A/N: Unlike TMNT AU I want this one to have an actual plot and stuff....so yeah. And sorry I haven't been posting for awhile I got a devianart account and wrote a story on there for the Irrilia fan club XD

No One's P.O.V.

"SENSEI WATCH OUT!!!!!" Raphael had jumped in front of Michelangelo protecting him from the impact and Leonardo did the same with Donatello. Hamato Yoshi had no time to react.....

The old man groaned and sat up being greeted by a sharp pain in his back. "Lay down Mr. Hamato." Dr. Rockwell scolded. (Yes I know in the TV show he's a scientist but I want him to be a doctor okay!) 

Yoshi just nodded and did so. "Where are the boys?" he asked. "Donatello and Michelangelo are awake, the other two aren't. We had to transfer some of Donatello's blood to Raphael." Dr. Rockwell said.

"What?" Yoshi asked amazed. "Yes, all of the boys DNA is 99.9% the same." he stated. "But that's impossible! Unless their related!" Hamato Yoshi excitedly asked, he knew that there was a special bond between the four.

"Well, we aren't 100% sure, the DNA test we used on them isn't 100% accurate we use it on emergencies because the accurate one takes weeks." Yoshi nodded in understanding.

"I'm sure their fine." Donatello assured Mona Lisa and Karai. "I don't know! I mean you only have tons of scratches and Mikey just had this huge gash on is leg." Karai stated. "Yeah, if it wasn't for Leo and Raph you guys would've came out with much worse!" Mona Lisa said shaking her head.

"How are you two?" Dr. Rockwell asked. "Meh." Michelangelo replied with a shrug. "Uh, Leonardo is awake." Dr. Rockwell stated and Karai shot up and ran strait toward Leonardo's room.

"Leo!" she yelled and rushed strait to his side. "Are you okay?" she asked her voice filled with panic. "Better now that your here." he admitted and Karai blushed. "I'm just glad your alive." she said and buried her face in his chest.

"Me too." he laughed. "What about us??" the coupled turned their heads and saw Donatello and Michelangelo. "Hey."  Leo said faintly. "How are you doing?"  Donnie asked "Better then Raph." Michelangelo added.

"Eh" was all Leonardo said for a response. No one had really anything to say, I mean what is there to say? They were all almost just killed by Raphael's ex best friend. "Has Raph woken up yet?" Leonardo asked slightly tilting his head.

The two shook their heads with a sad expression on their face. Mona slowly walked in the room a fake smile planted on her face. "I'm sorry but I have to ask you al to leave, Leonardo needs surgery." Dr. Rockwell said. Everyone was silent before nodding there heads and leaving. Karai lightly kissed his forehead before following the rest of them.

"Surgery!?!?" now she was ranting......

"They never said anything about surgery!" Karai said for the 50th time. "Yeah, yeah, we know." Mona mumbled.  "My boyfriend is going into surgery and could die!" "Karai, your overreacting Leo isn't gonna die." Michelangelo said trying to calm the mental person.

"How do you know??" she asked crazily. "Because if they mess up he wont die he'll just be paralyzed from the waist down." Donatello said trying to make her feel better. Key Word: Trying.

"WHAT!??!?!?!" she screamed and everyone looked at her (5 seconds of fame) before getting back to their own business or walking/ running away in fright.

"Yeah, if they-" he was stopped by Mona and Mikey glaring daggers at him. "I-I'll just shut up now." he muttered. Karai sighed and plopped down into one of the seats. "Hey, don't worry, he'll be fine." Mona said comforting her friend.

"Raph's getting surgery to ya know." Karai said and Mona jumped out of her seat....now it was her turn to rant....

Leonardo's surgery thankfully went amazing he just has a broken leg, numerous scars, scratches, and whip lashes. But Raphael has no sign of waking up any time soon.  "How long are we gonna be here for?" Karai yawned and laid her head on Leo's shoulder.

"I cant get out of here for a few days so....good luck." he whispered and laid his head back. "Ugggggghhhhh I have to go to school without my Weo to protect me?" she pouted. "Sorry babe, but your on your own. I'm to cool or school." he said in a deep voice and his chest raised highly.

"Yet, you cried you fell." she reminded him. "That was 5 years ago let it go!" he pleaded.

When they were 10 and just best friends (Nothing else at the time) Leonardo and Karai had been sparring together. He was so far winning and  she merely just hit him with a wooden stick which made him fall to the ground and ball his eyes out. (He's so tuff lol)

Michelangelo was leaving the hospital, as much as he wanted to stay he had to babysit his siblings. His parents were going on a date tonight. He walked toward the lobby but heard a familiar voice. He peaked his head into a room and it was a lady from the orphanage and Hamato Yoshi.

"Mr. Hamato, the four boys cannot find out that they are related!" she scolded. "That is cruelty! They have gone 15 years without knowing this and have only met merely a few months ago!" he harshly stated.

They might all have to go to foster care and no one will adopt four children!" she yelled. Michelangelo shook his head and ran out of the hospital tears in his eyes. She was correct, no one would adopt them all......but one part he couldn't get out of his head.

They were related???

 Although he missed one very important part of that conversation....the end. Hamato Yoshi stated something right after he left.

"I will."
