20.SPROUTS SALAD
Eating Healthy is equivalent to healthy life. I am going to share with you a quick recipe of Sprouts Salad which is full of proteins.
The protein-rich, easy-to-make sprouts are highly recommended when trying to lose weight. Sprouts contain fewer amounts of calories and are a rich source of fiber. Having a bowl of sprouts between your meals can make you feel fuller and reduce appetite, which is quite beneficial when trying to shed kilos.
INGREDIENTS (FOR 1 PERSON)
1. 3 BIG TABLESPOONS OF SPROUTS (SOAKED GREEN GRAMS)
2. ANY VEGETABLES OR FRUITS CAN BE ADDED LIKE
1 CUCUMBER
1 TOMATAO
1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION
SOME CORIANDER LEAVES (OPTIONAL)
You have to now simply mix them. As a topping, you can add some soaked grams and peanuts (unsalted).
The outcome should be like this
Just the way it looks colourful, it also tastes amazing and is nutritious at the same time.
