Chapter 1: Armory
You are in a strange underground structure that contains many weapons and devices.
"This structure seems slightly frayed," you wrote in your journal. "These weapons and devices are old, too. I bet some used this structure as a hiding spot to hide these belongings, knowing that these will come in handy soon. That, or, somebody would be rich."
You then heard something crashing and saw Hanji under a pile of weapons that fell on her.
"Hanji?"
Hanji: "Pleasure to meet you again, Y/N."
"Careful, there's a chance the guns could fire and I'm sure it won't just be one cartridge."
Hanji: "I'll take that suggestion to heart. I still can't believe this place got forgotten. Like you said, these strange muskets can fire more than one shot before needing to be reloaded. A shame the titans ended up wrecking the civilization that made these. Feels like they could have helped a little."
"I came across some records showing they were also the cause of problems."
Hanji: "Well, everything has their pros and cons. Is that the correct phrase for that?"
"I'm fairly certain it is."
Hanji then went around and investigated the weapons, which range from small guns that can be held with just one hand to large ones that need support to stay positioned.
Hanji: "Okay, this one is way heavier than the others."
You helped Hanji lift it up and put it on a table.
"Probably, because this shoots bullets at a much faster rate."
Hanji then looked through the logs of the people that apparently were stationed there, while you wondered what caused the structure to become submerged in the ground as you looked at Hanji, surprised by her energy toward things she doesn't understand.
"Be careful not to go too deep into those paperless journals," you said to her. "They might have booby trapped the whole place."
Hanji: "I would too if I was worried about people breaking into a place I made."
The two of you spent a few hours investigating before exiting the structure and making sure to conceal it with sticks and leaves.
Hanji: "That was so fun. Another place made by the old civilization that we discovered."
"So, did you reveal the last place to the Survey Corps?"
Hanji: "Nope. Just you and me know about these places. I'd rather not have to go through stupid protocol to investigate these structures."
"Okay. So, our deal stands?"
Hanji: "Yep. I won't tell."
"Alright. So, here's some other locations going off the logs in this place."
You showed a map of potential places where bunkers and other buildings might be located.
Hanji: "Alright. I've got a lot of work to do, so I'm going to investigate one of them in three days. See ya then."
Hanji walked away and you headed home.
