Chapter 1: Titania.

~Jellal's POV~

I was in my room all alone. I was changing into my tuxedo and was ready to go....................................To go to Erza.

I know, I can't believe a person like Erza could experience something as grewsome as that!

My memories of her, made me feel horrible, horrible that I wasn't there to save her, that I wasn't there to warn her! I punched the wall, and caused it to have a huge crack. I needed to let my anger out somewhere, the anger I feel inside that I couldn't do anything to change.

Meledy entered the room where I was in.

"You okay?" she asked " if you don't wanna go, it's alright--"

"I'm going" I interrupted.

"Are you sure? I mean, do you really want to see he-----"

"Damn it! Don't remind me that Meredy!!" I exclaimed. Looking at her face, Her eyes widened by shock, sweating. She took a step back, looked down on the floor, and almost started to cry.

"I-I'm sorry, Meredy, I didn't mean to scream at you.." I said feeling much more guilt inside.

"It's okay Jellal. In the situation now, I know you're feeling heavyhearted."

Then she left the room, closed the door silently while she leaves me all alone in the empty room to contemplate, again.

(During the funeral.)

I sat at the second row, because the first row was reserved for Erza's closest friends in team Natsu, the whole place was filled with tears. Lucy, Gray, and Wendy. All of them were crying, even Natsu, but the one who cried most was Lucy. she kept reminding herself.

"It was my fault... It was....If I didnt.." She whispered to herself.

"No Lucy, it wasnt your fault, okay?" Said Natsu while he huggs Lucy tightly.

I was trying so hard my misery, stopping myself from crying but there's no point Hiding it.

I felt lonely there. a lot of people there have their own person to comfort and get comforted. All the pairs were crying on each other's shoulders. Natsu has Lucy, Gray has Juvia, Romeo had Wendy, and even Gajeel has Levy.

After the funeral I went out immediately, ignoring everyone I see. I went to the guild, crime sorcerer. I opened the door and walked quickly to my room. Sat in the bed and covered my face.

My eyes, flowing with tears. My body trembling, everything reminds me of her! Why did she have to die?! Why did She have to die like that?! I'll make the person pay for what he's done.

At that time I just wanted to kill myself. I'm thinking that I'm useless and weak, but I always remember what Erza told me. I'm not weak, the fact that I'm still living is the proof of my strength. ( sorry, I don't remember the exact words in that episode)

When I remember that time, I regretted it, I regretted when I told her that I have a fiancé.

What happened to her now, made me feel that I don't have any purpose in this world now.

"I swear, I will avenge you Erza.." I whispered to myself. "I won't let that person get away from what he did to you!"

---Flashback----

~Lucy POV~

I was talking to Natsu in the guild, when the doors suddenly flew open, and we saw Erza.

She was walking straight in, not looking at her sides or at anyone. She went straight to the mission board, took one job posted on the board and walked straight out. There was a sudden pause in Erza when she reached the door. she turned around with a smile, I can easily see that she was forcing her self, but why?

"Natsu! Lucy! I'm going alone on this mission, pls. Tell master. " she said. carrying loads of bags and slammed the door on the way out. Then............she was gone.

A week after, all of us were worried that Erza hasn't come back. Mira said the mission she took could be finished in four and a half days, but some were thinking that she was okay, she's Titania after all. To make sure master send team Natsu, us, to look for her.

We asked master what mission did she take, and he answered.

"Well, the only job that wasn't registered must be the one that Erza took. I'm guessing that Erza took was the............" He went to the his office, while us following of course. He looked closely on each job that was registered to Mira, to know which wasn't there.

Then his eyes suddenly widen by shock, while us, not knowing what it was, stayed calm, but got worried even more because the face master was using might mean something might've gone wrong.

"What is it master? Is there something wrong?" I asked The dense air is making us more worried.

"The job Erza took should've took her in less than two days to finish" he looked straight at me and Natsu, looking serious. "Natsu! Lucy! Hurry and find Erza!! Now!!"

We didn't kno much about the job, but we went anyway as soon as master told us to.

Master gave us a map. It was really far away from magnolia.

We went to the place master told us to go to, on the way we saw Jellal.

"Oh! Its you guys" then Jellal looked at both side of me and Natsu. "where's Erza? And what are you doing here"

"That's the reason were here. She went on a mission a week ago and hasn't come back since. She should've finished it in two days." said Natsu.

"Well, let me help you, I'm looking for someone myself"

"Who?" I asked.

"Meredy, yesterday she said she was going to buy things for dinner, but she she didnt return, until today."

"Let's look for the both of them together then!"I said cheerfully.

"Sure, it's good to meet other people you know on the way sometimes" he said

" And also, its been a long time since I last saw Erza." Come to think of it, it's been a long time since Jellal and Erza saw each other.

While we were looking and shouting both Erza and Meredy's name. I heard Jellal whisper to himself.

"Finally I get to see Erza again. I missed her" the he had a gentle smile. And because of that. I now that Jellal......

"he liiiiiiiiikes her" whispered happy in my ear. I quickly covere his mouth, hoping Jellal didn't hear what Happy said.

After a long day of searching we found nothing.

The next day we started to look for the two again. We went to a forest thinking Erza went inside.

We went deeper and deeper in the forest. We tried to split up to find them quicker.

While was flying up high with happy. I saw two people fighting, they both were wearing long cloaks. The first one I saw was beating the crap out the other.

I went down to help that guy.

I couldn't see who he or she was, I was too busy fighting off the girl who was beating her up.

"H-Hey, Lucy..." I heard a familiar voice

"Erza?!" I looked back and I realized that the voice I heard was Erza's. Although her hood wasn't off for me to see her face I knew, was she the one getting beaten up?! I could see Erza trying so hard to stand, to talk. She was covered in blood and wounds.

I quickly ran towards her but then the first guy in the cloak suddenly jumped infront of her and stabbed her straight through her heart.

"ERZA!!!!!!" I screamed. Then she fell cold to the floor.

I ran to her.

"Erza! No! No! Dont die Erza! No!" I said crying, hard to speak from the sadness I feel, its because of me I was the reason she's like that!

Natsu and Jellal came running and saw me with Erza. They standed there, shocked and angered. They looked at her, full of blood and wounds. They looked at her feeling like she was gonna die already, but I wont accept it!!!

"WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?!?!?!!! HELP HER!!!" But they didn't. They just silently walked towards her, Jellal stooped down and held Erza's hand.

"W-w-what happened to y-y-you Erza?" He said, while tears fall from his face to Erza's.

He held Erza's hand tightly, crying softly.

"Gate of the maiden I summon thee! Virg--" I had no ideas what to do, none of us had? I Summoned Virgo. Hoping she might do something, but natsu stopped me.

"Stop Lucy, we can't do anything, there's no one to heal her..... I know, I can't accept it either but we need to" he said, acting brave, hiding the tear. He leaned on me.

"Please, Lucy" he said. And I felt hopelessness strike through me.

----------End of Flashback--------

I stood up and ragained my strength. I decided to go to Fairy tail. I kmow it's a bad time, I just want to know. I want her to describe, what she saw about, the person who killed Erza.

Then suddenly the door of my room flew open, and there was meredy looking. Like she wanted to cry out loud. She looked sad and disappointed.

"Jellal, something happened in Fairy Tail......."
