Bộ sưu tập một số công thức nấu ăn như: món ăn gia đình, chè, bánh gato, bánh quy bơ,... và cách làm.Do chụp màn hình lại tìm lâu quá nên mình nghĩ ra cách lưu vào đây.Bộ công thức được sưu tập từ các trang làm bánh trên facebook. Có thể của người này share của người khác,... nên mình chỉ tag #.... tên của chủ topic đăng bài. Còn một số công thức do mình tự tổng hợp hoặc nhiều nguồn giống nhau nên mình không tag ạ.Note: Nhắc mình mà cũng nhắc người nà: mỗi công thức ở đây chưa hẳn đã chuẩn ạ, trong quá trình làm bánh có thể do nhiều yếu tố khác nhau mà mẻ bánh ra có thể thành công hay không. Như từ khi mình còn nhỏ nhỏ ấy, mẹ bảo "con đang buồn bực thì đừng có nấu ăn, đồ nấu ra dở lắm." Cùng một công thức mà mình làm có lúc thành công có lúc không, như khi mình làm bánh một mình ấy, làm đa số khá là thành công nhưng khi về nhà nấu cho mẹ hay nấu đãi bạn mà bạn ngồi cạnh nhìn ấy, mình cứ hấp ta hấp tấp thành ra hỏng không biết bao nhiêu mẻ bánh. Vậy nên tâm tình khi làm bánh cũng quan trọng lắm nha mn. Một điều nữa là điều kiện mỗi người mỗi khác, kết quả ra tùy thuộc vào sự chuẩn bị tỉ mỉ của mỗi người nữa nên nếu một lần chưa thành công thì cũng đừng vội nản lòng nha, thử cố gắng vào lần tới nữa nha. Mình hi vọng được trông thấy thành quả của mọi người ạ?Nếu ai muốn tìm công thức gì thì nhắn mình nhé.
