Vixen walked down the sewer tunnel. Leo's wake up call left her fully energized and ready to start the day. She walked into the lair to see 3 of the turtles huddled around something or someone. Vixen walked closer to get a better look, and gasped seeing her best friend, Mikey, laying their knocked out. He had a couple of bruises scattered around his body and was groaning in pain.

Vixen: WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED!

The sudden loud noise made the other 3 ninja jump in surprise.

Donnie: V-vixen! W-what are you doing here?
Vixen: No! Don't start that with me! If I walk somewhere, and someone is knocked out, I'm gonna expect a story. Explanation, NOW!
Raph: Well, it all started after we left the lair to find snake weed, without Leo-

Raph, Donnie and Mikey were walking through the sewers. Raph leading, Donnie navigating, and Mikey following. While Raph and Donnie walked on the small pathway, Mikey was walking right in the sewer water. Mikey smelled the air.

Mikey: Man, it really sticks around here.
Raph: It is a sewer, Mikey.
Mikey: I mean more than usual. Uh, where does all this stuff come from anyway?

Donnie and Raph looked at each other, and Donnie walked over to Mikey.

Donnie: Uh, Mikey, it's, um...

He whispered into the orange clad turtle's 'ear', and Mikey immediately jumped out the water.

Mikey: What!? Dont they know we're living down here?!
Raph: Keep it down, guys.
Donnie: Wow. You sound just like Leo.
Raph: You say that one more time, and I'll shove your head in this sewage.
Donnie: ...And now you sound like you again.

Mikey and Raph continued walking as Donnie stopped to check the map. Donnie didn't notice anything in front of them. They have reached their destination. Green fog littered the floor. Yellow tubed surrounded by a green slime like substance stuck to the floor. Some tall, some short.

Mikey: Whoa.
Donnie: Come on. Snakeweed's lair should be around here somewhere.
Raph: You don't say.

Raph and Mikey walked away. Donnie put down his map, confused and then actually looked at what was in front of him and stood their in awe. The 3 turtles walked through the tubes, seeing a yellowish goo bubbling in them. Looked like that chemical that Joker and Harley Quinn jumped into in Suicide Squad. Mikey and Donnie looked into one, and a face floated to the surface. They gasped.

Mikey: And he's growing humans.
Donnie: He's not growing 'em, shellbrain. He's holding them captive.
Raph: For what? He's a plant. He can't eat 'em.
Donnie: He's probably turning them into fertilizer.
Mikey: Uh. Is that really where fertilizer comes from?
Donnie: Actually, most fertilizer comes from.....
Mikey: What!? Is there anything that doesn't come from that?
Raph: Enough. Let's cut 'em loose.

Mikey and Donnie pulled some out of the tubes, while Raph slit it down the middle and young boy feel out for Raph to catch. They left them on the ground, and hid. The women and the pizza boy soon woke up and shuffled out of the lair.

Raph: Not only was that a job well done, it was a job well done without Leo.

Unknown to the 3 turtles, someone was watching them from behind. Snakeweed rose from his hiding spot, gaining the attention of the Leo-less turtles.

SW: My fertilizer!
Mikey: What now, boss?
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Donnie was thrown back into the wall, screaming. He grunted as his shell hit the hard surface. Snakeweed was going on a rampage on the turtles, and totally kicking their shells. Mikey and Raph ran at him from the back, but he heard then coming and swiped Raph away with his Flytrap-like claws. Raph was knocked back to where Mikey was standing.

Mikey: Wow! We're totally loosing!

Raph didn't get a chance to respond. As he was catching his breath snakeweed whipped out his vines and the two turtles had to move. Raph tried to charge but was knocking into the wall .5 seconds later. Raph's sarcastic nature seemed to catch up with his body and replied to Mikey's earlier statement.

Raph: Really? I hadn't noticed.
Mikey: Then get your head in the game, bro. You're supposed to be the leader!

Mikey was smacked away with the plant claw...things. While the mutant plant was distracted, Donnie attacked from above and was swatted away. He fell in between his brothers with a pained expression. They soon ran away to avoid the spiked vine that snakeweed used as a whip. Donnie and Raph ran to the left, while Mikey to the right. They all fell to the ground from the sudden motion. Donnie layed on the ground, too tired to move fast enough.

Raph: Get back in there!
Donnie: And do what?
Raph: Go for the head.
Donnie: I just did.
Raph: Do it better.
Donnie: Great. 4 times in a row. HE'LL NEVER SEE THAT COMING!

Donnie went to attack but was smacked down immediately.

Mikey: Now what, chief?
Raph: Go...for the head.
Mikey: Fifth's times' the charm.

Snakeweed saw Mikey running at him, and grabbed his foot. Mikey yelled as he was throw to the other side of the warehouse really hard. He rolled on the floor and slammed his head onto the wall where you could here a sickening crack.

Raph: Mikey!

Raph ran at his knocked out brother, dodging the vines from Snakeweed. He ran past Donnie, who got up from the floor immediately. He ran at the plant mutants while he was distracted by Raph, and weed wacked him in the head. Donnie landed on the ground as Raph kneeled down to check Mikey. Donnie, realizing he was alone, want to get help.

Donnie: Raph, a little help here?
Raph: Just... hold him off.

Donnie gulped as he faced the 15 foot weed, all by himself. Donnie ran up to Snakeweed and started defending himself pretty well. Raph was panicking.

Raph: Come on, Mike, wake up. Don't do this to me. Mikey's down.
Donnie: So what do we do know Raph?

Raph looked at his little brother, to his other little brother facing the huge mutant. Raph kept looking back and forth, the panic really sinking in.

Donnie: RAPH!

Raph couldn't think. The pressure was too much for him. He kept staring at Mikey, eyes wide. At time like this, people like him, really need Leo. Raph's heart was beating heavily and fast, almost like it would explode right then and there. Raph went into shock as he just stared at Mikey. Meanwhile, back to Donnie. The purple masked turtle was having trouble holding off Snakeweed any longer.

SW: I'll smash you rotten turtles into the ground.

Snakeweed tried to get Donnie but he jumped out the way and hitched a ride on the vines flying upwards. He flipped over a pipe and jumped to two others. He let go of his staff and Snakeweed was trapped. Donnie flipped over to shocked Raph and sleeping Mikey. Snakeweed screeched at them.

Donnie: Raph!

Raph was still in shock from what just happened. Donnie grabbed his shoulder and started shaking him.

Donnie: We dont have much time before he grows back. Let's grab Mikey and get out of here!

The slapped Raph to reality. They both grabbed the youngest and started carrying him back the way they came. What they didn't know is that Snakeweed threw some yellow spuds onto the back of their shells.

SW: I'm coming for you turtles! You hear me? I'm coming for you!

Raph: Help!

Master Splinter stepped out the dojo to see what was happening. When he saw Mikey unconscious state he walked out.

MS: Set him down.

Raph and Donnie placed him on the couch and Master Splinter sat by is feet, checking his pulse and temperature.

MS: Where is Leonardo?
Raph: I dont know. Sensei, this is a disaster, and it's all my fault. I dont know what happened . I just froze up. I mean, I have no problem risking my own life, but risking my brothers'?
MS: Now you see the price of leadership, responsibility.
Raph: Yeah, I hate it.
MS: So you understand Leonardo's burden.
Raph: We need him back. I need him back.
MS: Then go get him.
Raph: But, Sensei, I dont know where he his.
Donnie: He's going to the Byerly building
Raph: -_-
Donnie: April texted me....April texted me! Oh, this is the best day!
Mikey: *Groans*
Donnie: Well, I mean, it has it's ups and downs.

Raph ran to the Byerly building, hoping that April was right. He has seen the error of his ways and is hoping to make it right. Raph also knows that Leo is the most observant. Right after Vixen, he is the best person to call to get Mikey out of his sleeping state. He got to the top to see Leo pinned down by a girl in body armor.

Raph: Leo! Wha-what are you doing? Who's she?
Leo: Um... Raph, Karai. Karai, Raph.
Raph: What are you, friends with her?-
////Story interruption/////
Vixen: Yes, Raph. Because best friends always pin each other to the ground.
Raph: Shhhh. Let me finish

Raph: We're out there risking our neck, and you're up here holding hands with the foot!
Leo: I can explain
Karai: This should be entertaining
Lao: You see, Karai and I share an appreciation for the fine craftsman ship of-

What the three didn't know is that the spore on Raph's shell burst and was letting out an endless stream of pollen. Snakeweed arose for the side of the building from behind Raph

SW: I found you turtles
Leo: Oh, thank goodness

Raph and Leo started to fight the weed as Karai jumped away.

Raph: All is forgiven. You're the leader again. Welcome back.

Raph and Leo started slicing the vines of the villain. Leo got distracted when he saw Karai just starting. Snakeweed grabbed his arm. Leo was about to cut it, when he was pulled harshly and dropped his Katana. A vine wrapped around his entire body minus his arm. Snakeweed pulled on Leo, as he held onto the side of a vent. Raph was knocked away and picked up by the weed.

Leo: Karai! KARAI, PLEASE! HELP!

Karai smirked and picked up a knife and threw it at Leo's head. He closed his eyes waiting for impact but opened hem when he realized that it impaled the vent above his head.

Karai: Sayonara

And she flipped off the building.

Leo took the knife and continued with the fight
(Time skip)

Raph: BOOYAKASHA!

Raph plunged his Sai into the now frozen Snakeweed. Leo had shoved a liquid nitrogen tank in his mouth and Raph burst it with a spin throw off his Sai. The mutant shattered into tiny pieces.

Raph: Nice work.
Leo: Thanks. Good to be back.
Raph: And uh...sorry
Leo: What did you say? I couldn't hear.
Raph: I said I'm SORRY!
Leo: Uh. Apology accepted

Donnie: What?
Vixen: Dude, if your gonna swoon over your text, do it on your own time.
Raph: So how do we wake Mikey?
Vixen: You know how.

Leo placed a pizza slice by Mikey's nose. Mikey smelled it and woke up.

Mikey: Mmm. Pepperoni.
Leo: Works every time.
Raph: MIKEY! Don't scare me like that, buddy! I thought we lost you.
Mikey: Dudes, I had the weirdest dream.
Mikey: I dreamt the stuff in the sewer was made out of-
Donnie: Eh, forget Mikey. It was just a dream.

While Mikey ate his pizza, Raph pulled Vixen and Leo to the side.

Vixen: Why me?
Raph: You know a girl tried to kill him right?
Vixen: Karai tried to kill you?
Leo: She didn't try to kill me. She saved me.
Raph: She threw a knife at you head.
Leo: She threw a knife near my head.
Raph: She's in the foot clan.
Leo: Nobody's perfect.

Then Leo walked away

Raph: Are you hearing this?
Vixen: All I'm hearing is another ship docking. Make way for Leori. Keo? I have to think about this.
Raph: April owes you money, doesn't she.
Vixen: Yup.
