"Say, do you have a boyfriend, Nagisa-chan?" Tanaka suddenly asked.

Her question got the boys' attention, and they were all ears.

"Hm? A-actually, yeah..." Nagisa replied hesitantly.

"E-eeeh!?" The boys all shouted. They all gathered into one circle, "Our princess has a boyfriend..." They had tears in their eyes. "No way..."

One of the girls spoke to them, "Hey, what are you guys talking about!? It's normal for a pretty girl like Nagisa-san to have a boyfriend!"

Tanaka sweat dropped and turned back to Nagisa, "A-anyway... What's he like?"

"Hm..." She thought about Karma.

She smiled, "He's really nice."

"That's it!?" Tanaka asked.

"We need more information!!" Shiraishi followed.

"Eh? Well... He's a total prankster, and he's pretty sadistic. He would shove wasabi up people's noses, he would get into fights occasionally..." Nagisa said.

Tanaka and Shiraishi sweat dropped, "R-really?"

Shiraishi said, "I was thinking more of the popular and attractive guy. You know, good grades, popular with girls, the class representative..."

She sparkled, "And a guy that would carry you to the infirmary if you fall, a guy that always notices you, and then at the end you always get him no matter how unattainable they are!" She put her hands on her cheeks and blushed.

Tanaka sweat dropped, "You're just explaining all of the cliché shoujo stories... Your other side is showing, Shiraishi-chan."

"Anyway, what else?"

Nagisa continued, "Hm... Even though he can be a handful sometimes and always teases me, he really cares about me."

She smiled, "He fights for good reasons, and he tries his best at everything. He's actually really sweet. He's strong, confident, smart, kind, caring... I couldn't help but fall in love, I guess."

She looked at her two friends. They looked surprised, but then smiled.

"He sounds wonderful." Tanaka said.

"Much better than those typical perfect love interests." Shiraishi followed.

What they said made Nagisa blush. "Want to meet him?"

"Yes!!" They both shouted.

"We meet at the train station everyday before and after school. Yesterday he couldn't come because of... reasons." Nagisa thought about the day before.

"We want to meet him!!" Tanaka and Shiraishi shouted, curiosity taking over.

"Okay. Then, after school." Nagisa said.

"Yaay!"

"I better text Karma." Nagisa thought.

She took her phone and unlocked it, opening the messaging app.

"Karma, I'm bringing friends later after school. They said they wanted to meet you."

Not long after, Karma replied.

"Ehh? We don't get to be alone later?"

"Uh, nope. And why do you want to be alone with me?"

"Reasons. ;)"

"Anyway, we'll be meeting you after school later, okay?"

"Okay. Love you."

"Love you too."

She closed her phone.

She thought, "Him saying 'I love you' always catches me off guard..."

But she didn't mind it. At all. In fact, it always makes her undeniably happy.

-Time skip-

"Off we go~" Tanaka said happily as she went on her bike.

Nagisa smiled at her as she pedaled ahead.

"S-so... What's his name?" Shiraishi asked Nagisa as they walked. Tanaka also listened.

"Karma." Nagisa replied.

"His name is Karma?" Tanaka asked in surprise. "Like his actual name?"

Nagisa smiled, "That's right."

"Karma, huh?" Shiraishi said. "An odd name. That makes me more excited!"

Nagisa smiled again as they walked towards the train station. On the way, her two friends couldn't stop asking questions about Karma.

As they reached the train station, Nagisa started searching for the red-head.

And as usual, she found him sitting on a bench. "Karma!" She shouted.

Karma looked at her then smiled, "Hey, Nagisa!" He stood up and walked towards her.

Suddenly, Tanaka and Shiraishi dragged Nagisa away until Karma was at a safe distance so he couldn't hear them.

"Hey, hey, Nagisa!" Tanaka whispered. "You didn't tell us he was super hot!"

Nagisa sweat dropped, "Um... Is that necessary?"

"Yes, of course it is!" Shiraishi said while blushing.

Nagisa smiled and then walked towards her boyfriend. "Tanaka-san and Shiraishi-san, Karma. Karma, Tanaka-san and Shiraishi-san."

"Hey." Karma said to her friends.

Tanaka said, "Pleased to meet you!"

"H-hello, nice to meet you." Shiraishi stuttered.

Nagisa smiled at her two friends, "His full name is Akabane Karma. Karma, these are my two friends, Tanaka Arisa and Shiraishi Chiyuki."

Karma smiled and petted Nagisa's head, "Thanks for taking care of my Nagisa~"

Tanaka and Shiraishi blushed and thought, "He said 'my' Nagisa!!"

"The ship has sailed!!" Tanaka thought.

"N-no, the pleasure is ours!" Tanaka waved her hands.

After a few seconds of silence, Shiraishi spoke up, "S-so, how long have you two been dating?"

Nagisa answered, "About a year. We started in the third year of middle school."

"O-oh..."

They continued this somewhat awkward conversation.

...Until some creepy guys decided to flirt with Nagisa.

"Hey, what's a pretty girl like you doing?" One of them said.

"Wanna have fun with us?"

Nagisa stuttered, "H-huh? Um, I'll pass..."

One of them grabbed her hand, "Come on... You'll have a lot of fun..."

"W-wait, you should stop..." Nagisa stuttered.

"Don't worry about a single thing..." They were getting a bit too close.

"Wait, seriously... Before..." She said, not finishing her sentence.

Tanaka was about to interrupt, "Look here-" She was cut off by Karma punching the guy in his face.

"Say that again. I dare you~" He said in a sing song tone. He was giving off a scary aura.

The other guy became scared, "U-um... Y-you got it wrong, we were just..."

"What have I gotten wrong? It looks like you were hitting on my girlfriend to me~" He then started beating up the two creeps.

Tanaka and Shiraishi became blue as they watched Karma beat the life out of them. Nagisa just smiled while sweat dropping.

"Y... you weren't kidding when you said he would get into fights..." Tanaka said while holding Nagisa.

"Y-yeah..." Shiraishi said.

Nagisa sighed, "I tried to warn them..."

Tanaka tried to stop him, "A-Akabane-kun, please stop!" But he didn't stop.

Nagisa said, "It's impossible to stop him once he's like this..." She sighed.

After a long while of Karma beating them up, he said, "Don't ever talk to my girlfriend ever again. Got that~?"

They ran away screaming, "W-we got it!!"

He chuckled at them before going back to the group, smiling, "So, what were we talking about, again?"

Tanaka and Shiraishi stared at Karma with an expression of disbelief.

"Karma." Nagisa said. "You did it again."

He turned towards her and apologized, "Sorry, Nagisa! I couldn't help it, they were such assholes!"

"It's not good to pick fights. Don't do it again, okay?" Nagisa said.

Karma pouted, "But..."

"Karma." Nagisa said.

"Okay then... I'll try to control myself." Karma said.

"Good." She smiled.

Karma then hugged her and rubbed his head against Nagisa's. Nagisa blushed as she was embarrassed being hugged like that in front of her friends and the public.

Tanaka and Shiraishi looked at them and then each other. Then they smiled.

"They really are interesting, aren't they?" Tanaka said, looking at the couple.

"Yeah." Shiraishi answered. "But I can tell that Akabane-kun really cares about Nagisa-chan."

"But still, I didn't think there would be a pair like this! A pure and beautiful angel going out with a sadistic and violent devil." Tanaka said.

Shiraishi looked at them, "A unique couple, they are."
