Every time you came across to him in the hallway, every time he saw you smile and give a high-five to him, he found himself wishing he'd have guts to grab you and kiss you right there and then. He longed for your touch and wanted to tell you how he felt - but he was sure you would reject him. Tell him that you only saw him as your friend or worse, non-biological brother, as you had once said to Dick. He wasn't ready to take a chance and possibly break his heart, not yet.

But unbeknownst to him, you felt exactly the same way about him. You wanted to be his, cuddling on the sofa and fall to sleep while watching movies and not feeling embarrassed about it in the morning. You wanted to watch the city from rooftops and eat sandwiches and talk about meaningless things in life, but not as friends anymore. You to look at him and know it isn't just a dream, that he's really your boyfriend.

You had accidentally stared at each other a couple of times, both of your heads screaming at yourselves to kiss, but you cut it off by laughing nervously and rubbed your necks at the same time.

Everyone else saw what was going on between you two, and they had tried to set you two up a couple of times, but both of you were a little scared and neither one prepared, so you couldn't see it when it even when it was under your noses.
