Enemy of my Enemy(Part 2)

"Move it, Leo!" Raph yelled as the Shellraiser barreled down the street, trying to avoid the Kraang ship's deadly blasts. "Hand onto your shells!" Leo yelled as he took a sharp turn to try and get the ship of their backs. As the Shellraiser drove around the city, something dawned on Donnie. "I think I've figured out it's mission. Us!" He panicked. "Okay, now that that's cleared up, we can focus on taking it down. Donnie, do you happen to own a tank?" Vixen asked the purple clad turtles, who responded with a blank stare. "No? Okay." She breathed. "Mikey, we need an escape route!" Leo yelled to his brother. Using the magnifying glass, Mikey tried to pin point their location and found where they should go. "Take the alley on the right!" He stated, and Leo took a sharp turn to the right. Leo stepped on the brakes when he saw a big wall in their way. "It's a dead end." Leo said. Mikey looked at the map again and saw that he was looking at the wrong street. "Don't take the alley on the right!" Mikey directed.

The ship slowly came up from behind them. "Finally, we have them trapped! Kill them." The figure cackled. The laser shot out and hit the Shellraiser dead on. The cart shook violently and alarms blared. The 5 teens screamed out in fear. "Any ideas, guys?" Leo asked. "Just one." Raph replied. He got out of his seat and marched over to Mikey, hitting the youngest turtles on the shell many times. On the building to the right of them, Karai came riding in on a motorcycle. Karai jumped off the building and onto the kraang ship, plunging her Tanto into the metal top. "What was that?" The hooded figure growl as they heard the sound from above. "That which is known as not good." One kraang replied. The ship started flying away, trying to throw Karai off of it. "That was Karai!" Leo announced. Leo backed up the Shellraiser and started chasing the ship. "We've gotta go back and help her." Raph placed a hand on Leo's shoulder. 'She can take care of herself. Let's put some distance between that thing and us." Raph suggested. "No!" Leo flat out disagreed.

"Can't you guys think about other people for a second. This girl who is supposed to be our mortal enemy has helped save your lives more times than she should have, and you wanna leave her hanging dry? What if the kraang ship throws her off in mid air? She could die from that type of fall. We owe her and hand because she literally helped us 3 seconds ago." Vixen fumed. "But the shellraiser can't take another onslaught right now." Donnie countered. "Then, I'll do it myself. Vixen, take the wheel!" Leo hopped out of his seat and Vixen shot up to take the wheel before they could crash. "I'll meet you back underground." He continued. Leo lifted the hatch to the stealth bike. "Hey, the sheath bike's my thing." Raph complained. Leo hopped into the seat. "Now your thing is sucking it up." Leo shot back as he closed the hatch. "Hey, that's my thing!" Donnie whined. "I thought your thing was being smart?" Vixen asked. Vixen pressed a button and launched Leo out of the Shellraiser right before taking a left turn. "Let's hope Leo knows what he's doing." Raph mumbled.

"It's Leo. He'll be fine." Vixen waved off. "You know, your friendship with Leo is kind of weird." Donnie pointed out. "Yeah, one minute you're mad at him and the next you're all friendly c with him." Mikey added. "Well, that's just the way I act. I'm friends with all of you, this is true. And when it comes down to my friends being made fun of, bullied, or just put down in anyway, I just go off. So if one of my friends starts acting mean to another friend, I completely ignore the fact that the mean friend is still one of my friends, and I go ballistic on them. You guys know that Mikey is my best friends and I would never want to hurt him. But the day that you guys laughed at Donnie for getting beat up for April and me to be safe, it's like a switch flicked in my brain. I could only think about defending Donnie, and I ended up threatening all of you.

Leo, being the oldest and the leader, is often up under a lot of stress. I should know, I'm the oldest of my siblings. But that stress sometimes causes him to place his anger on you guys, meaning I'm gonna have to be mean to him and step up for you guys. But also, with being the oldest and the leader, you get punished way more for your mistakes and have to take the fall for your younger sibling's stakes. 'You're the oldest, you should know better.' 'you should have been watching your brother, that way he wouldn't get hurt.' It sometimes feels like no matter what bad thing happens, it's always your fault. And when I see Leo getting treated badly, or trying his best to be a good hero and brother, I will always stand by him on that, because I know how he feels and I know how much it hurts. Nevertheless, my quick changes in attitude causes people to think I'm bipolar. I'm not, I'm just crazy. I guess you can say I'm aggressively empathetic and protective." Vixen finished.

"Why are we waiting here again?" Raph asked. "Leo texted me and said not to go to the lair. He's coming to us." Vixen reminded. They all then heard the roar of the sheath bike and Vixen opened the hatch for it to come in. "We're back." Leo announced as he opened the hatch to reveal he had Karai with him. "You brought her inside? Dude, she'll see all our gear!" Raph growled. Karai stepped out of the stealth bike to glare at Raph, and took a quick look around. "Yeah, 'cause if Shredder finds out you have an ice cream lamp, it is over." She smirked. Raph groaned and Vixen laughed. "She's funny. I didn't get to properly introduce myself. I'm Vixen." She smiled as she held out her hand. Karai gave a small smile and shook it. "Karai." She greeted back. "Karai just risked her life to save us. She's earned a little trust. Let's hear her out." Leo suggested. "You're the boss." Raph grunted. Vixen put the brakes on the Shellraiser.

"You guys need my help. You really think you can shoot down an alien warship with garbage?" Karai scoffed. "Compressed garbage." Donnie interrupted, a little insulted. "And manhole covers." Mikey added. "You know, believe it or not, you 2 are not helping." Vixen deadpanned. "My point is, to take out a ship like that, you need a real weapon." Karai continued. "Oh yeah? Like what?" Raph challenged. "What if I got you a shoulder-fired missile launcher?" Karai bargained. "I'm starting to like her." Raph nodded. "Where are you gonna get a shoulder-fired missile launcher?" Donnie asked. "Shredder, of course." Karai answered. "Uh, we're talking about the same Shredder, right? Big dude, lots of blades? Really hates us?" Mikey described. "Yeah, something tells me he's not gonna want to share his toys with us." Raph doubted.

"She obviously has a plan. Would you guys shut up and let her talk?!" Vixen groaned. "He won't know about it. He's buying a big shipment of weapons down at the docks tomorrow night. All we need to do is sneak in and help ourselves." Karai finished. "Anyone else smell a trap?" Raph asked the others. "Sorry, that was me." Mikey admitted, sheepishly. "Why would I trap you? You're the only ones who know what the kraang are up to." Karai asked. "True, but you don't really have the best track record." Donnie piped. "You mean the record off all the times she helped you when she didn't need to? I don't know what you guys are so skeptical about. Her story checks in. I trust her." Vixen crossed her arms. "It's fine. I'll just get the missile launcher myself." The whole place was silent, as if they were all suprised that she would risk herself like that. "You're really willing to steal from Shredder?" Leo asked. "Look, these things have to be stopped. If Shredder's not gonna do anything about it, then I will, with your help or without it." Karai preached. Leo looked to Donnie and Mikey, then to Vixen who had he thumbs up, then to Raph who put his hands up in surrender and turned around.

"All right, here' the deal. You get us the missiles launcher and we'll team up." Leo agreed. They smiled at each other and shook on it. "Yeah! 1st alliance! Looking forward to working with you." Vixen smiled. "You know, you're one of the most laid back people I have ever seen." Karai chuckled. "Ah, but that's because you just met me. A few more behind the scene missions with me, and you'll know how crazy I can get." Vixen winked.

The 5 dropped off Karai on the surface and went back to their lair to wait for her to deliver the goods. Vixen, on the other hand, was very tired and hadn't slept for 81 consecutive hours. So the turtles dropped her off at her apartment for a power nap so she would have atleast some rest before her training with Sensei. Raph was at the pinball machine, playing as Mikey watched. "Stoked! I can't believe we're getting a missile launcher. What should we blow up first?" Mikey asked the red clad turtle. "Uh, the kraang ship?" Raph reminded. "Oh, right. What should be blow up second?" Mikey bounced back. "If Karai can pull it off." Leo interjected as he fought the dummy. "Are you worried about you girlfriend? I see why you guys do that now. It's kind of fun." Donnie laughed as Leo fumed in silence. "It isn't gonna be easy. Shredder's gonna be there too." Leo reminded. A thought struck Raph, making him lose his concentration on the game at hand.

"Hey, you're right! For once, we know where Shredder's gonna be ahead of time. Which means we could set a trap for him." Raph announced. "What? Look, we made a deal with Karai. We can't just go behind her back. This is about the kraang ship. They want to take us out." Leo countered. "So does Shredder. This may be our only chance to take him by surprise. Are we really gonna pass that up?" Raph retorted. Leo thought for a moment and narrowed his eyes. "Alright, guys, let's take down the Shredder." He said. The others smiled at what they thought was their future victory, not knowing everything was about to crash down on them.

Vixen's POV

I awoke from my power nap, hearing my phone going off. "Ugh, what time is it?" I asked aloud as I rubbed my face. I grabbed my phone and saw the notification that was flashing. It was my Pinpoint app, which was weird. I convinced the turtles to download the app onto their T-phones so that if we ever got separated, we could track each other. I saw that April's dot was in her house, which made sense. But, I didn't see the turtles at the lair. I clicked the 'find my friends' button, and the screen jetted over to the harbor, where I saw 4 dot -blue, red, purple and orange- there. "Why are they at the docks?" I mumbled. Then it dawned on me. Karai was saying that the shipment of weapons for Shredder was coming in today. "But, why are they at the docks? Didn't Karai say she was gonna bring it to a rondeau point?" Something in my gut told me that something was not right here. I glanced over the button and clicked it. The listen in button. This turned on the phone's microphones so that you could here their surroundings.

"Aim for his armor. The electro-Grenade will use the metal as a conductor to amplify the shock." Donnie's voice sounded. "How much of that did I need to understand?" Mikey asked. "Aim for his armor." Donnie repeated. "Got it." Mikey cheered. "You sure we should trust Mikey with this?" Raph asked Leo in the background. "When it comes to water ballon launchers, he's the best in the business." I tuned out whatever else was playing, because I was running around my room trying to get my stuff. "How can they be so stupid? No, how can they be so selfish? Why the hell do they think this is a good idea?" I blared as I slipped on my shoes and ran out the door. Just by hearing the conversation I was able to connect the dots. The turtles, my friends, have decided to go behind Karai's back and strike the Shredder when his guard is down. Are they dumb? Let me rephrase that. THEY ARE DUMB! I called master Splinter as I revved my motorcycle up and zipped down the street.

"Moshi, Moshi?" He answered. "Sorry Master, but I'm not gonna be able to make it to training on time." I apologized. "Hmmm, and why is that?" He asked. "Because I have to stop your sons from doing something really, really ignorant. Be prepared to give a very angry lecture when we get back." I finished. I hung up and made my bike go even faster. The docks was only 5 minutes from here, and with all this pent up furry inside, those 4 better hope I don't get see them there when I release the beast. Then, my T-phone started beeping. I looked at the notification to see that the kraang ship was at the docks as well. "YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Atleast I'll have something else to punch."
************************************************************************************************************
"I thought you were better than this. I thought you were my friend. How could you betray me? You're just as short-sighted and obsessed as Shredder!" Karai yelled. "You said yourself how bad Shredder is. Why are you protecting him? You said he's driving you crazy!" Leo yelled back. "He drives me crazy because he's my father!" Karai screamed. "Y-your father? Shredder is your father? You're Shredder's daughter?" Leo panicked. The kraang ship power up, it's laser and tried to get Leo, but a figure zipped past and grabbed both of them. "Vixen? What are you doing here?" Leo studded. "The more important question is: Why are you here, trying to take down the Shredder when we made a freaking deal with Karai to work together?" Vixen retorted as she came to a stop. "We are gonna talk about this later. Now, we need to take that thing down." Vixen rolled her eyes as she drove away.

"We gotta stop that thing!" Leo said to Karai. "Our deal's off. You want a feud? You've got one." Karai finished with a cold tone. Meanwhile, the 3 other turtles were fighting Shredder somewhere. And getting their shells handed to them. Then there was Leo and Karai fighting on the docks, taking swings and blows back and forth. "I can't believe that this is happening. Every time I give them advice about something, they choose to ignore it completely. I dedicated my time and my energy to help them save the city. And do I get a thanks? No! No I dont!" Vixen ranted as she dug through the weapon box, trying to find the rocket launcher. She found it and she walked away, starting to climb one of the containers to get a better shot. She looked over the battle field. Leo and Karai fighting, the kraang ship flying over head. For a ship second she saw Raph fly into the air and crash back down. This all could have been avoided if they just listened.

Vixen saw that the kraang ship have directed towards Karai and Leo and shot at them, only for the two to dodge. The ship fly back into the air to take another round. Vixen stood on one knee and looked at the ship through the looking glass. When she was locked on it, she smirked. "Hasta La Vista, baby~" She pulled the trigger and the missile flew out of the barrel and shot upwards towards the ship. "This is definitely known as not good." One kraang said right before the missile hit the ship. There was a big explosion and the ship started flying out of control. They all watched as the ship, with pink flames coming off of it hit Shredder into the water. "Father!" Karai screamed. Karai looked to Leo with anger, then Vixen. "On behalf of the turtles, I am so sorry. I would have never betrayed you. I don't betray a freind." Vixen called out. Karai remained silent and dove into the water. The turtles and Vixen left the docks, their mission complete.
************************************************************************************************************

It was now nighttime, and the 5 were hopping across the rooftops to get back home. Vixen's motorcycle outdrove home because she didn't park it, and it took so long for her to get back, it left when some guy tried to take it. Leo sat down on the roof, saddened. "Leo, it's not that bad. The kraang ship is gone!" Donnie laughed. "Yeah, but our chances to get Karai on our side is also gone." Leo sighed. "Look, she's Shredder's daughter, his blood. She was never gonna be on our side." Raph added. "Wrong." Vixen barked. "Even though she was Shredder's daughter, she still helped us on many occasions. She saved our lives countless times. Do you keep forgetting, or are you that dense?" Vixen continued. "Vixen, that's a little mean." Mikey said. "I DON'T CARE!" She yelled at him, startling the orange clad turtle. "What is wrong with ya'll? We are supposed to be the heroes of this city, but every decision you guys make is not for the city. It's for yourselves. 'Oh, the Shredder is gonna be at the docks tomorrow, let's go behind Karai's back and try and take him out even though she put her trust in us.'" She mocked.

"Vixen, it's alright. We defeated the kraang ship-" "WE? I took down the ship! It as me! Now that I think about it, most of these adventures ends with me saving your shells because you keep making the same dumb mistakes over and over! I give you guys advice on what you do and how to respond to certain situations, and I don't know if you guys blatantly ignore me, or if you think my opinions are stupid! Because EVERYTIME, crap hits the fan and it's always your faults! I joined you guys to help save the city, not to worry about some overgrown office supply that will die in this city if the kraang get a hold of it! This place is not perfect, but it's my home and I am willing to do anything to save it! And I though you would be on the same page as me, but obviously dealing with your bully is more important! And remember what I said about being defensive about my friends?! Karai, was my friend, and you have just broken her trust! You were so worried that she would trap you guys, and yet you turn around and do the same?! I don't care if it was to finish Shredder! That is hypercritical and you all know it!

And saying that it doesn't matter that you broke her trust because she will never be good, just because her dad is the Shredder is the biggest pile of bull I have ever heard! There is no such thing as a good or bad person! It is a person making good or bad decisions, that have good or bad results, that have good or bad consequences! Don't judge a book by it's cover and never judge a child off their parent! What if I were to tell you that my dad was a murderer?! He's not, but would you stop hanging out with me because I'm evil? NO! You wouldn't! Because you would have thought that what he is has no power over who I am! It's so easy to do it to people who you know. But with people who you don't, it's so simple to call them evil, and that's idiotic! This was our opportunity to pull Karai into the light and maybe out of the foot clan, even if Shredder was her father! But you just pushed her in further! I am going home! I don't want to talk to any of you for atleast a week! That includes you, Mikey! Tell Master Splinter that I won't be going to the lair today for training and tell him what you did wrong." Vixen ranted as she started walking away.

"Oh, and Leo. What Master Splinter said was right. But you didn't realize it could go the other way. Doing the right thing requires instincts as well. Sometimes, it's hard to tell what's right and what's wrong. And sometimes, the lines are blurred even more when your intentions get in the way. Your gut told you to trust Karai and respect the deal. But your desire to end Shredder, the quickest, easiest and cheapest way possible, clouded that. And so you forced yourself to believe that betraying her was right. Nice going, Leo. I hope your happy." She finished as she jumped onto the fire escape and ran away. Remember when I said that everything would come crashing down? This wasn't even the half of it.
************************************************************************************************************Karai had successfully pulled Shredder out of the water, and he coughed the liquid from his lungs. "Well done, Karai. I found something for you." He held up a kraang. "You always wanted a pet." He chuckled darkly as the kraang started squealing. "Oh, hush. You were always so dramatic #4653." A voice called. The two turned to see the cloaked figure standing on the water. "Who are you?" Shredder growled. "Oh, me? No one special. I am the leader of the kraang, for they are all my children. You may call me Eclipse. But, I happened to see you fighting those mutated turtles." Eclipse cooed. "They are the students of my mortal enemy, Hamato Yoshi." Shredder growled. "Never heard of him. Well, it seems we have found something in common. We both absolutely despise them. They interrupt my plans with this city. I want them dead, and I suppose you do to. How nice~!" Eclipse cackled. "Would you like to come over for a talk?" Shredded humored. "I would be delighted."
