Chapter 8 (English)

When I woke up the next morning, I heard loud moans. Who was it from? I sat up slowly. Brian wasn't here. So I put on a dressing gown and walked around the house. Where was everyone? I stopped at Angs's door. That was where the groans came from. Angus's little body lay in bed, hanging from the edge of the bed, vomiting miserably into the bucket. I ran quickly over to him and stroked his back.

"Sh. Everything is fine." I whispered encouragingly. Angus whined as he pulled back. I wiped his mouth gently at one speed.

"Good morning." Angus muttered. I had to giggle a little.

"Good morning, Angus."

"Do not call me that."

"Why not?"

"Then I feel as old as I really am." He grinned. We giggled. I stroked his gray curls.

"You're not old, Angus." I tucked the curls behind his ears. "You're in your best years." He giggled a little. "Where are the others?"

"They went shopping." Angus muttered. I nodded.

"Lay down. Take a break. I'll make you a hot water bottle." He lay back on the bed moaning and I ran into the kitchen. I boiled water and made two more cups of tea. With that I ran back to his room.

"Shit." He muttered. I chuckled softly and lifted the covers off him. He looked at me questioningly. I picked up his shirt and put the hot water bottle on his stomach. There was a scar on Angus' stomach and I carefully ran over it.

"Where's that from?" I asked, looking at him.

"Malcolm." He muttered.

"Malcolm?" I asked puzzled. I covered him again and put a cool rag on his forehead.

"That was Malcolm." He whispered wearily. I looked at Angus with wide eyes.

"That was, Mal?" He nodded weakly.

"Yes."

"How did that happen?" I held his hand and it felt a little like I was sitting next to my grandpa. Well...Angus was actually a grandpa.

"Mal and I rode bicycles. We made a race. But then suddenly a driver came from the right. He didn't see us." I nodded.

"And then?"

"Mal threw himself in front of me. But with the momentum he pushed the handlebars into my stomach." I hissed a little.

"That sure hurt, didn't it?" Angus nodded.

"Yes. We were both in the hospital that day." Angus chuckled a little. "The stubborn bastard threw himself in front of a car so it wouldn't get me." I giggled a little.

"The car hit him and you got his handlebars through your stomach?"

"Yes. He had a couple of broken bones. Fortunately nothing serious and I was fine too." I nodded, then handed him the teacup. He drank a little and then lay back groaning. "Did I do a lot of stupid things yesterday?" He asked. I giggled.

"Wait here." I got up and walked into my room, where I got Brian's cell phone. He usually never took it anywhere. I took it and ran back to Angus. Then I showed him the video. Angus started laughing.

"Oh my God! Did I really sing "Baby please don't go"?" He laughed.

"Yes. You actually did." I giggled.

"God. I'm sorry, Arlene." I grinned.

"It's okay. You told Phil he has beautiful eyes." Angus laughed.

"I thought these days were behind me." I laughed and covered him.

"Take a break. Your head definitely hurts."

"Thank you, Arlene."

"No problem." I opened the door. "Old man." He laughed when I closed the door. I took a shower and then looked at myself in the mirror. I only wore underwear. Brian came into the room.

"Hello Darling."

"Hello." I smiled and kissed him gently. He put his hands on my stomach.

"Mitchell is growing nicely." He said proudly.

"Yes. But that makes me bigger and bigger." I looked in the mirror again. "I'm so fat, Brimi." I moaned. He giggled and sucked a hickey down my throat. I moaned softly. His old hands returned to the tight skin on my stomach.

"You are not fat, darling. You're beautiful. And our little Mitchell will be too." I smiled a little. "Sit down here, baby." He led me to the bed. So I sat down. He knelt in front of me. I looked at him questioningly. He put his hands on my stomach and stroked gently. "Hello Darling. I am your father. Yeah, don't laugh. We need to send your mom back in time so you can have a childhood with a real dad. But I promise you Mitchell, I love you, okay? My little son. You grow a little every day and. I like that. Your mom not really." He looked up at me with a grin. I chuckled softly. "She says she is fat. She's not at all. She is beautiful. Just like you will be darling. We love you little Mitchell." I smiled and pulled him back up to kiss him. "We love you too." He smiled and sat down next to me.

"How is Ang?"

"He's pretty hungovered. But he'll be fine." He nodded. I kissed him again.

"Are you hungry, darling?" Asked Brian. I nodded.

"I'm really starving." He grinned.

When I lay in my bed that evening, I played a little with the necklace around my neck. It was the silver one Malcolm gave me for my wedding. The necklace with the yellow sun. I smiled as I remembered him leading me to the altar.

"We'll see each other again." I smiled weakly. Brian was already asleep. He snored softly. I giggled and kissed him gently on the cheek. Then I covered him up. My eyes fell on the bracelet on my arm. I got it from my grandma. When I think about it...she always told me stories about time travel. Could this have something to do with the bracelet? Sometimes she didn't wear it and then the next morning she was completely confused. And...the night I went back in time, I didn't either...Oh! No matter! I'm just desperate!
