David's P.O.V. 

I slowly woke up to find me and Iestyn on the sidewalk, just laying there as rubble from the erupt at the CN Tower was left around us. I spotted a card in front of me, with the photo of a T-Rex on it.

David: Grimlock....

I reached to him, clutching the card in my hand. I looked up at the CN Tower to see Slipstream protecting Elita-1 from Megatron. If that female Decepticon seeker was there, then Shannon couldn't be too far behind.

Slipstream sharpened her fingernails and they slithered down, growling long as she charged forward to strike Megatron. But the Decepticon leader dodged the attack and fired back with his own ability. Slipstream swiftly dodged the blast from his cannon and it went soaring through the air, traveling to who knows where. But as Slipstream was regaining her footing, Megatron moved in and punched her right into the gut, followed by a hard blow into her chin with his knee. She fell back and glowed into her card form, soaring down to Shannon who stood with Mia up on a broken ledge of the CN Tower. 

Elita-1: Megatron, this madness needs to stop! I'm the one you want, leave the others out of this!

Megatron: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! So you're finally listening to reason Elita? 

Of in the distance I heard the noise of someone yelling. The voice was baritone, and it sounded like whoever it was, was calling out to Megatron. I rolled to my side and looked up into the sky, to see Optimus Prime flying through the sky with his jet pack. I instantly shot myself up from the sidewalk and looked up again to see that Madalyn was on his shoulder. They must have broken through that strange shield back at the park!

Madalyn's P.O.V. 

As Optimus flew through the air with his jet pack, soaring closer and closer to the CN Tower, I watched as Elita-1 was tossed to the floor of the tower by Megatron, who stalked in her direction. 

Mia: ELITA!

Elita-1: No more Megatron! Please!

Megatron's shadow blinded her as he reached down, picking up the female Autobot by the throat and lifting her into the air. 

Megatron: It is too late for that. Listen very carefully dear Elita. The only way for the Infinity Core and the Silent Core to come together is if you willingly surrender it to me. Once they merge, you will be destroyed and I will become the supreme ruler of the universe! This is my destiny Elita, you have no choice. Thos who chose to serve me will survive, and those who don't will be obliterated. 

Elita-1: But you will be alone Megatron. I don't know any Cybertronian would serve you after the damage you caused to Primus so long ago and turned as all into those cards. Including all of your Decepticons. You would be eternally lonely and there is no fate worse than that. If that is your destiny then I pity you!

Megatron: I don't need your pity Elita. But I will offer you this; If you dare join me, your life will be spared. Then, you will help me rule the cosmos till the end of time!

Elita: That's never going to happen Megatron! I would never surrender myself to join the dark side. 

Megatron: Very well my old flame, I must answer my call of fate. Give me the Infinity Core!

Megatron looked like he was about to fire his cannon right at Elita and blow her completely to dust! Luckily me and Optimus just swooped into the scene right on time.

Madalyn: Megatron, no!

Optimus: Unhand her!

Elita: Optimus!

Megatron: This doesn't concern you Prime!

Megatron aimed his cannon straight at Optimus and me. He open fired as Optimus made a hard left turn, avoiding the shot. 

Madalyn: Are you ready Optimus?

Optimus: I'm ready! Power of the Primes!

Optimus transformed his hand into a cannon and fired an energon blast from the gun. I tossed in one of my ability cards and it plopped right into it, making the energon blast bigger and more powerful. It struck Megatron right in the chest, the impact forcing him to release his grip on Elita's neck. Smoke and flames engulfed the Decepticon leader, but we could see Megatron's bloody red optics piercing through the blue flames. 

Optimus: What?!

Megatron stretched his arms out, and the flames were out in a flash. 

Madalyn: How the heck did he survive that?!

Megatron: Oh please, is that all you've got? I believe not it's my turn. Bottom Zero!

Megatron fired a strange eletric pulse from his hand and it struck Optimus in the area. The rockets from his jetpack faded in and out, until the fuel was completely burned out and me and Optimus were sent hurtling down towards the streets below. The force from the fall made me fall off of Optimus' shoulder.

As I was screaming my head off, I felt something catch me. It felt way too small to be Optimus reaching out to me. When I looked up and say David's face, I couldn't believe it! His ninja skills really came through this time! He caught me bridal style and hooped down from end of the CN Tower to the other as we both landed safely at the bottom. Optimus regained power of his jet pack as he boosted himself back up into the sky, soaring back to the top of the CN Tower. 

Madalyn: I gotta get back up there!

By the time David dropped me down, everyone else showed up to watch the throw down between Optimus and Megatron. Only that didn't happen. Not yet at least. I couldn't quite hear the conversation that was taking place up there, but then when Optimus fired his gun, I was expecting him to shot Megatron. I mean who wouldn't?!

But the real drama that went down, was that the blast curved past Megatron, and struck Elita-1 instead! We all gasped at the sight, Optimus and a few of us screamed as well. Mia's legs trembled as she dropped down to her knees, letting her head down. 

Mia: ELITA! 

And then there was this strange orange light that surfaced from Elita's body as it disappeared. It hovered right over to Optimus as his chest glowed. His chest plate moved, opening up to reveal his spark chamber, which also contained the Matrix of Leadership. The Infinity Core and the Matrix merged together with Optimus' spark.

Elita-1: Until we meet again, my dear.....

And then, she disappeared completely. 

Optimus: Elita!

Mia: I'll miss you Elita.... BUT I'LL NEVER FORGET YOU! 

Shannon: It's okay Mia...

Madalyn: See ya, Elita....

Megatron: Rah! How dare you Prime! The Infinity Core would have been mine if it wasn't for you!

Optimus: Enough Megatron! Never in a million mega cycles will I forgive you for what you've done.

All of a sudden, Optimus began glowing. Lines of light travelled all over his body, forming strange shapes as his chest plate and Autobot insignia's shined in the sky. There was an explosion as Optimus was covered by a flamming ball of fire. When the fire vanished, Optimus had taken on a new, and stronger form. 

(Optimus Prime's new form is his Super Mode from Transformers: Cybertron)

Najat: Whoa, look at that!

Emanuel: He merged with the Infinity Core somehow! 

Selina: He-- He became the Ultimate Transformer!

Madalyn: Unbelievable!

Megatron: Well played Optimus. Looks like it has gone back to our old days in the war. Now it's just you and me. The prize? Control of the universe! 

Optimus: If you think you can defeat me, you're an even bigger fool then I thought!

Both of the Transformers began glowing, using the power of both the Infinity and the Slient Core to outshine each other. It was to the point where it was down right blinding!

Emanuel: This is insane!

As I used my arm to block the light from my eyes, I ran forward, determined to somehow get up there and help my partner.

Emanuel: Maddie! What do you think you're doing?!

Once the blinding light was gone, I opened my eyes to see that I was standing on a flat surface. The CN Towe was nowhere to be seen. I looked around, and I didn't see any buildings. At first I wasn't in Toronto anymore. But as I looked down below, I soon realized that I was over the city! A huge chunk of the street had been lifted up into the air.

Optimus: Madalyn?

I turned around to see Optimus kneeling down beside me.

Madalyn: Optimus! I'm here to help. So don't give me crap how it's too dangerous.

Optimus: I require you're help.

Madalyn: That is so unfair! Of all times to tell me off you-- Wait what?!

Optimus: I said I require your help.

I grinned at the Autobot Leader as he extended his hand out towards me. I hooped on as he lifted me up to his shoulder, allowing me to climb on as he stood back up to his own two feet. I spotted Deception standing ontop of a building just to the side of Megatron. It's all come down to this.

Deception: Let the final battle, begin.
