(Lucy's view)

I lay propped up in bed with my head against the pillow my book in my hand as the candle burned dimly on the bedside table across from me when my eyelids began to droop the book falling from my hands with a soft thump.

 the candle blew out on it's own and sleep took hold of me as the covers seemed to put themselves over my shivering body. 

I awoke to find myself outside of the manor only this time there stood three men who all bore a striking resemblance to my mother, they had the same sharp cheekbones and jawline yet their hair colors were all different.

 I stared at them curiously the one on the left had the same obsidian black curls like mum and so did the one in the center, but the one on the right had hair the color of dark chocolate and all three of them had eyes like twin sapphires that seemed to sparkle slightly in the moonlight.

 "Hello," I ventured which caught their attention and their heads turned to look in my direction as they approached with curiosity in their eyes. 

"You must be our sister's daughter." said the brown haired man with a sad smile as he brought a hand up to lift my chin up while he looked at me curiously before gently dropping his hand and stepping back a bit to get a better look at me.

 "Find us darling, we're your family and we've wanted to reunite with you for so long." the one with the long black curls spoke up before pressing a kiss to the top of my head.

 "But how? How can I find you?" I asked looking at them frantically when the one with the long black curls stepped forward and removed something from his pocket before slipping it onto my finger, a quick glance down told me that it was the Von Archer family ring. 

"Follow your heart, and you will know where to look." he said before the three of them disappeared in a swirl of smoke.

 "Wait!" I called but my voice sounded like it was underwater as my eyes closed long before i sat bolt upright in bed with a wince of pain before looking down to see the ring from the dream shining dimly in the palm of my hand.
