I leaned in to kiss Nico, and, at first, it seemed as if he was going to kiss me back, but then, he stepped ever so slightly to the left, and I fell face first onto the ground.

"Hey! You sneaky devil!" I say, my voice muffled, face planted in the dirt.

"I told you I could be mean, did I not?" Nico retorts. "Also," he continues, blushing, "I prefer to go by, The Devil with Swagger."

"Uh huh, and I'll go by, Tunan, I suppose?" He clearly didn't know I had read the manhua myself, because he blushed, and covered his face with his shirt, revealing his 6-pack of abs.

"Anyways, I was thinking," Nico changes the subject faster than Grover runs on enchilada day at camp.

"Yes...?"

"Maybe... we could go to the beach or something and just, like, chill?" He suggests.

"Yeah, sure, but not before we head over to my cabin!" I exclaim, a little too excited to show him my new lamp I had made so whenever he turns it on, the words, 'DEATH BOY' show up on his wall.
