You are in the other room, we're divided by walls

You are where I work, right in my blind spot

We walk in the crowd, you walk behind me

And oh look! I just missed the bus you got on

You booked seats for that airplane, the tickets got sold out

Barely minutes ago, so I booked another

And every time I close my eyes to sleep

I whisper to deaf walls to come to bed soon 

Because it cannot be a world I live in

Where we don't coexist.
