"Good morning Sir."

"Good morning Sir."

"Sir, good morning!"

"Good morning Sir!!"

"Good morning Sir."

The building was as busy as usual, people going helter-skelter as soon as he stepped in. 'Good morning' greetings were always the usual chant they all chanted immediately he walked into Mi-Tech.

Entering his private elevator that leads only to his office, dressed in his grey Armani suit and black necktie, his impeccable spotless, shinny Italian shoes, Mr Webster still managed to keep a steady facial expression without being too strict or permissive.

He was always in a hurry to get out of the crowd and it seemed his workers had taken note and now, anytime he was around, they vanished quickly from his sight.

He walked down the corridor, going straight into his secretary's office...

"Good morning Mr Webster!" She automatically stood up, fixing her glasses properly and trying to arrange her long curly strawberry blonde hair.

"Good morning Olivia." He nodded, not sparing her a glance as he opened the door to his well organized, spacious, breathtaking, embellished office. He sat on his Wenger swivel chair, adjusting the glass board on his thick table that spelt 'Mr Webster, CEO'

The pale skinned slender beauty hurriedly followed him into his office careful not to trip on her black 7'inched stilettos, she's dressed in a black polka dot, tight fitting pencil dress with the first three buttons opened.

She even had to paint her lip red, overall, she looked hot but slutty. However, Mr Webster didn't mind, he had been with her for a year and few months. As long as she did her job right, he had no problem.

"Sir, should I get you coffee first?" She asked, placing her hands by the side of her waist. By God! She was almost perfect because surgery has its way of making things perfect. Yep! She was a product of plastic surgery.

"Thank you. Bring in the presentation you got from the HR department, and," He looked up at her, suddenly remembering something. "What appointment do I have by 12?" He asked her.

"That would be..." She bit her lips to think. "Oh! You'll be with the board sir, an emergency meeting with the board." She nodded quickly.

"I see." He looked down at the papers on his table. "Reschedule it. I have an appointment with the German ambassador, the meeting can wait." Ryan said to her. If there is one thing he liked about her, she was efficient.

"Understood Sir." She nodded. "Would that be all Sir?"

"For now, yes." He told her, opening up a file.

"I'll get your coffee and the presentation." Olivia grinned.

"Sure sure." He quickly dismissed her, waving his hand.

Olivia strutted out of the office, tossing her hair away from her face. She entered the private elevator, going down to the HR department.

"Oh Olivia." The plum looking busybody appeared from nowhere beside Olivia.

"Not today Fiona, I'm really busy." Olivia was really not in the mood for the nosy lady.

"Oh come on Olivia, I just want to know something. I heard that Mr Webster is planning an engagement party, how true is it?" Fiona asked her. Fiona is from the marketing department and likes gossips, sometimes, Olivia wondered where she got her informations from.

Olivia stopped walking, taking a good look at Fiona and then laughs. "Oh my oh my!! Where did you hear that from?"

"Well," Fiona fingered her hair while raising her nose higher. "I have my sources. So tell me is it true?"

"Stop being so curious woman, why don't you ask him yourself." Olivia snapped at Fiona, leaving her speechless.

    "Well... I..." Fiona stammered.

"Well what?! I have better, important things to do. Move." Olivia pushed Fiona away gently, strutting away.

"I was just asking humph!" Fiona sneered. "Whatever." Fiona tried to copy Olivia's walking style but she ends up almost on the floor. Olivia chuckled at the sight.

Ryan flipped the pages of his paper, hurriedly signing the documents when his phone rings.

"Hello?" He placed the phone over his ear. "Tomorrow? Okay fine, I'll ask someone to put the rooms in other for you." Ryan said before hanging up.

He continued his work. Work was his top priority since his grandpa passed away a year ago in his sleep, all workload was on him. After his studies at Harvard, Ryan became more focus in other to move the company forward. He was a workaholic spending all his time and effort in his workplace trying to build the Mi-Tech Empire, he also owned a foundation where he developed young talented artist all around the globe and has been named one of the most influential people in the world, he's also been awarded with other prestigious prizes... He was an inspiration to every youth around, although, he had so many rivals.

Seven years had passed by slowly and he is very grateful for everything he has achieved so far in his life which wasn't offered on a platter of gold. He was slowly putting his life back together, it was never easy and now he was finally regaining himself after what happened.
......................................................
At the airport...

Mia's dressed in a baby pink backless jumpsuit, her 6'inched black strapped stilettoes kept on clicking on the marble floor, she had her fashionable dark shades glasses covering her eyes and her caramel blonde hair swaying side to side as she took quick steps. Her traveling bag which she held on one hand with a long coat draped around the bag, while her other hand held her phone over her ear.

"I'm about to board the plane, I'll call you when I land. Okay?" Mia said. Soon she heard the loud voice say... "All passengers heading to NewYork, please head to the boarding gate."

"That's my flight!! I'll hang up okay? Bye." Mia dropped her phone inside her small purse, racing for the boarding gate. She got closer to the boarding gate but noticed a few crowd blocking her way.

They were flashing cameras and phones at someone she wasn't able to see. Even the security men were all trying to calm the uproar.

"Excuse me! Coming through! Can you move!" She tried shouldering her way through the crowd when someone hits her arm. "Watch it!" She glared at the person but the man paid no attention to her.

She finally got away from the crowd, but not without bumping into someone, as her things came crashing down.

"What the hell?" She stooped to pack her things. She looked at the man standing right in front of her. "Can't you even say sorry?" She frowned but he couldn't see it.

"What? You bumped into me and you want me to apologize for that?" He looked at her.

"Whatever, just get out of my way." She moved around him, quickening her pace.

Alex is taken aback by the rudeness and attitude of the lady. He bent to pick the things which fell from the him when the lady bumped into him.

Mia finally got into the boarding gate.

"Hey." She handed her papers to the lady standing by the door.

The lady smiled. "Glad to have you with us." She only checked the surname and gave it back to her. "Have a nice trip Miss Midwest."

She frowned but shrugged. She quickly went on board. Checking her flight ticket, she frowned and then called the attention of a flight attendant.

"Sorry, please what does this mean?" She asked the flight attendant. Now she was totally confused.

"Oh! You're flying First Class ma'am. Please this way." The attendant ushered her.

She stared at the ticket... "First Class? I thought..." Mia was confuse once again. A couple of hours ago, she was gonna fly the Economy and now First Class? What the fuck just happened?!

   "That's your seat number."

"Wait wait, I didn't sign up for First -" she looked up, and the sight she saw shut her up instantly. "Whoa." Her jaw dropped.

"Enjoy your stay ma'am." The attendant left her there all alone.

Mia batted her lashes furiously, trying to blink away the dream. But gosh, it was too real to be fake! She admired the exquisite and delicate design of the compartment, she had seen a few but none could compare,  she was mesmerized. It even had a personal minibar!

"This is really nice, but I don't think-" Mia realized she was alone. "Huh? Where did she go?" Mia said to herself. "Wait a minute." She opened her flight ticket and behold, her name wasn't on it. "Alex? Alex Midwest?! Shit! Who the hell is this?" Mia searched her bag for her own flight ticket.

"Dammit! Dammit! Dammit!" She now remembered, she had actually switched her ticket with that odd guy near the gate. This was bad for her. Her thought was to go back and find the guy.

Alex ran to the boarding gate, he too had realized his ticket has been switched.

"Hey! Lady! Did you see a woman... Long blonde hair, dark shades? She was on a pink ummmm... Jumpsuit?" Alex asked the woman. He was panicking, the rude lady had taken his flight ticket.

The lady kept blushing, turning red. "Sir, there are a lot of ladies who came by today. I don't really know the one in particular." She kept on blushing.

"What?! The lady has my ticket with her! She's average in height, did you see anyone with a boarding pass that says Midwest?" Alex could strangle anyone right there.

"Possibly." She told him, she wasn't sure.

"Oh good! Do you think she's heading to NewYork?" He asked her quickly.

"Sir I do not know if the lady you're talking about is going to NewYork."

"Dammit!" Alex ran into the plane.

"Sir?" Alex halted, turning to her. "Can I get your autograph?" The lady blushed. Alex looked at the lady like she was crazy before dashing to find the other rude lady who switched her ticket with his.

Alex puts on a baseball cap and dark shades to cover his identity. He was looking for a Mia Simpsons, the rude lady.

    "Shit!".He cussed under his breath.

"Sir, please have your seat. We are about to take off." An attendant said to him.

"I'm looking for a blonde lady, she must be in the First Class section. We accidentally switched tickets and she has mine." Alex explained to the lady.

"Okay. Please have your seat first, I'll see what I can do. What's your name sir?" The attendant asked politely.

"I'm Alex MidWest." Alex was getting impatient.

"I'll be right back." She smiled before leaving.

The nerve of that rude lady to take his spot! Now he had to sit in the Economy section for a while. On Mia's part, she was comfortably seated on the fancy chair. She just couldn't believe her luck! She kept on grinning and sighing happily.

Eventually, the flight finally landed which ended with Mia in the First Class and Alex in the Economy due to some issues.

Mia sniffed in the air of success and fulfilment as she strutted out of the airport.

"Why do I get a feeling that I'm gonna get lucky today?" Mia said to herself as she stood at the entrance of the airport. She wore her long coat, waiting for a taxi.

At another end of the exit, Alex walked out, adjusting his leather jacket and also taking off the cap and glasses. He stood at the extreme end, waiting for his ride. It wasn't long when he saw the paparazzi, swarming towards him.

"Shit." He walked further away from them and that's when he saw his bodyguard driving in. "Lucas! Finally!" He quickly got into his car, evading the paparazzi.

As his car drove away, turning to second entrance of the airport, he spotted Mia.

"That lady. Pull over Lucas, I wanna talk to her." He said to Lucas. Lucas was huge, black and muscular. Alex explained to Lucas what had happened and now he wants revenge.

Lucas pulled over, lowering the window. "Hey lady, need a lift?"

Mia was staring at the SUV which pulled over in front of where she stood, she frowned.

"Me?" She pointed to chest, she wasn't sure he was talking to her.

"Yeah, if you don't mind." Lucas' smile was a bit crooked.

"No thanks. I'll rather wait." Mia stepped back, looking away.

Alex lowered his own window. "What if I insist?" His killer smile always swept girls off their feet.

Mia gave him a look. "I already said-hold on, why do you look familiar?" Mia raised her brow.

"Oh now I look familiar? Why don't you hop in, I'll tell you why I look so familiar." He winked at her.

This guy was such a flirt. "No thanks." Mia looked away.

"Come on, let me give you a ride." Alex said to her.

Something was definitely wrong with the guy. "Hey," she turned to him. "Why are you being so persistent? Move your car." She glared at him before walking away.

"Wait!" He got out of the car, trying to go after her.

Mia noticed that he was trying to follow, she quickened her pace. What was he following her?!

"Hey wait!" He ran after her.

Mia also began running away as she was being chased by a madman. "Help! I'm being chased by a lunatic! He's trying to get me for no reason." She yelled to whoever wanted to listen, she couldn't run fast due to her heels. Alex was quick to get to her, he pulled her by the arm and she lost her footing. She screamed before stumbling down, causing him to fall on top of her.

Her hair was all over her face, she quickly removed it and faced him directly, panting heavily. Alex gaped, in short of words that he kept on staring at her like he was in a trance.

"Get off me you sick pervert!!!" Mia yelled at him, kneeing him in the crotch area.

"Argh." He groaned loudly as he is violently pushed to the ground.

Mia was looking like a total wreck as her hair was all over the place, she got her things from the ground quickly.

"Taxi! Taxi!!" She waved down a cab.

"Go, go go go." She tapped on the head-rest of the passenger seat. The taxi driver drove off. "My goodness!" Mia laid back on her seat, rubbing her chest in shock. "What just happened? Are mad people allowed to roam in fancy cars now?" Mia's heart was beating so fast.

She ruffled her hair... "Darn it! That guy is really crazy!" She almost screamed. She then noticed the taxi driver looking at her strangely. "What? You think I'm crazy?" She stared at the man.

Alex sat in his car, he was still thinking about the lady he met. He couldn't get his mind off her. Those bold sparkling sterling grey eyes, soft wavy long blonde hair, but that wasn't his main concern.

"Are you still thinking about what happened earlier?" Lucas could see him through the rearview mirror.

Alex sighed... "It's complicated."

"She really is a pretty intense lady." Lucas chuckled. "Try not to think too much, we're meeting your endorsers in some hours." He told Alex who nodded and then gave a long sigh.

He saw the used ticket on the chair, he picked it up. "Mia." He pouted, playing with the ticket with his finger.

Alex was not just any celebrity but an international celebrity, he was a race car driver for Ferrari but he rose to limelight when he was being casted for a movie role as the leading man, bringing him to the spotlight.
......................................................

Mia arrived at Van's Events. It was a small company that organized and planned events, Mia had only started worked a there only two months ago when she had moved from Italy to the US.

"Mia!!" Her colleague, Danny, welcomed her with a bear crushing hug.

"You'll.... Crush me." Mia's eyes nearly popped out of her socket.

"Oh!" Danny stepped back. "Mrs Van is so happy, she requested that you should report to her office the moment you arrive." Danny smirked, tossing her black curly hair backwards.

"You won't believe what happened to me at the airport. I got to fly First Class..."

Danny's eyes opened wide... "How did that happen?"

"That's not all. I was chased and knocked down by a runaway lunatic." Mia noticed that Danny's eyes widened even more.

"What! How did that happen?! She almost screamed.

"Believe me, I thought I was gonna contact the 'crazy virus'. Wait, is craziness contagious?" Mia had to ask because she wasn't sure.

Danny laughed... "Now you're being overly dramatic." She rolled her eyes.

"I'm not." Mia nodded, heading to her boss's office.

"I'll need full details!" Danny yelled, just then a customer walked in and she quickly ran back to her post. Behind the receptionist counter. "Good afternoon, welcome to Van's Events. How may we help you?" Danny greeted the couple.
