Tip #6 - General
Point of views
You should add POV's to your book so that the readers could get a full view of the situation. But you shouldn't add TOO MANY POV's as it gets so confusing and it turns to sound like a magazine.
Your story should include maximum three different point of views.
CLIFFHANGER
You should end each chapter in a cliffhanger so that the readers would get excited to read the following one and they don't get bored.
I turn around and my breath gets caught in my throat at what I see in front of me.
Photos
Enrich your chapters with photos
Readers, mostly teenagers, enjoy photos so much, you'd describe the dress she's wearing and then you should add a photo which looks like her dress.
While introducing your cast, you could add a photo of whoever celebrity is playing this role. Just how I did in the beginning of my book -Christmas in Paris-
In my later tips you will find how to add a photo as a banner, and how to add a photo within the text.
Describe your characters
Describing every inch of your characters' appearances allows the readers to use their imagination mixing the description you used to actually have a set look of the character in their mind, you shouldn't make fun of your character's appearance though (she was fat af..). Some readers might relate the descriptions to themselves and we don't really want to hurt them, ehh?
