Onion juice is a superb method for boosting hair growth and promoting hair regrowth. It is one of the best ways to deal with hair issues. Onion juice improves hair growth by boosting the level of the antioxidant enzyme catalase. It nourishes your hair follicles with its rich content of sulfur. The rich sulfur content also helps in minimizing the hair thinning and breakage. Sulfur also works miraculously by reducing the hair shedding due to various reasons.

Onion is a safe, natural, and affordable home remedy that can be great for your hair and helps making it strong and thus less hair loss.

Lemon is a rich source of Vitamin C and thus act as an antioxidant to prevent dandruff and clean your hair. Adding lemon is completely optional
You can also add some coconut oil and olive oil if you skip oiling. But in that case keep this mask for at least 30min to let the oil penetrate into the roots

To make an onion Juice and egg mask you will need 1 tbsp onion juice and 1 whole egg. Take an onion and grind it and then take out the water by serving it out of a muslin cloth. Add an egg and whisk properly.  Apply this evenly on your scalp and down through the length of your hair. Wait for about 15 to 20 minutes and then wash your hair with mild shampoo. You can apply this mask 1-2 times a week. You can even add a few drops of essential oil (I use rosemary essential oil) to control the smell. The high protein content of the eggs helps nourish your hair and keep it healthy while the onion juice stimulates your scalp to promote hair growth.

1. Stress is the major cause of hair loss. If you have hair loss, STOP WORRYING ABOUT IT  because it will worsen it. HAIR LOSS IS ABSOLUTELY CONTROLLABLE .
