Today was the day Raina was arriving. Mishti was very excited and tensed at the same time.

She went to Udayan's room. He was already up and was brushing his hair. This surprised Mishti as she wasn't expecting him to be up so soon. He looked sober today unlike the last week.

He is not drunk at least!!!

Mishti: Uday, Raina is coming back today.

Udayan: Hmm... I know. She told that to Samar.

His face had brightened suddenly.

Mishti: She won't be able to see you drunk like this. You should stop drinking.

Udayan frowned as he heard Mishti.

Mishti: You will have to pretend being normal again.

This caused Udayan to get angry. He threw the brush causing it to bang on the wall. The intensity made Mishti jump a little and Vicky entered the room.

Udayan: Kya karoon main? What the hell do you want me to do? You wanted me to forget her... I am trying my best. And now you just come in and say that you want me to pretend that I am normal. I am breezy. It's already difficult to pretend that I don't love Raina because hell yes I do... I love her. You are making it difficult Mishti.

Suddenly he felt a stinging slap on his face. It was Vicky.

Vicky: How dare you talk to her like that? Girlfriend hai meri... Tameez se baat karo usse. She is helping you.

With this they started fighting with each other and Mishti tried to separate them.

Mishti: What the hell are you guys doing? Raina aane vali hai aur yahan tum log kutton ki tarah ladai kar rahe ho...

Udayan pushed Vicky away and left the room. Straightaway he went to Cafe Coffee Day and sat there for a while trying to wrap the situation.

It was so nice when Raina wasn't here. I didn't had time for all this stuff. I was so happy with my friends and my job but now.... Kyun aai ye meri zindagi me??? Jab jaana hi tha to aai kyu?

Raina had to go in a week, I hope everything is going to be well then.

He calmed down after an hour and left for his home. Nobody was there. Maybe they had gone to pick Raina up from the station. He lied on his bed thinking about the way he shouted at Mishti. He shouldn't have done that.

Soon Udayan fell asleep in some time. After an hour he woke up and heard everybody laughing outside. Raina is back. He wanted to go to her, to see her face but he didn't.

Raina: Guys, it's 9 PM... Udayan must be home by now. Where is he?

At this everybody fell silent and Udayan entered the room.

Raina smiled noticing him and moved towards him but stopped when she saw eye bags and the weary look he had on his face. She also saw a scar which was caused by Vicky's punches.

Raina: Udayan, why don't you take care of yourself? Aisa bhi kya kaam ki ye halat ho jae? It seems you don't sleep well and how did you get this scar?

Raina ran her finger on the scar as Udayan closed his eyes. Vicky interfered when he saw the blank look on Udayan's face.

Vicky: Raina, actually he slipped. And you know he is so careless.... Aajkal bahut busy hai to kisi cheez ka dhyaan nahin rakhta hai....

Suddenly Raina realized that his clothes had smell of alcohol.

She looked at him in horror and almost shouted, "Udayan... Are you... Did you drink?"

Mishti controlled the situation immediately, "Raina... Actually somebody unknowingly threw a glass of wine on his clothes that's why.. you know???"

Vicky: Haan bhai, at least kapde to badal leta. Raina kitna darr gayi thi!!!

Udayan looked at him with a blank expression again and left the room.

Raina: What has happened to him?

Vicky: Oh nothing... He is just tired.

Raina was not yet convinced but she decided to stay silent as she didn't wanted to make them uncomfortable.
