Leo was looking at Mari with curiosity and confusion.
"What Japanese stories about the Hamato Clan," he asked. All three of them look at each other and look back to him. Mari sighs "well jeremy is the one who came upon the stories online, it was something about the Hamato's home burning down, the police came too late and brought the fire fighters taking out the fire, investigators went in but found something horrifying on the floor, they found bones" she shivers "yea somethin'about a rumor about ghost sightings, a voice and/or screams but no one is around" zeq shrugs "normally the rumors became stories to scare of local children not just japan but world wide, its all over the internet, how come you never knew about this?" jeremy explains and asks.  Leo was looking at him. 

"Because my sensei is Splinter, he's the pet rat that belonged to Hamato Yoshi. Shredder killed Master Yoshi in cold blood because Yoshi refused to give him information about the people he was working for at the time. Shredder was the one who has no honor for anyone that crosses his path. Shredder leaves destruction behind him every where he goes. We weren't the ones who killed him one of his general's did, I don't remember her name but I remember her coming to Casey's farmhouse just outside of the city. She was frantic and terrified about what she had done. The arctic fox, she's not a mutant more of an experiment done by scientists. She used to live in Fairbanks, Alaska. That's where Shredder had died at her hands. I remember her name now Alopex was her name she used to work for the Shredder for along time. After she told us that he had killed her polar bear friend and destroyed the only home she had ever known. Something inside of her snapped and she killed him. She told us she felt ashamed and there's no honor in taking a life. I felt bad for her, we helped her out but Alopex was taking a shine to Donnie my third younger brother. He hasn't stopped talking to her I'm glad that he has found someone. The stories on the internet aren't true. I know the real stories because I have witnessed them plus have fought the Foot Clan," he said.  "HA! I knew it i knew those stories are a bunch of baloney, i mean com'on ghosts?" Zeq smirks at jeremy who puffs his cheeks leaving Mari giggle quietly and looks at leo then smiles "when do you plan on going back to your family, i mean im sure they're worried about you" Mari tells him but gets interrupted by zeq and jeremy "oh look little brother she's flriting with him" zeq starts to laugh "your an idiot" jeremy tells zeq but coughs covering up his laughter making Mari blush like a tomatoe and glares at them "oh! maybe we can go with him back to his home, i want to meet your sensei" jeremy says looking at leo "yea maybe mari can keep on flir- ow! hey!" zeq said but was smacked by mari's tail in his face still blushing. Leo was chuckling at this and was looking at them. "Maybe you all can come back with me to New York. I'm not sure exactly on when I'm going back there though," he said hearing sounds of someone falling. Swiftly moving towards the sounds he caught the April O Neil. April was moaning and looking up at Leo. "It's a long way from the city to just drop in," he said smiling. "Leo," said April. Leo gently put her down and was taking her over to Mari, Jeremy, and Zeq. April was looking curiously at the three children. She was sitting down across from Leo. "April this is Mari, Jeremy, and Zeq. I'm helping them out," he explained. April was smiling softly at them. "Well I can see that," she said.  All of them three just stare at her in fear "u-uh a human?" jeremy stutters. zeq glares at leo snapping at him "your friends with a human!?" Mari just kept staring at her eyes widen not moving at all in fear. Leo was looking at them. 

"April and Casey are my friends they have helped us out on the missions. She's one of my friends and she's kept our secret about our existance since we met along with Casey. Plus my sister is a human so please don't talk badly about my friends like that. How do you think humans feel when they look at us," he said snapping the same glare at Zeq and Jeremy.

"Look I'm not going to hurt you all, I don't know what you have been through or what experience with humans. But I'm not like all humans not all humans are monsters. I care about Leo, Raph, Donnie, Mikey, and Splinter deeply. They are like my family and we have risked our lives for each other. I don't want things to go off to a bad start between us," April explained smiling. Mari stares at april and not notice tears falling down mari's face "you remind me of her...." Mari mumbles making zeq and jeremy flinch and look away upset. Mari then snaps out of it and starts to laugh softly "oh im sorry we're just being silly, dont worry about us" she rubs her eyes and smiles. zeq and jeremy on the other hand were frowning looking at mari "I guess we can give you humans a chance, no offence" jeremy says looking at april.  April was nodding and smiling at them.

"Alright," she said. Leo was looking back at April. "You came the down here to look for me," he asked. "Actually I was here on business but then the local legend started to sound familiar so I decided to snoop around," explained April. "What kind of business," Leo asked. "Ancient artifacts, some tightcon with too much time on his hands. Has his heart sent on a collection of 3000 year old statue," she explained. "Well, you always did run with a strange crowd April," he said. "Yeah well our strange crowd hasn't been the same without you," April said looking at him. Leo looks away quickly and was tending to the fire. "Things aren't looking so good back at home," April said. Leo sighed, "How bad could it be, Donnie's probably got everything under control."

"Yeah sir, sir could you just...," Donnie said listening to the person on the other side of the phone.

"Did you turn the computer on...did you plug it in...yeah that would help," he said sighing.

"No I'm not playing hard to get, I'm telling you sir it's not that kind of phone line," he said frustrated.

"I'm not your enemy I'm just Donnie your friendly IT Tech Support here to help you 24 hours a day sir...I'm sorry m'am," he said feeling bad.

  Zeq smirks looking at jeremy "sounds like you brain shell" Jeremy glares at him while Mari just giggles. Leo was sighing.  "But Donnie's a genius, why would he take a job like that," he asked. "Well at least he's keeping busy," April said.  "Well if he's doing that then whose keeping an eye on Mikey," he asked concerned.  "Mikey's gotten to...the..um..entertaining business," she said.

Mikey was putting on his costume and was heading into the apartment. For another kids birthday party.  "Happy birthday from Cowabunga Carl," he shouted.  The kids were running into the room and were attacking Mikey with foam party toys.  "Hey take it easy little dude....hey blue clashes with green dudes," he shouts.   This time Jeremy smirks at Zeq "well sounds like someone I know" Mari snickers "yea always being a clown when it comes to internet games" Zeq just glares at both of them "hmph" "hey wait didnt leo said he had three brothers what happened to the last one" Jeremy asks. April smiles at him making him blush and look away. "alright let's hear it what is raph doing?" "no one really knows, he just sleeps all day and Jess keeps her promise on watching him" april answers. "then what does he do all night?" Leo asks

Raph sits on his bike looking at the bridge while Jess stands next to him listening to the police station. "Time to punch in" Raph puts his Nightwatcher helmet and Jess gets on putting hers as well. Riding towards their destination.
A wall blows up and a group of guys come out. "good work boys, that was easier than I thought it was gonna be" the leader says. "look guys I grabbed a toaster!" one of the guys says. "I love your work Tommy its an inspiration to us all" the leader says sarcastically. The boys run around in alley when two chains grab two of the men and gets pull in the darkness. "what was that?" tommy says. "w-what's going on guys?" Tommy asks. A chain comes towards the leader "what in the-?" the leader gets knocked out. Jess attacks the other guy knocking him out unconscious when raph comes out behind tommy while tommy points a gun towards jess "looks like its just you and us now shanky" raph response. Tommy turns around scared and shaking "take it easy im not gonna hurt ya" Raph says as Jess chuckles "much" jess smirks under her helmet. "BOO!" raph scares tommy making him run away and Jess laugh "why play with our prey huh raph?" jess asks making raph chuckle and gets on his bike, grabbing jess and chasing down tommy "I love it when they play hard to get" Raph answers and laughs.
After a while the police reach an alley and sees the men tide up in chains. "The Nightwatchers" one of the police response angerly "their doing our jobs again" the other police sighs. April was looking at Leo. 

"You're training period ended a year ago, and Splinter says you don't write any more," April said.

Leo sighed and looked at April.

"Splinter sent me down here to become a better leader. I can't go back a failure besides these people need me more than my brothers and sister do," he said looking down at the fire tending to it.

"If Master Splinter were here he'd ask you what is your heart telling you," April asked.

Leo was standing up and was nudging his head for Zeq, Jeremy, and Mari to get up also. He was pointing for them to start walking away. He looks back April sighing.

"I don't know I just know that somethings missing," he said to her disappearing with Mari, Zeq, and Jeremy.

April was looking down.

"You're brothers need you Leo their lost without you," she said looking up to see that they were all gone.

Mikey was driving the party wagon into the alley and was parking it in the garage. He was going underneath it the party wagon getting into the sewers and was closing the man-hole cover. He was jumping down on his skate boarding shredding it up.

"Why skate half pike when you can skate a sewer pipe," he shouted with excitement, "WOOHOO!!!!!"

He was skating all the way to the lair and was going through the wall. He was throwing his skate board down somewhere. He cart-wheeled down the railing to the stairs. He landed on his feet.

"Here's Mikey," he said the lair was quiet.

"Guys.....anyone.....hello? whatever this place used to be fun," he said sitting down turning on the tv.

Reporter talking,"And with rocking interest rates that's bad news for home owners and the real estate is heading into a downward spiral. Coming up the vigilates know as the Nightwatchers strikes again."

Mikey was getting excited about this.

"I remember how they used to fell bust up crime, sure they had a bunch of guns but they were like these guns," he said standing on the couch.

Donnie walks in looking over at Mikey rolling his eyes.

"Why do you do this to yourself Mikey those glory days are over forget about them. Get on with your life focus on your work," he said sitting down.

Jess had hear her younger brother early while she was sleeping after along night. She was groaning and annoyed with her younger brother getting blankets off of her and Raph accidentally waking him up in the process. Jess didn't notice, opening the door with force and was walking over to the balcony looking down at them.

"Would you yahoos keep it down some people are still sleeping," she said rolling her eyes jumping down walking into the kitchen where Donnie was getting into the fridge.   Raph comes out stretching and yawns "Well look who woke up, I suppose you think the Nightwatchers are some kind of heroes" Donnie says Sarcastically. Raph jumps down near Don. "Beats sitting down and doing nothing while the dirtbags are runnin' free" Raph says as he crushes a can of soda. "I would love to know what you do is so great, at least im shippining work out here while you do is sleep all day" donnie says glaring at raph. "yea I do nothin' yea your right" Raph says sarcastically pointing at don "you got me all figured out" "Well I know your will attitude is always a source of contansion of this team, you think fear can accomplish things, but your WRONG" Don tells Raph "First of all this team you speak of doesnt exist anymore and second of all-" Raph scares Donnie about to punch him till Master Splinter comes in the room "Raphael..Enough.." "He He I think I may my point" Raph says and walks away "come on Jess" "well that doesnt prove anything" Donnie tells raph as he flips up to the second floor and disappears. "Why couldnt you send him in training" Donnie says as he pulls down his glasses "Donatello, his home has become like an empty shell, each of your brothers has strenghs and weaknesses, you must learn to be strong when you are weak, if you dont learn to recognize this then all hope is lost for our family.." Splinter wisely tells donnie and sighs. Jess watches and sighing at this and was following Raph back to his room. Once she closed the door and was looking at Raph. Out of her brothers she's closer to Donnie best friends/brother relationship. 

"You shouldn't talk to Donnie like that Raph. He's misses Leo just as much as you do. I miss Leo too but we all deal with stress differently. Leo will come back even though you won't admit it you do miss him. I can tell plus watching the way you all treat each other most wouldn't figure it out. Think of this in Leo's prospective. He's the older brother with a responsibility to as the leader. He has the fear of losing his family and friends and fears of failing the team. He has the weight of the world on his shoulders everyday. I'm basically the same way for being the second chain of command. I'm not like Leo but in ways of being older I have the same fears as Leo. I understand the feeling of what Leo goes through. It's not easy as it looks Raph. You may think it's easy and whatever but it's not. Having to control your emotions and keeping your mind as ease. Leo's better at it than I am though he feels that I'm hard core and refuse to give up that's why he chose me to stay in charge while he's way. Plus besides that Splinter has told me that I have a better understanding of all your personalities and weaknesses just as well as him. Leo does care about you Raph along with everyone else. Your just more shut in because things like this terrify you and you don't know how to react to it. It's alright," she said walking over to him hugging him.  Raph doesnt say anything and hugs Jess back. Jess was breaking the hug and was walking over to the bed laying down. She was looking at him smiling. Raph smiles softly and lays down next to Jess "did I ever tell you, your wonderful?" he asks chuckling. Jess was looking at him smiling. "Yeah but that doesn't mean I don't like hearing it," she said stroking his cheek. Raph gets close to her face "your so beautiful" he says in a husky voice and kisses her.Jess was kissing him back and was giggling wrapping her arms around his neck.
