Link and Lanara ran the night away as they moved west to Ikana Valley. They were split against paths, Link wanting to take the shortcut from west Clock Town, and Lanara wanting to go the long way around avoiding Clock Town. The discussion turned into an argument which lasted until about just before nightfall. The air got chilling and the ChuChus started creeping up... And both of them didn't have swords. Link grasped Lanara's wrist and ran towards the gate.

At the stock pot inn

Link rushed back to his hotel room and Lanara dragged behind... She was jumpy and people scared her. She was acting a little less scared in link's room.

Link's POV

I entered my room in the first time in two days the sizeable room having a queen size bed and a luxury leather chair. There was a stove and a small bathroom add on with a tub and small sink and toilet. At least that was what the poster said... It was nice, tiled and had funny little lights that didn't have to use flame. There was some stuff I didn't get like the mantel that shot out water when you flicked a switch.

Link sat down on the bed and instantly fell asleep.

The next morning Link arose early. He went upstairs and to the kitchen. He savages a loaf of bread. Brings it down with a knife and butter. It was in a bag. Which was odd for link. He brought it back and placed it on a table. Slid it out of the bag and it fell apart.

"Lanara! I found the greatest invention since The red potion or the blue potion!" Link yelled to the sleeping girl in the bed.
She groggily woke up and asked "Sliced bread? Where are you from anyways?"

   He replied with "Hyrule. A land without sliced bread or the mantel that shot out water when you flicked a switch."

"You mean a sink? With running water" she asked

"What's Running water? Is it like from a well?" He shot back

"Wow... Hyrule is way far back to nat have the invention made by the hero of masks." She smirks

"Wait! What did I invent!" Link Yelled
"You are the hero of masks?"She gawked. "After YOU defeated Gyorg and scaring my mother for life with bees. The barrier was destroyed between the real world and the great bay, and people from Here saw the turbine and tried it to take water to a fountain using the same idea. It worked and now the whole town uses it... Which turned to the invention of the sink and then the bathtub."

Link was shocked by this, but he shook it off and ate his bread and butter. He walked outside after and into south Clock Town and grabbed two arrows. He took one for each hand and he was going to climb the clock tower.

Link had reached the giant ball thing on top of the tower when the arrows snapped he yelled "ZELDA!" There was no answer... Link looked at the pole holding the vast tower up and decided to climb that. He hug jumped it and got to the top. He climbed up the ball and found...
