*rubs hands together in anticipation*

Yes, my good people. Act II of Thε Spαrklε Tooƒus, a spin-off to my published novel 'A Midnight Reverie', has officially begin. And those of you who have just chanced upon this story, you should know that you do don't need to have read 'A Midnight Reverie' to read this story, but you do have to read Act I beforehand. Otherwise, you're setting yourself up for some major spoilers and...well, you won't understand a thing that's happening, that's for sure.

I'm so excited to get this bad boy up. It took a lot longer than I thought it would and I'm sincerely sorry for the long wait but now that it's finally up, I'll definitely feel more motivated to write and post faster. :D

Now, atypical to the previous author note in Act I, here are some things I think you guys would like to know before reading: 

Length: Although I have warned you guys before that this story is going to be quite lengthy as it's split into three separate 'acts', Act II is going to be relatively smaller in comparison to Act I (which was a mini-novel in itself really). There's going to be a lot more in-depth chapters and dramatic scenes, so the action and crux of the story is mainly kicking off in this Act.  

Updates: I'll be updating this story once a week, but I'm not making any promises as university's a huge pain.  Going to aim for Sunday updates. 

Genre/Category/Themes: Again, this Act is placed under the 'Teen Fiction' section.  However there's going to be a lot of 'romance' elements as the question 'who will May end up with' drives the story forward, but is a mere subplot to what's actually happening among the squad.  Some other themes I explore include the meaning of friendship and comradery, as well as what it means to be part of a family (so Teen Fiction-y). Oh and there's loads of comedy. If you're looking for a story that will have you feeling both fuzzy on the inside and rib-tickling with laughter, then look no further.

The Sparkle Toofus is basically a comedy rom-com set in the high-school scene with characters that'll hand your their share of tear-jerking moments, of both humor and sadness. Oh, and how can I forget the cute boys?
