°~The truth~°
You take a deep breath as you push past the crowd of reporters shouting out questions to you as you enter the institution.
You were back from Jeju, and your suspension was finally over. You knew things would be different now, and things would be harder now that she was here.
"Y/N! Welcome back."
The CEO strides towards you, seeming as though he was rushing to make it somewhere with his assistants following behind him. You bow.
"Thank you, sir."
He fidgets with the cuffs on his sleeves, staring at you.
"I hope things will be better from now on with you. I don't want to have you suspended again."
You bite on your inner cheek, wanting to smack the man in front of you.
"
I understand."
With no response, he resumes his walk outside, speaking to the reporters. You only managed to catch a few words before the doors closed.
"Titanium is back."

The icy air from the air conditioner blows over your skin as you step into the gym. Everyone was talking, but in an instant, the room was filled with silence as they stared at you.
Your stomach flips under their sharp gazes as you silently make your way to where Jimin was standing with the team. He notices your uncomfortable aura and sends you an assuring smile, dropping it before anyone could notice.
But you did.
Your heart warmed up at the simple gesture. In a room full of cold hard people, he was the only warmth you could count on.
Everyone soon begins their routines, but you could still see their inquisitive glances now and then.
You slip off your t-shirt, now in your sports bra and shorts, the new gloves you adored now on your hands. You huff in annoyance when you see Bora standing with some other girls, staring at you and talking amongst each other.
I forgot she existed.
Jimin taps Bora on her shoulder and she turns around, eyes sparkling when she sees him. She opens her mouth with a smile to say something, but is cut off by Jimin's stern voice.
"Get to training. Follow the usual routine."
His eyes run past each girl that now stare at him surprised before nodding and scurrying away.
Hmph. That's more like it.
His gaze meets yours, and his once hardened eyes were now pushed up into crescents as he shoves his hands in his pockets and walks over to you.
"Damn, I was so used to seeing this empty corner."
He snickers, and you shake your head with a sigh, tightening your pony tail as you say,
"You can't escape me."
He parts his plump lips to reply when the door is pushed open, and your eyes land on the one person you've been dreading to see.
Nari.
Her ebony hair was braided, forming intricate patterns across her head as her crop top and sweatpants flow with her every movement.
Her eyes scan the room and at last, your fiery gazes lock. A sense of bitter nostalgia crawls up your body as she stares through you with her icy blue eyes that were enhanced with the dark eyeliner that travelled along curved ridges.
Her mother was American, and she was lucky to have inherited the stunning pair of orbs. Your fists clench inside your gloves as you stare back at her with the same intensity. Her pink lips pull up into a smirk as she walks over to her team, tearing her gaze away from you.
Jimin watches the heated exchange from the sidelines in silence before leaning closer to you.
"Do you want it?"
He whispers in a low voice and your eyes land onto his dark ones.
"Want what?"
"Your reputation back... Your title?"
You nod without hesitation as he smirks, tapping the large boxing bag standing still next to you.
"Come with me."

You furrow your eyebrows as Jimin exits the dressing room in his boxing gear - his black and red shorts and his red gloves. His skin glistened underneath the lighting, and his body never failed to make your heart skip a beat.
Bringing yourself back to reality, you ask,
"What are you doing?"
He says nothing, walking out of the room and raising his left hand, motioning for you to follow him back out into the gym.
A knot begins to develop in your stomach as Jimin steps into the ring, bouncing up and down, loosening his muscles. The men and women around smile, gathering around the ring and whistling.
Your heart drops to your stomach as you see him motioning for you to step in. You shake your head vigorously, and he rolls his eyes, grabbing your arm and pulling you into the ring.
"Jimin, stop."
You seethe through gritted teeth and a low voice.
"Why? Fight me."
Your mind is all over the place as you stand helplessly in the ring, the stares of the men and women piercing through you.
"I said, fight me."
"B-but why?!"
You whisper-yell and the people around start to grow impatient. Jimin groans and lunges forward, his arm jutting out towards you.
An instant reflex takes over you as your eyes widen and you duck below his arm, landing a blow to his abdomen.
He moves back a little from the blow, bringing the gloves up to shield himself as he smirks,
"That's what I'm talking about. Come on."
You gulp, slowly approaching him as your insides tremble.
Do I hit him?
Your useless thought sends you into jitters as you watch his biceps contract and relax, his abs gaining your attention. In a flash, you feel a blow to your face and you stumble to the side.
"You aren't paying attention."
You grit your teeth at the sudden action and snarky remark.
All right, you wanna play it that way?
You bring your arms up to defend yourself, blocking out the people around the ring as Jimin stands alone in your view.
You blow him a kiss, and his eyes widen as he freezes for a moment. The trainees whistles and coos echo in the room. Seizing the window of opportunity, you smirk, landing two right-handed punches to his perfect face and he stumbles back.
Two can play at this game.
He scowls at you, hastily approaching you and lands a kick to your leg, the sound of the skin colliding echoes through the room. The sting doesn't last for long as you decide to return the same kick.
Unexpectedly, he latches onto your leg in the air, pushing you backwards as you lose your balance and fall harshly onto the floor with a thud. He's now above you, his deep brown eyes boring through yours, a layer of sweat coating his skin.
Once more, you were distracted. Distracted by that perfect face.
He smirks, shifting his position as he's now beneath you, your back laying on his hard chest as his bicep wraps around your neck in a choke hold. His legs lock together above yours and you raise your hand, hitting him behind on the head continuously to try and get him to let you go.
His breath fans your ears as his taunting voice rings through your senses.
"I guess you'll continue to remain at the bottom of the food chain."
Your eyes widen and a flush of anger surges through you at his words, a sting of hurt lingering beneath them.
"Have you learned nothing, Titanium? Still the same old quitter, hmm? Boring."
You grunt, gathering whatever strength you had left and pushed against his legs with yours while you elbowed him in his ribs continuously. You could feel him beginning to jerk from your blows as he holds in a yelp.
You finally pry yourself open from his grip and turn around so he's now beneath you. Red flashes in your vision, unable to control your emotions and actions, and it's deja vu that hits you in a wave.
You punch him in the face three times before he brings his arms up to block your furious blows. Your heavy breaths and burning chest continues as his words replay in your head over and over.
"Continue to remain at the bottom of the food chain."
It seemed as though your body wasn't yours anymore, as you continued lunging at him anywhere possible with blows that hit hard and painful.
"Still the same old quitter, hmm?"
It wasn't until you were lifted off him that he gapes at you with a cut lip and bruised nose, and your face is still contorted in anger as you struggle in the coach's arms.
"Boring."
"Time's up, Y/N! 5 minutes per round and that's it. You can go back to your training, stop wriggling for god's sake!"
The coach's words seem distant like you were underwater as you glare at Jimin who was still dazed as he slowly stepped out of the ring.
Just when I thought you were different.
Why did you have to say that?
You know how comments like those hurt me, yet you said it like you were one of them.
Are you?
Are you one of them?
His wide eyes never leave yours as he's sat down by another trainee who damps a wet cloth over his lip and nose.
The coach finally lets you go and you stand, huffing in the corner of the ring. The raging anger in you begins to fade away as you notice the other trainees staring in shock at the exchange that just took place.
Your eyes meet the blue pair of orbs that stood in the back of the crowd. A mocking smile graced her face as she begins to mouth the words.
"Still the same."
That's when you broke. You step out of the ring, walking past Jimin who immediately stands up as you walk into the toilet. You checked the stalls to make sure nobody was there before you slammed the door shut.
You stare into the mirror at your sweaty, flustered self before hastily ripping the gloves off your hands and throwing them on the counter.
You splash water onto your face before leaning your hands on the counter, placing your entire weight on them as you lean forward with your eyes closed.
A knock is heard, and you glance at the door, knowing fully well who it was. Grabbing your gloves, you jerk open the door to reveal a heaving Jimin, now wearing his usual white shirt.
"Move."
You order.
"Y/N, I-"
"Move."
"Listen to me-"
You scrunch your face in annoyance, placing your hands on his chest and shoving him backwards. The breath is sucked out of his lungs as he stumbles backwards and you walk past him, gaining looks from the trainees around you.
Fed up of their judgemental gazes, you stare back at them with a dark gaze as you wave your hands in the air.
"What the fuck are you staring at?!"
Their eyes widen as they shake their heads at your outburst, scattering to different parts of the gym to continue their training.
A harsh grip pulls you away, and you grit your teeth.
"Jimin, let me go."
He continues to pull you out of the gym room and down the hallway.
"Where are you going? Just fucking let me go!"
He pulls you into a room on the hallway, and you managed to catch a glimpse of the words before you're engulfed by darkness as the door slams shut.
"Seriously? The janitor's closet? What, are we high schoolers now?"
You snap, barely making out the silhouette of Jimin's figure in the small dark room.
His low voice echoes in the dark room as he walks closer to you, backing you up against the wall.
"Look, I didn't mean to offend you in any-"
"Cut the crap, you said what you said and that's it."
"I just said those things to push you. To get you to unleash what you've been holding in for so long."
You scoff.
"How could you possibly know about what I've been holding in for so long?"
"You don't fight like you used to, Y/N. What happened out there now was just the tip of the iceberg to your true potential. I hate seeing you fail, and not even try."
You're rendered speechless as you stare at the silhouette of his face.
"B-but why say that out of all-"
"Because that, is what you aren't willing to face. I can't stand seeing you lose yourself in front of her, lose your essence, and your fucking potential that I've seen in you so many damn times."
Your heart skips a beat as he harshly spits out his words, his face now inches away from yours as you feel his minty breaths on your nose.
No. Don't fall for his games.
"Don't give me that bullshit, Jimin. Why do you really stick around me? Is it Jungkook? Are you trying to get back at him for whatever fucking reason?"
You try to sound confident and bold, but you knew his words were the truth.
He goes silent as you see the shadow of his hand raise, fingers reaching out and gliding across your cheek. Your breath hitches at his touch, as you close your eyes.
You were glad he couldn't see your face, because you knew you were red and flustered all while trying to make yourself seem unbothered by his behaviour.
"You don't know your worth."
He says, his voice now lowered to a whisper, as your breath is caught in your throat, your insides tossing and turning.
Please don't.
Don't make me do something I'll regret.
"W-why do you even care? Just leave me alone, Jimin."
You manage to say, reaching for the door knob. A firm grip catches hold of your waist as your slammed back against the wall.
"Jimi-"
"Why do I care?"
He repeats your words, voice lowered to a growl as you feel his hot breath fan your neck. Your hands clutch onto his shirt on his shoulders as your breathing becomes uneven at his proximity.
Your hands start to get sweaty, and your throat begins to constrict at the lack of space.
Your claustrophobia was setting in.
"J-Jimin, I-"
"How could you ask me that? You know I care about you."
His heaving breaths were now on your shoulders as his hands ran up your waist, but his words flew past your now malfunctioning mind.
Your eyes widen as you become dizzy from the lack of oxygen, now hitting his chest in panic. He freezes, suddenly letting go of you.
"Y/N? What's wrong?"
Seizing the opportunity, you slam open the door, stumbling into the hallway, gasping in the fresh air. Jimin hurries out of the janitor's closet, shutting the door.
"What the hell was that?"
He whisper yells as you lean against the wall, chest heaving with your eyes closed.
"You fucking idiot, I'm- I'm claustrophobic.."
You say between breaths and his eyes widen.
"Why didn't you tell me about this?"
You scrunch your nose at him as you finally begin to calm down.
"I don't need to tell you everything."
Just before he could reply, you hear footsteps down the hallway, too close for the two of you to run to the gym and so with no choice, you're pulled back into the janitor's closet.
This time, Jimin keeps his distance from you as you wait for the person to cross. A fluttery feeling erupts in your stomach as your mind replays the incidents that happened in here.
Your hand unknowingly reaches up to your cheek, where his fingers once were. The areas where his hot breath left imprints on tingled in sensation as goosebumps travel over your skin as his words replay in your mind.
"You know I care about you"
Your eyes fall on Jimin's silent silhouette, and even though it was dark, you knew he was intently gazing at you, his shirt rising slightly with his soft breaths.
"You don't know your worth"
"I meant everything I said, Y/N."
You gulp, as he takes a step closer but still keeping space between the two of you. The rage of emotions and butterflies surge through you, and you couldn't take it any longer.
I need to know.
I can't suppress these feelings anymore.
I need to know if these feelings are true, and if he feels the same way about me.
Your breaths become louder as you try to form your sentence. You were afraid. Afraid he might shun you away and mock you, like everyone else did.
"T-tell me."
Was all you managed to say as he tilts his head. Your hands begin to tremble as you clutch onto the hem of your shorts.
"Tell me w-why you care about me. How do I know I'm not one of y-your little flings?"
Your words come out barely above a whisper but he hears it. His heart softens at that very moment and something snapped in him, as if he was trying to control himself this entire time.
Before you know it, you're pulled into his arms as his fingers carress your jaw.
"You're so fucking stupid, Y/N."
Was all he managed to whisper before his soft lips are delicately pressed onto yours.
A/N: WOOOOOOO, here's the special chapter I promised you.
And I know y'all like it 😂💀✋
Yours hoefully,
Kim ✨
