It's been about three months since I have woken up from my coma. I have been doing a lot better and I have been a lot more open to Baoshan and Lan Zhan about my how I am feeling. If I am feeling a bit under the weather, they would be very understanding and let me have my day to clear my head. Sometimes all it took was to relax with Lan Zhan for a while or sleep for a bit. Lan Zhan has been such a great person and I am so grateful that he stuck by me through all my problems. No matter how much I would push him away, he'd still be right beside me anyway.

Baoshan and Lan Zhan told me that our training sessions were to be put on hold for a bit. We were going to spend some time in Cloud Recesses but it wasn't just to visit. Apparently, Lan Xichen and Lan Qiren have been gathering up evidence against the Jiang's and even getting some witnesses to come forward to speak on my behalf. Some of the Jiang Sect elders and Jiang Yanli were those people. I was ready for this step as it was to give me some closure that I desperately needed.

Upon teleporting to Cloud Recesses, we landed just outside the Yashi, where Lan Xichen and Lan Qiren were waiting for us. Baoshan, Lan Zhan and I walked in to greet them. I was aware that the two know if my personal meltdown that I had as Lan Zhan had told them about it. I didn't really know what they thought of me now that they know all this. Baoshan came a few days ago to share the things that I told her to them so I did not have to repeat myself. It felt, awkward being back at Cloud Recesses for me right now. I am sure the others could understand that though.

When we entered, I stuck very close to Lan Zhan, clinging onto his arm and even hid behind him a bit. Lan Xichen and Lan Qiren were a bit taken aback by my behavior as they had never seen me act so scared before. As always, my fear for acceptance was overwhelming me. Lan Xichen smiled and walked over to me. My grip on Lan Zhan's arm tightened as he got closer.

"A'Xian, it's good to see you again, and that you are finally awake," Xichen told me, "you do not have to be nervous or afraid of us you know. We will not hurt you."

The reassurance from Lan Xichen was nice and it was actually something I very much needed to hear. Knowing that he was not upset with me was all that really matters to me right now. I just want to be accepted my Lan Zhan's family, "it's good to see you again, Xichen-Ge."

His smile never left him, "if you are happy to see me, why don't you come out from behind Wangji?" He asked.

I glanced up and Lan Zhan who was giving a gentle reassurance just through the look in his eyes. He even smiled at me slightly which helped me relax a little but more. I let out a deep breath and tempted to move so I was next to Lan Zhan and not behind him, "ugh, I can't get my legs to move," I whispered.

Lan Zhan let out a soft chuckle and wrapped his arm around my waist to help support me. He then helped me move, "it's okay Wei Ying, I am here," he said calmly.

"Wuxian, it's good to see you finally awake," Lan Qiren said, "how are you feeling aside from being a little scared at the moment...which I assure you, you do not need to be."

"I am starting to feel better," I replied, "I am still learning to be more open about myself."

"We are just glad to see you are here," Lan Qiren said.

I nodded, "thanks for being patient with me."

"Of course, you need a lot of support and patience from us. We are here for you, A'Xian," Lan Xichen said.

I nodded, "I appreciate it."

"I see your core has been mended," Lan Qiren said, "I noticed that your aura is a bit stronger than I remember."

"Wai Po found my parents' bodies long ago and found that even though they were dead, their cores were still intact. She took them and fused them into one core which made a strong silver core and she stored it for safekeeping. I am now using that core. Because of it, I feel connected to my parents again...I even got to see their spirits so I got some closure with them," I explained.

"That is very interesting," Lan Qiren said, "how are you able to see spirits?"

"It's an ability I have as a Yin and Yang master," I answered, "I can communicate with other spirits but it's only if they want to talk. Similar to your sect's Inquiry."

"That is still interesting," Lan Qiren said.

I nodded, "I am still learning though."

"We are just happy to see you are back," Lan Xichen said, "while you two were away, Shufu and I have gathered some information and have people willing to talk on A'Xian's behalf. The sect elders of the Jiang Sect and Jiang Guniang are willing to speak, and there is even a healer from their sect who is willing to testify as well."

I nodded, "I haven't actually seen or spoken to them in a long time. They only Jiang I really speak to occasionally is Yanli, but otherwise it's been a long time. There is no telling what will happen when I am in the same room as them...where is this being held?"

"Here," Lan Qiren said, "if you want, we'd like to have some information about it from you."

"Why don't I fill you in," Baoshan said, "A'Ying has spoke about it so much I think I want him to relax for a minute. Why don't the three of us talk while he and Wangji go settle in?"

"Mnn," Lan Zhan nodded and pulled me out of the room.

"I'm staying at the Jingshi with you?" I asked.

"Mnn," he nodded, "You have been sleeping by me since our tie mended. You seem to sleep better with me beside you. Plus, I don't think I can sleep without you beside me anymore anyway."

I chuckled, "look who has become shameless now."

"I learned from the best," he said.

"It is a bit strange being back...are you the same?" I asked.

"A little bit," he said, "I am actually getting used to staying at the mountain with you that I do not mind where I am as long as I have you with me."

"Well, I can assure you, we can go anywhere really," I told him.

"We can talk about our future soon. Maybe after the situation with the Jiang's is resolved, we can talk about...marriage?"

I smiled at him, "if you are asking me to marry you, then I will have to say...I will," I replied. Lan Zhan tightened his arm around my waist which had me move closer to him as we walked. I didn't expect Lan Zhan to asked me so soon about marriage but I didn't want anyone other than him. I would be glad to be married to him. The more I am around him, the more stable I am becoming. It's a new feeling and I never wanted to lose it.
