The Little Girl
Time: 8:52 P.M.
At the Feshga Inn, the withered innkeeper is counting today's money. As soon as he puts his money into his safe he hears the door open. As he looks up, a blast of cold air hits him, causing him to rub his hands together to receive circulation.
A little girl, maybe about 12, is standing in front of the reception. She has on a long light blue snow jacket, with matching earmuffs and mittens. She is also wearing worn leather boots lined with fur. She takes her blue earmuffs off, her chocolatey brown hair flecked with specks of snow.
"May I have a room?" She asks. The innkeeper adjusts his glasses and looks down at her.
"Do you have the money?" He asks. The little girl puts a small hand in her coat pocket and fishes around for something. Finally, she pulls out a $20 bill and places it on the reception desk. The the innkeeper takes the money and hands the little girl a key.
"Room 214. Breakfast is free and starts at 6 A.M." the little girl accepts the key and thanks the innkeeper, making her way to the stairs. Finally she finds room 214, and walks in.
The room is decent sized. There is a bed against the right wall, and a dresser beside the bed. To her left as she walks in is a bathroom, with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a TV on the left wall, parallel to the bed. On the back wall is a little cranny with a window in it and in front of the window is a recliner. The girl takes a step towards the chair. Sitting on the chair is a stuffed Tigger.
Not deciding to question the stuffed animal, the girl carefully takes her boots off and climbs into the bed and under the covers.
