Dear Crush,

Do you know how it feels like after being 5 months in coma? It's deadly. The way people say how I've been sleeping all those 153 days, motionless, scares me.

You know? I'll never be able to see you again. No school. No 'you'. I've been diagnosed with some rare cancer, whose name I don't even want to remember. The doctor said I have a maximum of 4 months to live. If the cancer spreads fast, the time-span would reduce.

So I've decided to write this. Maybe someday you'll find out about me and read these.

I'm scared, Jeff. I'm scared. I fear death. Would you miss me when I'm gone? Would you come visit me in the cemetry? I'd be waiting for you there. Don't mind, I know I'm clingy. You remember the time we met? I kept blabbering nonsense and you just smiled. I still remember your smile. It was contagious. I remember your eyes. The way they sparkled whenever you were amused. And I remember those days when we were friends. I miss being your friend, Jeff. I miss being around you.

I don't know if you still think about me after these two years, but I do. Every single day. I love the way you laugh, when you are around your friends. All I could do was stand in a corner and stare at you. But now, I can't do that. I'm stuck in the hospital. Stuck in those routine check-ups and pity glances everyone gives me. I want to see you, Jeff. Would you come for a visit? I'll be on cloud 9 the day you come. You'll come, right?

The last time I saw you, 5 months back, you had a big fat band-aid on your left leg. Is it okay now? You shouldn't have taken that bet. Look what it did to you. I hope you are fine. Keep smiling, okay? I'm watching ya,
