45. Blake/Daniel
BLAKE
Out on the dancefloor, Blake's head was swimming from all the dancing. He must've danced with every member of his family three times over and that now included the Bellerose clan too. Daniel's father was an expert tango dancer. And a showoff.
Blake's mother said, "You look better darling. I'm happy it was just nerves."
"I was never worried," Blake's father added on.
Daniel's mother, who hair had gone back to purely black and strong. "Just wait until after the honeymoon, I still have so much to show you about your new home!"
Link asked, "Drinks are free, right?"
"Is your brother single?" Josephine asked.
"You wouldn't mind if I left early?" Damien had asked after her. "Jo said the club she owns, the Verona is just around the corner."
"Jo, huh?" Blake laughed.
And finally, Blake was introduced to the giant of a man that was Wesley. He had always heard wolves were large, but the bear hug this man scooped Blake up in was almost back breaking. "It's nice to meet you too!" Blake squeaked.
"You're doing too much," Michael fussed at his husband.
"I'm just happy to finally meet them." Wesley grinned like a sun peeking over the clouds, bringing only sunshine and warmth. He was all dimples and freckles and sweetness.
"We should meet properly again over dinner," Daniel suggested, which made Michael stiffen. "But for now, you should enjoy the reception."
"How's about it, dear?" Wesley nudged Michael. "Wanna dust off your dancing shoes?"
"Absolutely not," Michael deadpanned.
"Oh! Don't be shy! Let's go!" Wesley grabbed Michael's hand and dragged him away. Before they disappeared, Blake noticed a little smile pinch the side of Michael's lips.
And then finally Blake was alone with his husband. The quiet settled around them, the music vaguely in the background. A few guests stumbled out of the reception, almost collapsing into a fit of laughter as they dragged themselves towards the bathroom. The door closed behind them and the stillness returned.
Daniel glanced down at Blake. "Are you ready to go?"
Blake nodded, leaning against him and fixing the configuration of their hands.
"Daniel? Blake?" Blake's mother called and both boys had the same idea. They hurried around the corner, pressing themselves against the wall to not be seen. Blake leaned as close as possible to hear the other voices.
"Are they out here?" Daniel's father asked.
"Where did they go?" Another family member popped their head out.
Daniel put his arms around Blake's waist, pulling him closer. He leaned into the crook of Blake's neck, dragging his nose before pressing a kiss there. Blake bit down on his lips to keep from laughing as Daniel whispered, "Let's make a run for it." He kissed the already sensitive skin.
"I'll follow you," Blake whispered, clutching Daniel's clothes.
"No need." Daniel grinned and swept Blake off his feet. "Hold on."
Blake did as he was told and buried himself against Daniel before his husband speed off faster that the first hill of a roller-coaster. Blake did everything to keep from squealing and throwing his hands up. Daniel laughed in return, a pure unbridled sound of joy.

DANIEL
Daniel dropped Blake on his bed, but soon joined him, crawling on top of the witch with every intention to kiss him until their lips were swollen. He kissed Blake's mouth open wider so he could slip his tongue inside and find out what a husband tasted like. Daniel learned he'd never tire of the flavor.
Wrapping his arms around Daniel's neck, Blake seemed unstoppable and more confident than ever. It reminded Daniel of teaching him to slow dance. He'd kiss one way and Blake would follow suit, even down to biting his lip and dragging his teeth across the bud of his lip. Somehow, Blake rolled on top. Leaning up, Blake threw off his blazer and went away with his dress shirt next. Daniel wished he could've slowed it down because he could watch clothing slip off his powdered skin forever.
Daniel grabbed his neck, pulling him back down for another kiss, already missing the liquid fire, his labored breathing, and the trill of his heartbeat. Blake coveted Daniel's favorite things, his colors, his sounds, and his voice. Most of all, Blake tasted like magic.
Sliding his hands down Blake's back, Daniel gave his ass a squeeze, pressing their middles together. Blake shivered, curling towards him and Daniel did it again for another burst of fireworks. One by one until the grand finale.
Something moved, Daniel could sense it and when he peeked, he saw several things around his room floating in midair. He blinked, murmuring from underneath Blake's mouth. "Blake. Blake. Love."
"Hm?" Blake glanced behind him and he jumped, then everything plopped onto the floor. Nothing made a sound that sounded breakable. "Sorry," he winced.
"Don't be," Daniel grinned and ran his hands up and down Blake's thighs. This husband of his squirmed underneath his hands, at every touch. Daniel's pants were getting more uncomfortable by the second. In a blur, Daniel flipped Blake over on the bed and he was at the foot, unbuckling his belt and enjoying the way Blake drooled at the action.
"The way you do that," Daniel explained and kicked off his shoes. "That's the way I feel too. Actually, I have it worse for you. If it were me, everything would be off the ground, including the bed..." Daniel decided to be a gentleman and help Blake out of the remainder of his clothes. "They'd be swirling and crashing into walls. Someone would think we were renovating the whole floor."
"I'm just a little nervous," Blake said. Without his clothes, Danie learned that his husband flushed not only across his cheeks, but down his chest too. "This is my first time."
"We don't have to go all the way tonight," Daniel explained as he joined Blake back on the bed again. He stroked his hair, caressing his fingers through the curls and then down his face. "We can go as far or as short as you want."
"No," Blake whispered and used his finger to follow the fall and rise of Daniel's arms. "I want to but um..."
Daniel shook his head and kissed him once, hoping to erase whatever was supposed to be the end of that sentence. He suggested, "Do you want to be on top or bottom?"
"Um, I think bottom at first." His brow narrowed, suddenly so serious. "I think I'm gonna work my way up."
Daniel snorted and kissed him again. "Okay, then. Just give me all your trust."
Blake nodded. Now that Daniel was asking questions, he couldn't stop. Was this side of Blake's neck more sensitive than the other? Where inside of Blake felt the best? Should he go slower? Faster? And Blake's answers never arrived the same, sometimes it'd be on the back of a moan, or a long beg, or he couldn't be coherent at all. It all sounded like music to Daniel's ears.
Then, the lights would flicker, and Daniel knew for sure he was doing something right. The first time turned into the second, then third and time was irrelevant. Every inch of the bed had been conquered. Covers coming and going. Blake on his back to climbing the top of Daniel. Daniel didn't have experience with so much intense seat, like he'd be dipped in liquid gold.
Blake cursed, his lips dragging across Daniel's cheekbone before he shuddered out another orgasm that clung around Daniel. Throbbing. Sparkling. Magic. Blissful white hot like his vision burned all around the sides and Blake was the only remining thing in the middle.
Daniel licked the evidence from his husband's chest.
"Wait," Blake begged and pulled Daniel back up, pressing his body down harder as if Blake thought being his husband almost meant being his weighted blanket. Daniel ran his hands down Blake's soft sides, grabbing his legs to hike them up and around him.
This was real.
Daniel had to keep reminding himself. Blake was here and solid and would still be in his arms tomorrow morning. And then, long after that. Smiling, he started kissing the side of Blake's head and his cheeks. Blake giggled, curling away, but not letting go.
Never letting go.

Author's Note
Second to last. I'm already crying. I hope you guys enjoyed the blissful chapter and sorry about all the cavities. Lol. We've worked for the cute stuff! Haha.
Let me know what you think! Are you surprised they dipped early? Do you think they're going to annoy their entire family now that they're a clingy couple? Lol. If they could, do you think Daniel and Blake would get married again? You know... without the evil ghost stuff getting in the way? Haha.
