The next day in the classroom was going smoothly. Everyone was buzzing, filled with excitement and laughter. I couldn't feel farther from it though.

I didn't answer Izuku's question but he dropped it after I was going to have a literal breakdown. We've actually had no tension building between us since then.

My foot finally healed up and the classroom activities started to get a little boring. Aside from the UA festival when we put on the performance. I absolutely had a star role thanks to my dancing skills....annnnd being the only one who was able to zip around the ceiling thanks to Uraraka.

Class life started to really dull down, I'm pretty sure we skipped a bunch of episodes but we're somewhere smack in the middle of season four! Also, I've been able to bring Eri with me on trips. She started embracing the outside world too, which was absolutely wonderful.

Alongside training everyday to become the number one hero, I was able to visit my mom more and look into her agency. Maybe some day I'll be able to actually work for her.

"Are you excited?" Ryukyu asked. It was one of my many days off and I decided to have dinner at home with her. She prepared a bunch of dishes and it was just me and her.

"....uh? What for?" I picked at the rice.

"Your school trip?"

"Wait another one?"

"Yes, the last you went on was a couple of months ago. Since it's getting hotter, I think it's the perfect time you all went on a little trip. It's on an island too!"

"Which island?"

"I-Island!" She smiled softly.

"Right..." I put some of the rice in my mouth. "It sounds familiar."

Her eyes jumped up, suddenly excited. "You remember I-Island? We used to visit all the time there, maybe some of your memory is coming back?"

"To take random vacations?"

"That's the island your father is currently working at! How great is that you'll finally get to see him after a week! He's been worried sick about you, you guys should keep in contact more"

How do I keep in contact with a stranger I don't remember...?

That's what I thought about all week. When I was packing, when I was getting in the car, when I got on the huge boat. I watched the waves as Sero and Denki blabbed on and on about how many hot babes they were going to incounter.

"Man I'm so excited!" Sero grinned. Everyone in 1-A quickly agreed, trying to spot the island. "I can't believe your dad actually is stationed at a island!"

"Yeah...."

"Is he a pro hero like your mom?" Izuku asked.

"Man, your parents are super cool!" Uraraka gleamed and begged me to tell her the story how they met.

"Well, I know he's a scientist who deals with quirks... that's all I really know. I'm not even supposed to say that he's a scientist."

"Maybe we'll run into him!" Tsu grinned.

"I don't even remember what he looks like—remember? Head injury?" I pointed to my head.

"Still?" Sero joked. "Not to be mean or anything but that was like months ago or something. Get that checked out—"

"—I'll throw you overboard—"

"—LAND HOOOOOE!" Mineta screamed. We all snapped our heads to the island, it was inching at us closer and closer. We were soon able to actually step onto land.

When we got to our living arrangements, we immediately were brought to an office. It was small and inside was a singular line of table. Multiple phones running alongside it with chairs in front.

We were explained, along with a huge map on the side of the tropical office, that we were to receive calls and help out as many civilians as humanly possible.

The only problem was that I was slow. Everyone rushed to pick up the phone. Even if I was able to pick it up first, everyone just shouted over one another and argued about who would get what jobs. Sometimes one person went and sometimes a group left.

I didn't do much other than organize papers and try to keep up with some light dusting... I tried my best to keep myself occupied... I dont know... maybe I didn't want to see my father. I wasn't really eager to see him.

If he wanted to see me so badly maybe he could come to me. I barley know what his face looks like, it's only one photo I have carried around in my wallet. Mom gave it to me before I left to the island, it was a childhood photo of the three of us.

The days have gone on and everyone told me little stories of their adventures. Iida told me about the grandma he carried to the hospital, Ojiro and Mina gave me stories on how they fought villains on the beach and Izukus strange story of him and these two strange siblings.

"They hate heros." He sighed.

"Little twerps wasting our time." Bakugou growled.

"But kacchan they're only children!" Deku defended them.

I agreed. "They might have their reasons."

"Speaking of reasons, why haven't you gone on any adventurers since we got here?"

"I haven't....gottrn to the phone in time."

"Theyre lying!" Sero sold. "They're just scared of seeing—-"

I threw a tennis ball that was laying on the table at him. It landed straight in the middle of his chest. He wheezed and complained about my great accuracy.

"How about whatever mission comes next, we all let Y/N take it?" Uraraka, bless her heart, suggested.

"And take that opportunity from you?"

"We don't mind! Think of it as an early birthday present!"

"...my birthday isn't until a long whil—"

"—-happy birthday!"

I sighed, dreading the next phone call. Unfortunately god hated me and the phone rang. Everyone picked it up but I was the only one to speak.

"H-Hello?" I cursed as I tripped over my words.

It was a young voice on the other line. "Help! Our house! Mister Deku! We--"

The line cut out as bakugou hung up the call. "What the fuck dude?!"

"It's those stupid kids just trying to waste our time." He rolled his eyes. Deku scolded him, saying we needed to take every call seriously.

And I agreed, this sounded serious. Deku grabbed my arm and we rushed out the small shack. He told me he knew where those children lived.

Knowing our routine, I hopped on his back and held on tight. I waved to everyone as Deku lit up as we speed off.
