Profile picture👱

You have to put a profile picture of either yourself, your favorite band or whatever you think is trending (Maybe pizza because pizza is always trending). Or maybe your favorite cartoon character because unlike many social media sites, Wattpad's users are anything but rude. They won't judge:).

You can also put a photo of something iconic. Like when you set a dog/puppy's photo as your profile photo, some might think it's your dog, some might think you like dogs, and only a few will understand that you appreciate loyalty. A profile picture describes a lot about you. It's the only visual version of you on Wattpad. So, you choose to either use it to give the readers a full view of yourself. So, when they read your book they kinda imagine you narrating it (if your book is written in third POV). Or, you choose to use it as hole that peaks into your inner self more.

Background image

As for the background image there's this site that I have previously stumbled upon, it provides backgrounds for Tumblr, Twitter and Facebook. It's also of high resolution so it looks pretty clean when you put it (You can check it in my profile).
