Today marks my 2nd year Friendiversary with Betty and we plan to Celebrate it together at The Unveiling of ShawnLama, happening this weekend.

Hey, it isn't what you are thinking, its not Shawn from the strip club.

ShawnLama is a Musical artiste who got youtube famous, 2 years ago and got signed into Jonzing Records over 3 months ago, the Unveiling of ShawnLama is going to be a huge event because nobody knows what he looks like and he would be revealing his real identity that day, I am pretty sure he would be a greek god because his voice is so man - sexy! I can only imagine what his sex-moan sounds like, hehehehehe. I am such a perv! Hey! You wont blame a girl for thinking that way.

Truth be told, I'm a die-hard fan of ShawnLama, plus I LOVE him so much I am just going to cry!

Then there is the fact that he would be revealing his real identity next week which is just so exciting.

To top it all, I would be attending the damn event! Thanks to Betty's connection, we already booked a spot and its just 2 chair rows away from the stage.

I'm pretty sure, Jonzing records would be making millions from this event because, Betty had to pay a 100k+ for our spot and to think that people already booked the first and second rows for God-knows how much is insane. Its a sure thing that the event would be packed out, it was only announced a month ago! And the response from fans are crazy!

Jonzing Records definitely got lucky to have gotten ShawnLama.

He became Youtube famous 2years ago.

At that time, Fans kept asking if he would get signed into a records label, his response was always a NO, stating he wasn't ready to reveal his identity yet, When he gets ready to reveal his identity he would accept an offer from a record label.

When ShawnLama made a post 4 months ago stating that he was ready to accept a good record deal,the internet was a buzz!

3months ago, he announced his acceptance to the record deal made by Jonzing records and the internet was a buzz again, asking when he would be revealing his identity and if Jonzing records knew his real identity now that he was signed to them, there has been silence to those questions until a month ago, September 22nd,2019.

That Sunday was crazy! When we got the news, Betty and I contributed towards booking a spot for the event, I contributed 45k while she took care of the rest.

We were able to pay for that spot a week after the announcement was made.

Of course, hundreds or thousands of people must have paid for regular tickets.

There would definitely be a lot of crazy people there and I hope their security is tight because I might be one of those crazy fans on that day.

Whoaw! I have really talked so much about ShawnLama... I better stop now before I bore you with stories of my crush.

Arriving the 5 Star restaurant where Shawn already sat waiting for me.

I noticed there was no one in here but him.

Did he really rent the place for 3hours like he said he would?

If he did

How wealthy is he... Really?

The date was moving smoothly, we talked about our likes and dislikes, hobbies, school life, businesses, music, art and well I can say he isn't that bad.

He has good taste in music and knows quite a lot about the business world.

"I haven't been totally honest with you about something and I would feel terrible if you found out by yourself..." He paused, searching my eyes while I gave him a smiles as an assurance to continue.

So he did.

"I am the Son to Mr Daniel Angoteh, Yes, the Angoteh everyone knows about. Owner of Angoteh Group of Companies" Shawn said as he sighs and leans on the chair

I was shocked needless to say.
The Angoteh's are quite the popular bunch, known for their wealth and a few rumors of them being ruthless towards their business dealings and all its associate which might explain while they are insanely wealthy.

I knew his face looked familiar but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would come into as little as an acquaintance with them.

They looked so far fetched and out of reach.

They don't put much of a face on social media which makes them seem mysterious and have this air of power around them.

Their Wealth speaking volumes for them.

"You don't believe me?" He asked with a glint of surprise and uncertainty.

"Should I?" I asked

"You should" he replied

"Shawn Angoteh? Like the real Shawn Angoteh?" I asked finding it hard to believe

"In flesh" he said

"I don't believe it. Show me your ID to prove it" I won't fall for his attempt at a prank.

This cannot be Shawn ANGOTEH!

He has the looks, looks freshed up enough but how can I be having dinner with an Angoteh right now?

"If I show you my ID and it confirms who I say I am, what would I do to you?" His eyes looked glued at me and his hands tapped the table silently as he studied me

"Nothing"I replied. Hoping there was no deeper meaning to his words.

"How come you don't see I am Shawn Angoteh? We are quite a famous family..."

"Show me your ID" I insisted, a bit tensed.

He sighs and makes a go for his suit pocket and passes his ID card.

Who knows if the rumor about them are true?

I am dining with the Son of Mr Daniel Angoteh.

The Angoteh Family are one of the most wealthy and powerful families in the country. They are highly respected and are one of the powers holding the government behind closed doors.

There is a rumor about how the Angoteh's can take lives for their own purpose and they do some pretty nasty things with the Law turning a blind eye.

None of this have been confirmed as true because from my research they look very legit.

I guess all this rumors and fake news are bound to circulate when you are an influential personnel in a society.

What are the odds that I actually met An Angoteh in a strip club and fucked 'em?

I guess, that explained his possessive nature and why he was surprised I talked to him the way I did.

Why he asked if I did not know who he was?

Knowing they are seen as powerful and dangerous is enough reason to  make a road veer out of their direction.

What have I done?

I slapped him on our first acquaintance.

Is that why he rented this restaurant for the next 3hours?

To kill me for disrespecting him?

If he plans on killing me, he could do it smoothly with no witness and no proof of his involvement.

I wish I listened to my parents about being respectful as I felt my stomach drop.

I was so lost in thoughts till I got snapped out of it from Shawn's palm waving in front of me.

"Urhm... I would like to leave now, please" My voice squeaked.

"I don't understand" Shawn said with a furrowed eyebrow.

My heart thumped.

He is going to kill me, isn't he ?

"You're going to kill me for slapping you at the strip club the other day, right? I'm so sorry I had no idea you were an Angoteh. Please forgive me" I Pleaded with my eyes tightly shut and my heads down.

I seriously wasn't expecting the next thing he did.

He laughed

"Selena... are you serious right now?" He chuckled and gripped my wrist, pushing me to stand at a close proximity with him.

"The rumors about my family got to you, didn't it? "

"I just want to go home.." I said in a pleading tone.

"Stop being scared of me, it was your audacity to speak to me like an equal that got me attracted to you in the first place" Shawn said

There was silence for a while till I responded.

"I did not know you were An Angoteh, then"

"I'm still just Shawn..."

"Its hard to see you as Just Shawn now" I muttered.

"I ain't as scary as the media has painted me out to be" Shawn said and I couldn't place my finger on what that slight change in his voice meant.

"Can I please go home?"I asked but then his next action took me by surprise.

I was engulfed in the scent of wood and Amber as Shawn hugged me

"Can you please stay... Just for a few more minutes?" he breathed.
