, but couldn't think anymore when a pang of pain came in your belly and you let out a little scream.

YOU: Oww!

You got scared, what if something happened to the baby? But that thought went off quickly, because you knew it was time now. Time to become a mom and Raph was gonna become a dad.

YOU: Owww!!

The pain came once again and you shouted a bit louder this time. The door got smacked open and Raph literally jumped inside with the most worried and scared face expression you have ever seen on his face.

RAPHAEL: Oh my gosh, baby are you alright? Baby girl, what's wrong?! Please be ok!

YOU: Raph, it's time!

RAPHAEL: Time? Time for wha... Oh my gosh! Donnie, get your shell in here right now! It's time! It's time!

Donatello, Leonardo, Michelangelo and master Splinter came all running inside. Donnie had a bag in his hand with some things that he would need.

DONATELLO: Leo! Go get a lot of big and clean towels! Splinter do you mind taking Mikey out of here? I don't know if this is something for him to watch.

M. SPLINTER: Not at all, please help my daughter. I can't wait to see my grand child.

They left the room, and Leo came back with several towels. Donnie thanked him and then Leo left the room.

DONATELLO: Raph, hold (y/n)'s hand and be her support. She needs you the most now.

Raph nodded and did as told. You was in so much pain right now.

You have been in labor for 9 hours now, and it was now Donnie could see the head.

DONATELLO: I can see the head, which means it's official the time now. It's time for you to really push (y/n).

YOU: Whatever makes this thing come out.

You tried to say. You was in so much pain. If you have ever thought that the pain of having the period was painful, well yeah go through a child birth, it's like a year of menstruation pain all at once and worse.

DONATELLO: Now push!!

You did as told. You was very sure your face became very red, because you used all your power to push out your child. After some really strong pushes, the kid was out and you didn't feel that much of pain anymore but you was exosted. You closed your eyes and was breathing heavy, trying to regain yourself, while Donnie cleaned the baby.

RAPHAEL: You did good, baby, I love you so much!

Raph said and kissed your cheek then your lips. You kissed pack and nodded to him, not really having the energy to respond to him.

DONATELLO: Congratulations! It's a girl, and I know you guys know that already, but here she officially is.

Raph and you thanked Donnie, while Raph got to hold her first. You opened your eyes to look at her while Raph was holding her.

YOU: She's beautiful.

RAPHAEL: Just like you, baby girl.

His comment made you blush. You looked at Raph and he had bright eyes. You could see so much love in those emerald green eyes of his, and you saw how he adored and admired his and yours daughter.

DONATELLO: Do you guys want me to get the others?

YOU: Yeah. Thank you Donnie, for everything!

DONATELLO That's what family is for. I'm honored to help you (y/n).

Donnie left the room to get the others. There was one more thing to do, and that was to give her a name.

YOU: What should we name her?

RAPHAEL: Brooklyn.

YOU: I like that name. May I ask your reason behind it?

RAPHAEL: You remember our first date? I took you to Brooklyn Bridge. It was your first time there. I wanted her to have a name that meant something to us, that had memories in it and in the same time sounded tough.

Then everyone came into the room and their eyes got wide open in happiness when they saw little Brooklyn. Brooklyn was a human girl, which had Raph's eyes and just like the thunder crack Raph has on top of his plastron, Brooklyn got a birthmark looking the same on her shoulder. Everyone said congratulations and wished you 2 the best. For the rest of the day you and Raph relaxed together, cuddled together with Brooklyn and lived happily ever after.
