(I'll be calling him Cio here.)

So Cio is a Cagle's map turtle, he's the reincarnation of Mikey!

He's super insecure about his markings on his face, arms, and legs. And he's especially insecure about his shell.

He's insecure about his shell because it looks like a cucumber and he thinks it's stupid :<

That's why in his design with his outfit he has most things covering his skin. He's not exactly a party animal like the other Mikey's

He's more introverted. Well he's introverted with everyone but his family and sometimes his friends. He's a bit of a pessimist but trying to learn how to be more optimistic about situations.

He tends to overthink things often yet he's the one most mentally mature/ is an empath.

He can comfort people if they're needed but he would just randomly say "hi! I'm Francisco! Wanna be friends?"
Like almost every Mikey. His brothers tend to tease him a lot about being a cucumber :( but they make it up for him by calling him a green tea.

He LOVES green tea. He's a huge tea and beverage. He likes to experiment with liquids. (Not chemicals just making drinks like a smoothie) he hides in his shell a lot like the 2018-2022 Mikey whenever he got into a scary or close situation popping into his shell.

One thing Cio also loves is nature so he'll gladly be hiking, going climbing, or going camping!

Speaking of camping, he's the only one with lil spikes on his shell so when his brothers and him were younger they used Cio's spikes to roast marshmallows! They did this because they thought it was funny and it's to keep Cio up so they can share scary stories whenever they went camping :3

He's overall chill most of the time and he's sensitive :3 he's just very wholesome.

Him and Caesar are BFFs. Just like in Rise Raph would give Mikey piggyback rides. Caesar gives Cio piggyback rides :D
