Tikki's pov

2 years after we started courting, I was one day in the market when I saw Plagg on the way to my house. I watched him speak with my father but I didn't see him give my father a bag of rubies since I decided to get back to buying our food.

When I got home my father was acting very suspicious. "Mother, what is wrong with father?" I asked my mother. " I do not know my dear, he's been acting like that since he finished the garden." She replied.

We walked into the kitchen to put away what I bought. " The only thing your father told me was to tell you to dress up nicely for tonight. He didn't say why." Mother said. That did it for me, I ran out of the kitchen to my room hearing mother call out," What about the groceries?!"

When I got to my room I threw myself onto my bed to think. Plagg had talked with father. Could that be why father was acting strangely?

That night I was dressed like my parents told me to. Then I heard a knock at my door and my mother answered it. It was Plagg.

" Hello, Plagg!" Mother said happily. " Hello Lady Celfrestwood, is Tikki ready?" He asked. I answered his question for mother when I came down the stairs. Plagg stared at me. "Tikki, you look breathtaking." He breathed out. He then put a blindfold over my eyes and led me somewhere.

" Plagg, what is with you tonight?" I asked. " Just wait my love." He said. We finally got there and He took the blindfold off and He told me"You can open your eyes sweetheart." He said. I gasped." The River nile where we first met!"

" Sweetheart, look over there." He said. I looked over and we saw 2 of his friends in a boat waiting for us to enter. They led us around the river for awhile and after We got off the boat and we ate a picnic, He lead me to the edge of the river and He knelt down. Is this what I think it is?

" Tikki Celfrestwood, I love you more then I can say. Will you marry me?" He asked.

" Yes!"
