Seth's POV
Keeping secrets from our parents is very hard for me. Leah texted me that she was getting closer and I got more excited. Of course my parents couldn't know it was meant to be a surprise.

If I ruined the surprise then I'd get in trouble with Leah. So before they could ask questions I went to see someone. Someone I knew wouldn't tell mom and dad about it.

Someone who could help me keep calm about the surprise. Jacob black even though he was soften around Sam. He was with Bella sometimes too which was ok. So I rushed over to Jacobs place to see if he was home.

If he wasn't I'm not sure I'd know what to do then. I rushed over and knocked on the front door.

"Hey Seth what can I do for you?" Billy asked

"Umm is Jake home?" I asked

"No but you seem like you need to talk I'm free if you'd like?" He asked

"Umm ok but you can't tell mom and dad" I said

Billy's POV
That didn't sound right, but he didn't seem scared. No he seemed overly excited, but that was his personality. I told him to come sit down at the table and we could talk.

"So what's up kid?" I asked

"Leah's coming home and it's supposed to be a surprise, she's getting close but I had to tell someone and get away from my parents before I spilled the secret" he said

"Oh that's wonderful news when will she be here?" I asked

"Maybe two hours tops, but she's bringing a friend and a kid I think" he said

Truth be told I knew why Leah had left forks. Harry and sue needed me to know in case I dont know something happened. She had gone off because she was pregnant with Sam's child.

Sam still has no idea and the kid is turning three.

"Seth it's alright your father told me it's hers" I said

"Oh no Leah will be so mad at him if she finds out you know it's hers" he chewed his nail

"Hey calm down kid it's alright I won't say anything" I said

"Ok, oh I got to get back she's not too far now" he jumped up excitedly

I chuckled and shook my head that kid was too much.

Leah's POV
"Momma we dere yet?" Trinity asked

"Actually yes sweetheart" I said pulling into my family's driveway

"Wow I like it here" Cami said

"Let's go meet grandma and papa also uncle sethy" i said taking Trinity out of her car seat

I took a deep breath and shut the car door then headed to the front door. I knocked on the door and waited for someone. Seth came to the door and literally jumped in excitement.

"Seth who's at the door?" My moms voice got closer

When I saw her and we made eye contact I smiled. Her eyes grew ten sizes and tears started falling.

"Hey mom" I smiled

"Omg Harry get out here" mom said

"Is everything, oh my god Leah is that you?" He asked

"Hewwo" Trinity said

"Oh my gosh your so big" mom said

"Gam gam" Trinity said running to my mom

"Hey what about me little monster?" Seth pouted

"Untl swefy" she giggled and ran to Seth

"Hey monster in here too" dad said

"Papa" Trinity ran and hugged him

"Mom it's good to be home" I said hugging my mom

"Are you staying?" She asked with excitement

"I don't know yet mom" I said

"Oh ok" mom said

"Oh crap guys this is cami she helped me the past three years" i said

Billy's POV
Jake came into the house and smiled at me.

"Guess who's in town" I said

"Wait who?" He asked

"Leah came home it was a surprise for sue and Harry" i said

Jacobs POV
Wait Leah's back in town, oh that's great I guess. Oh no Sam

"Does Sam know?" I asked

"Only me you and the Clearwaters know" he said

"Well is she going to come around or stay there?" I asked

"I was heading over there Harry called excitedly about it I pretended I didn't know because Seth came a few hours ago and said something he had been looking for you I assume to tell you but he told me" he said

"Dad your acting off, is there something your not mentioning to me?" I asked

"That's not for me to share come on tho let's go see them" he said

"Them?" I asked but he didn't answer just left the house

Leah's POV
"You called billy" I asked shocked

"He knows Leah he had to just in case" dad said

"No dad he didn't have to know you wanted him to know, how do you know if he told anyone else" I snapped

"It's just us and billy I promise" mom said

"What if he comes by the house and sees her what do I say huh?" I began to freak out

"Hey Leah it's going to be ok remember what I told you in Chicago" Cami said

"I know he deserves to know if he comes around, but I'm scared" I said

"We know sweetheart, but it will happen eventually" mom said

I nodded and whipped my tears then went to find trinity. She was outside with Seth running around and giggling.

Narrators POV
What Leah didn't know is that Jake and billy were pulling up. She was about to say something that would mess up everything. Scare her more and get more people involved.

She wasn't ready for what was about to come. Then again no one is ever ready for things that happen. Things tend to happen out of the blue and you can't stop them.

Well you can't stop everything that happens you don't like. Some people believe that things happen for a reason. That some things are dated to happen in one's life.

Tribe legends go around all the time in forks. The go around in other tribes as well. It's how things work around the protectors of the land. Everyone needs a protector in their life dont they.
