Life isn't always about sunshine and rainbows. It can be about tornadoes and volcanoes. But do you know what happens  to the soil after a volcanoe? It becomes better, farmers use that soil to grow plants. So think yourself as this soil and life is a volcanoe. It might hurt for a while but then your only going to be a better version of yourself after this volcanoe pass. So all you have to do is survive and be strong.
