From next morning, Raina didn't talked to anyone. She was trying to suppress the storm raging inside her. As of now she had five more days left here.

Today she had to go to the passport office, Vicky offered her a ride but she refused. She called Cole to pick her up.

Cole: Hi Raina.

Raina: Hey. Let's go. Shall we?

Cole: Yeah. But where is your friend Udayan?

Raina: We will talk about it later.

They left the apartment. Udayan looked at them from the balcony. Samar's words rang in his ears.

Today Cole is here. She needs Cole. She will marry someone like him and not me.

In anger he threw every stuff he could see on his night stand even the photo frame with his and Raina's pic in it. The frame broke and the glass piece made a deep cut on his hand. He picked up the photograph and wiped the blood from it slowly. He kissed Raina on it and said sorry to her. Keeping the photograph near his heart he started crying.

Mishti opened the door of his room and was horrified to see Udayan like that. She ran to him and hugged him who hugged her back.

Vicky asked him to come outside and have some fresh air.

Once outside he suddenly bumped into Cole who was returning with Raina.

Cole: Oh, hi bud. I was looking for you.

Udayan: So, you enjoyed your day with Raina?

Cole: Oh not much. She was doing her work. Never mind we will compensate in America. Right Raina?

He winked at Raina who smiled.

Udayan: Of course. Yahan bhi Raina see chipka rehta hai vahan bhi chipka rahega.

Thank God Cole didn't understand a lot of Hindi words so he just looked at Udayan and then at Raina confused.

Raina: Cole, you had to leave. Meeting right?

Cole: Oh yes. Bye. Bye guys.

After he left Raina just looked at Udayan and went to her room.

As she sat on the bed she looked around the room, remembering how Udayan had helped her in setting it.

She smiled when she remembered the day when she was standing on the chair doing some bulb fixing and Udayan had came inside abruptly hitting the chair. She had clumsily fell on Udayan knocking both of them on the floor.

Only four days were left. Raina desperately wanted to patch up with Udayan. She missed him.

Some more days passed and tomorrow was her last day here. She decided to throw a small party and invited everyone.

She was conflicting on whether to call Udayan or not but decided to drop a message.

Udayan, I don't know why are you angry and behaving so cold towards me. Well you don't want to talk about it too. I am leaving tomorrow. Can you forgive me and be with me like you used to be for this one last day? For my happiness. I am throwing a party and I am expecting you to come. Please do come.

With this she hit send.

Udayan saw the message. He didn't knew what to do? So he decided not to attend it.

Whole day he was locked in his room. Party started next door. He could clearly hear the music playing. Everybody's laughter pierced his heart so he went and stood in his balcony lost in his thoughts.

Raina was expecting Udayan. She knew that he would come. He had read the message too. He will have to come.

Rishan saw her sad and stood near her.

Rishan: And why is the party girl looking sad?

Raina: Udayan is not here. I had messaged him too. He is locked up in his room. But he doesn't cares to at least bid me good bye.

Rishan: Don't worry. I will hold his ears and pull him here in front of you. How dare he make such a beautiful girl cry?

Raina: Don't be too hard on him. He is going through something.

Rishan went and found the door unlocked. He stepped inside and saw him standing in the balcony.

Rishan: Why are you not at the party? Everybody is waiting for you.

Udayan: Go away, Rishu. I don't want to talk.

Rishan: What is it? Tell me. I am your elder brother.

Udayan: Bhai... Raina.

His voice broke down and he had tears in his eyes. Rishan held him and asked him to go on.

Udayan: Raina is going away. Nothing will be same without her.

Rishan: She will be back. I know she is your good friend.

Udayan: No. She is not just my friend. I love her.

He covered his mouth realizing what he had just said.

Rishan: Yeah... What? Did you just say you love her?

He called Nisha and asked her to come to him.

As she reached she saw Udayan sitting on the floor and Rishan worried.

Nisha: What is it guys?

Rishan: Udayan. He loves Raina.

Nisha: That's great. She knows about it?

Rishan: No.

Udayan: She doesn't loves me back.

Rishan: Did she ever say that?

Udayan: No but it seems.

Rishan: Idiot. How can you be my brother?

Nisha: Calm down baby. He is already worried. Tell this to her Udayan. Worst you can hear will be a no... But Raina is worth giving a try.

Soon Mishti and Vicky also came.

Rishan: You don't even know how many times she had asked me about you. She gave you a 1000 calls but you douchebag never picked up. Can't you see the concern for you in her eyes? She gets tears in her eyes whenever your name is taken.... How can you be so pathetic?

Udayan was silent for some time.

Udayan: But there is hardly any time left?

Nisha: 8 hours are still left. Make this the best 8 hours of her life. Propose her.

Mishti: But he can't.

Nisha: I understand your concern. He tried living through your choice not let him take my advice for once.

At Raina's apartment only Samar and Raina were left.

Raina: Where are they? It's too late.

Samar: I think we need to go there too.

Raina gave a silent prayer to God, wishing it was nothing bad.

She saw everybody standing around Udayan who was in the middle. Everybody made way for Raina and she stood in front of Udayan.

Raina: Why are all of you here? Is there some problem? I am sorry for whatever I have done. Please.

She was cut off by Udayan.

Udayan: Raina I love you.

He spoke it too hastily as if he was scared that Raina may vanish before he said a word.

Rishan face palmed himself.

Rishan: I had taught him so well and he ruined it.

Nisha: No it's working. Look.

Raina stood there shocked and then she did something unexpected. She slapped Udayan.

Raina: If you would have realized it earlier we wouldn't have lost so many special moments. Now only 8 hours are left. I missed you so much. Do you even realize that? Now I have to go tomorrow and you are saying that you love me. I love you too dumbo.

She hugged him tightly who was shocked but then hugged her back. Everybody cheered and hugged their better halves.

Samar looked around.

Samar: Have you called me here to watch Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaenge. And I don't even have a date.

Raina laughed and asked him to join them.

Nisha: Ok Uday you have 8 hours. Do your best.

Vicky: Ja Uday ja. Jee le apni zindagi.

Udayan left with Raina hugging him. They realized it was 12:00 a.m. so all the shops were closed.

They had to eat at a roadside shop yet Raina loved it.

They left for Chowpatty beach and sat looking at the sea waves coming at the shore. Raina kept her head on Udayan's shoulder. They were talking about every day to day things but even these felt wonderful.

Soon it was sunrise and the beach looked golden in the sunlight. They strolled on the beach.

When only two hours were left they decided to return.

Raina: I wish time stops.

Udayan: Ask about that to me. I have wished it from past one month.

At home it was decorated beautifully, but she was sad. She held Udayan's hand tightly.

Raina: I will miss you.

Udayan: Me too.

Raina: Call me everyday.

Udayan: Promise.

Vicky: Arry permanent roommates ke Mikesh aur Tanya lag rahe ho dono. Haan bas yahan Raina abroad jaa rahi hai usme Mikesh gaya tha.

This earned him a small punch. Her flight was announced and she almost cried.

Raina: Udayan I won't go. I can complete my education here too.

Udayan: I so want to stop you but no Raina go. It's your dream. Make me proud. I will....

He was cut off when Raina suddenly kissed him and he kissed her back.

All five looked at each other.

After the kiss, Udayan caught his breath.

Udayan: Wow, this was great. Bet we can do it some other time too.

Raina slowly moved inside and waved at everyone.

Both were not insecure about each other. They knew that their relationship had to work because whatever may happen, any problem but Raina and Udayan had to stay together. They are meant to be together, just like night and dawn, from eternity to eternity and nothing can do them apart.
