"Jane what's this mean?"

I was completely exhausted. Ai has been gone on a business trip for the past three days leaving me in charge of her son. Don't get me wrong I love him, but he's such a handle!

I yawned and gestured to the TV for him to watch and lazily threw myself onto the couch. I was wearing Noah's shirt mainly because I was sleeping in it and Li got me up right at eight and didn't give me time to change.

Maybe a few minutes won't hurt, he's a big boy.

And with that I fell into a deep sleep.

You know that feeling when you're so exhausted and into a sleep that you can't move, but you're mind is half awake? This started to happen when the front door opened.

"Hey Li-"

"Shh! Jane is sleeping!" Li cut him off. I heard footsteps coming towards the couch. The living room was a mess, toys were scattered everywhere and here I am sprawled on the couch.

Slowly I started relaxing and getting sleepy again.

"You're wearing her out bud," Noah said softly as he wiped a baby hair away from my face.

I heard shuffling and it sounded like someone was picking up the toys.

"Hey Li, can you go put these away?" Noah asked and Li bounded up the stairs.

I felt a blanket being draped over me and I sighed in content. I was getting sleepier by the moment and I just felt so warm and fuzzy.

Before I completely lost myself to the darkness, I felt a warm pair of lips press against my forehead softly.
