Make me wanna die — The Pretty Reckless

CYNTHIA COULDN'T THINK STRAIGHT WHEN SHE seen Kreese and Silver come into Miyagi-do with their heads high. Some part of her thought they were coming to get her, another just figured they wanted to start trouble. Either way, as she stared at them through the small crack in the doors with everyone else, she knew nothing good would happen.

"Your dad is pissed, who is that guy?" Miguel questioned, everyone staring at what was going down.

"I don't know." Sam shrugged lightly, moving her head forward to get a better view.

"It's Terry Silver, my moms fiancé and apparently long time friend of Kreese." Cynthia explained, looking down towards the ground. "He's the reason they are trying to suck me back into Cobra Kai."

"You think that's what they're here for?" Demetri questioned.

"No, they can't get me there until my mom gets custody and i'm fighting that till the moment it happens." The Sari girl replied firmly, Miguel lightly taking her hand into hers for comfort.

"Wait, I think they're leaving, do you think the sensei's will tell us what happened?" Theo asked, eyeing the scene carefully.

"No way are they going to say anything." Sam shook her head, "have you met them?"

"It looked kind of serious." Demetri noted, leaning forward even more.

"Of course it's seriou—" as Cynthia spoke, the whole crowd of students fell over each other and out of the doors onto the ground.

Their sensei's standing over them with stern looks on their faces.

THEO RAN UP TO HIS FRIEND GROUP WITH HIS phone in the air, waiting them to read off what was about to happen. Living with Johnny was certainly interesting and when he came home drunk the night before, the boy wasn't actually too shocked about any of it or any of his Daniel Larusso fight plans. However, when he got to school and seen the blonde mans Twitter posts, he figured things were getting serious.

"Have you seen this?" He asked Miguel, who was the sensei's only other follower.

The Diaz boy lightly took the phone and started to read "it's on; Lawrence-Larusso rematch hashbrown dead meat."

Sam and Cynthia exchanged an awkward glance and shook their heads in unison.

"How many times do I have to tell him it's Hashtag, not Hashbrown." She commented with a sigh. "I swear that man will be the death of me."

"He came home last night pretty drunk, said they were having a disagreement and decided to have a rematch. I didn't think he was actually serious, is he insane?" Theo questioned in disbelief after he took his phone back and gently slid it back into his pocket.

"My dad didn't even really mention it. I don't think he's taking it as seriously as Johnny is." Sam noted, looking directly into her boyfriends eyes to see if he'd respond to her.

They hadn't been alone together since the kids party over the weekend, and she was seriously starting to regret kissing him just to make Tory jealous.

"With everything going on with Kreese and Silver, is this really even a good idea? I mean, they brought the dojos together to fight them not each other." Cyn placed her hand on her hip in thought. "Those old geezers came to throw them off, and they did the perfect job."

"What's going on?" Demetri asked as he walked up to the group, Hawk not far behind.

"Sensei Lawrence posted all over twitter that him and Sensei Larusso are having a rematch." Miguel explained with a sigh, realizing the brief moment of peace between the two men had officially come to an end.

"The only part I don't believe about that is him knowing how to tweet." Demetri concluded, his brows slightly furrowed.

"So they are going to fight? That's kind of badass." Hawk laughed and nodded his head, obviously excited there was slight chaos going on that he didn't have to create.

Cynthia didn't think it was badass, she had a feeling it would be the beginning of an end to Eagle Fang and Miyagi-do working together.

WHEN CYNTHIA AND MIGUEL GOT HOME THEY found Johnny preparing for the fight. At first, the blonde assumed they'd help him get ready for it but, in truth, they were hoping to snap him back into reality. He wasn't budging though, and they were seemingly putting him into an even worse mood.

"What if I don't want to stop learning Miyagi-do?" The Diaz boy questioned, because he didn't, much to his original sensei's dismay.

"What the hell are you saying? You want him to win? Mouth, you too?" The Lawrence man asked, almost hurt by them not jumping into action to help him train.

"The way I see it, no matter who wins, nobody wins." Miguel concluded with a light shrug.

"Someone always wins. Alright, that's how fights work. No matter what ancient philosophical bullshit Larusso's been feeding you."

"Okay, sensei. Good luck, alright?" The Diaz boy said with a sigh before walking off.

Cynthia stood there, waiting for him to leave so she could have a heart to heart with the man who helped her gain her confidence back with karate.

"You're always going to be my sensei, karate or not, eagle fang or not, miyagi-do or not but, this fight isn't a good idea. You're doing exactly what Kreese wanted from you when he came to see you at the dojo." The Sari girl explained, shaking her head. "I don't know if you've found out yet but, my mom is marrying Silver, and if they get custody of me, I have to join Cobra Kai and, if that happens, I need you all working together."

"That's the thing, Larusso doesn't want to work together, he wants it his way. He doesn't respect my karate, so why should I respect his!" Johnny questioned with a scoff, he tried his best to not let the rest of what she had said bother him, all of that was too real, and he couldn't handle it.

"You're a grown man, and you're going to handle this the way you want it to be handled but, just think about it, okay?" Cynthia sighed and threw her bag over her shoulder. "I'm rooting for you either way."

The girl sent him a thoughtful smile and walked towards Miguel's apartment with her head down.

AFTER EVERYTHING THE SENSEI'S STILL DECIDED that it was a good idea to fight. A crowd of all their excited students had formed around them but, Cynthia stayed back with her arms folded across her chest. She wasn't happy about this, in fact, she was basically raging at this point.

When was at least one thing in her life going to go well?

She sighed as Johnny walked passed her and onto the fighting deck, the girls eyes drifting towards where the two older men had come face to face.

"Maybe there's a better way." She heard her sensei say. It put a slight smile on her face, and now, all she needed was Daniel to agree then, all this stupid mess could be over.

... but, he didn't.

"It's going to be okay." Miguel spoke, lightly touching the girls shoulder before he hopped on the sparring deck along with Sam. The two of them grabbed flags, and were the self proclaimed judges of this match.

Theo, who had been a little late ran up to the group and settled in next to his best friend.

"They're really doing this?" The boy asked, shaking his head.

"Unfortunately, yes. Their egos are too big to see the real problems." Cynthia bit the inside of her cheek in thought, watching as the two older man began to fight.

The men went back and forth for all of two seconds before Johnny landed a punch on Daniel's stomach, Sam waving her flag.

"Point, Lawrence." All the students kept adding on their own commentary, and Cynthia started to wonder if they knew the severity of everything happening.

"Score 1-0 Lawrence." There was a pause before the pair waved their flag. "Ready, fight!"

The men jumped back into action yet again, and this time it lasted a little longer. They circled around each other, and blocked the hits each man through. Then, to break up the pattern, Daniel threw a kick to Johnny's core.

"Point, Larusso." Miguel called out.

It was a tie, and Cynthia wasn't exactly sure how she wanted this all to end up.

"Score is 1-1, ready, fight!" The pair yelled together.

They both went straight into throwing kicks, and punches, neither of them getting hit. Neither of them were landing anything, and Cynthia felt as if her nerves were all over the place. Then, Daniel finally landed yet again, another punch to Johnny's stomach.

"Hell yeah, two to one. Larusso takes the lead." Chris yelled loudly as the men got into their positions.

For the next round, Daniel centered himself using his Miyagi-do teachings. He effortlessly dodged anything that came from Johnny's way, and Cynthia feared it would send her sensei's confidence in a rut. The Larusso men chopped the blondes arm, and a slight crack sounded, making everyone wince.

That sent him enough anger to wrap his legs around the man, and send them both flying to the ground where he delivered a light kick.

"Point Lawrence." Once again, they were tied, and this next round would be the tie breaker.

As this last round began, the fighting was more intense, they had more to lose. They were jumping, flipping, kicking, and punching as fast as they can but, nobody had landed a thing yet. At one point, Johnny even pushed Daniel into a pole.

However, it all ended as they both gained a point at each other at the same time and fell on the ground.

After everything that had happened, there still wasn't much of a resolution to it all. Cynthia had grown tired of that, and needed some space. She sighed and walked into the direction of the exit, until she seen someone she was all too familiar with.

"Cynthia, I—" Hawk couldn't speak at all as tears poured down his face and he threw himself into the girls arms.

The Sari girl tensed and stayed completely still, not knowing if she was prepared to forgive him for everything.
