"Rival": Rainbow Raider

Sees himself as Y/N's arch nemesis. Even though Y/N nemesis is Vilgax.

After a series of encounters with Y/N, Rainbow Raider becomes obsessed with proving himself as the superior being, viewing Y/N's unique abilities and the Omnitrix as the ultimate challenges to overcome. His obsession grows with each defeat, leading him to devise increasingly complex schemes aimed specifically at Y/N and, by extension, the Teen Titans.

Rainbow Raider's color manipulation powers present unique challenges for Y/N, not only physically but emotionally. His ability to evoke fear, anger, or despair with colors could exploit Y/N's sensory sensitivities and emotional processing, pushing Y/N to find creative solutions and rely more heavily on their team.

I also wanted to include a lamé villain and turn them into an omega, level danger.
